I realize that this company has sellers that are dishonest that are sending out broken and damaged products it is not entirely tophatters help but I cannot continue to stay with a company that has not reviewed the products before Cindy also I don't think the company has explained how the products should be sent especially if they're coming from China these products that have come to me have been broken damaged totally in disarray and they are packaged Corp Lee with no remorse. It is extremely hard that I had ordered a lot of these products over 100 of them Christmas presents for family friends and clients and unfortunately not even 10% of the products I ordered made it to me in any kind of great border some of the jewelry was beautiful and I did rated as just a lot of the products were just very poorly rap I don't think people know that products have to sit in customs for as long as they do they get crushed abused and of course you have its honest sellers that will say they never received the product back if they ask for it and then me the consumer never gets her money back what has happened with three of the products for the most part I feel bad for tophatter to have to go through what they have to go through because of dishonest Sellers and people that are not educated on how to take care of sending a product very sad at first I was willing to share my experiences in the beginning to friends I will not do that again

First couple of things I bought we're okay then had nothing but problems receiving the items they say they were delivered but never received you ask for your money back and they give you credit so that you keep buying from their site road to the many times to refund my form of payment they refused to almost everything I got wasn't as described 60% of the items never arrived watch out for this site is very bad communications and you have to battle to get your money back

They have a very big variety of stuff at very low prices and there shipping is very quick so was very satisfied when ordering from them

At first I was very impressed with this website to order products at decent prices that you could bid. Since I've downloaded the site though, it's been one disappointment after the other. There's extremely long waiting times, if your order even shows up. A lot of the products are not what's shown or very poor quality. When an item is late, they just end up giving you a longer date to wait for it, with no guarantee that it'll even come. And to return an item it cost ten times more than what you paid for it. I wouldn't recommend it

My husband and myself purchased over 40 items from Tophatter. I look at the reviews before hand and felt confident enough to order. To date I have not recieved one single item that I ordered, I have instead recieved the most poorest quality crap that could have been produced. For example, i ordered a large truck with cars and instead recieved and anorexic Elsa look alike that may I add was all crushed because of the abysmal packaging, ( i also recieved a mini crystal ball in a stand?) I could have done with one of those before ordering anything from their site! When I emailed i was told that because something arrived then I had no buyers protection and that they would credit be 5 dollars to spend again on their site. NOT A CHANCE! These 40 items ordered were xmas presents and now I am down £200 and have nothing to show for it, well apart from the picture I have added. Stay away from this utter s**t show. Getting refunded is like trying to get blood out of a stone.

I have used tophatter for years all of a sudden they change the whole site, totally different sellers that want your card number don't get me wrong topphatter sold a lot of junk but at times you could find some decent things. My last order l made which almost two months ago which l still haven't received so l did reported the late thing. Saw a t shirt l bidded on it l won the bid had sixteen dollars credit in my wallet so I'm going to use my credits, no you have to use your card. Why l want to use my credits. We don't do that any longer, ok give me my money back, no there credits. Yes you ignorant people they are credits that came from my card that l returned something that didn't match a discription. Back and forth. Then they tell me they expired, BS they were there when this crap going back and forth wanting my money back. Since when do you buy something and return it doesn't become the money you bought it with in the frist place! So l will be out another thirteen bucks because l know l won't get what l ordered. I think there screwing people over. There not screwing me l don't care if it was a dollar there not getting away with it, l told them l'm contacting my attorney, there all sucky nice to late I'm not getting taken advantage of no company they think they are this big company maybe so a company that steals money. If they have done this to you contact the BBB don't let them do this it's wrong and I'm pissed!

I purchased 6 items. As Top hatter has no phone I sent an email then another then another after 2 months of no followup on delivery or answer to any of my emails I filed a complaint with the BBB. They did respond to that but in spite of providing my pay pal invoices now claim i have no account. Received 2 items as described one junk and have never received the other 3 items ordered the first week of October.
