Waiting

The product is very nice however the waiting and waiting is just crazy. I think with this Virus has slowed down everything. I have ordered over 80 items and have only received a few so far. But when I did get was worth it

DISAPPOINTED

TOPHATTER seemed to be great until some of the sellers were misleading and we're dishonest in their description of items they sold. I do however like the TOPHATTER staff as they try and see what they can do to make sure everything is ok and provided me with credits for a few of my orders... The sellers need to be more honest than they are and TOPHATTER needs to screen the sellers more to make sure they are on the up and up!

Lost and slow delivery

Really!

More than once I haven't recieved my order. Last time was the last straw. I sent them a screen shot showing the mail was supposed to have been delivered to me before 7am the same morning, the mail dont EVER arrive here before 10am, and I didn't receive. Dont quite understand why I have to contact my local mail carrier but I did, they didn't know anything about the tracking number. Tophatter said they did all they were required to do. I paid extra for fast shipping, which made no difference on top of that, it took much longer than they said it would take to get here. Not sure if I'm going to use this service any more

Most products come on time, but the ones that don't Tophatter will refund you. So it's a win win.

Most have been positive but you really have to be careful what you are bidding on. The wording on some item are written in a misleading if you don't pay attention. For instance the one I bought listed the real silver first them proceeded to list 3 1oz rare hand poured lead. I missed it. I see a lot of item you have to read very carefully.

If you return to many items because most of their items are junk items then they either want you to pay the postage back to China which is absurd amounts or they suspend your acct so you cannot bid anymore and you cannot follow up on the orders that are outstanding. I am reporting to the Feeral Trade Commission and the Consumer Protection Bureau.

Big bang for the Buck

Takes to long

Some of there things are nice but most of it that i got was junk, i regret ordering from them it will not happen again i will not say the things i ordered but being a senior it was a waste of my money

I bought $196 dollars of products in two days. I have confirmation it was paid. My account reflects it was paid because the money is gone. Then I started getting requests to pay for my items. WTH? My confirmation shows Tophat recieved my payment. If they said they didn't then whete is my money. Funny thing id I also have emails stating sellers recieved their payment( of course they did) then this morning more emails stating they didn't. You can't get a hold to anyone. I want my money back or my items. Will be calling BBN if I don't and Attorney Genetal.

They never deliver they said items were delivered but they weren't and they said we were out of luck they would refund our money because they were delivered by mail when we didn't receive them we have received packages for other neighbors that went ours and took them back to the rightful owner by apparently they didn't do the same
