I have received 2 separate items from Tophatter which were NOTHING AT ALL as described or pictured. I purchased a cooling dog mat which showed a huge labrador sitting on it with loads of extra space. When it came, it was the size of a cloth and much too small for my tiny dog. I tried to arrange a refund but every time I tried to submit a request it stated it wasn't a valid reason for a refund. I even tried to go down the route of stating it was damaged yet it still came up with a reply that it wasn't a valid reason for a refund. Today, I received a string of lights which were pictured on tophatters site being drapped like curtains down a tall structure. The lights were the size of a braclet. I could have got better quality ones and longer ones from the pound shop. THIS COMPANY SCAMS YOU! BEWARE!
I love the majority of the item it's just take long time to receive them and other stuff are not worth it

Delivery is not on time some items take 2 or 3 weeks longer than expected
I think most of there stuff is really good but here lately the quality of there clothes is awful and alot of things have not been up to what I think it should be

Jewelry comes like it should! But electronics or things with electronic parts usually come without instructions and sometimes look used or come broken (3/6 times so far). The little Baymax light I got was AWESOME! The drill bits were good, the 2 rings I got were great. The keyboard case I got not so much, same with the neck massager that had no labeling or instructions and looked like a mask.

I have had a great experience especially with the virus. All products have been exactly as described and then some. Will continue to bid and win. Much better than Deal Dash where you spend a bunch and win nothing.
Example, I had purchased an item and paid for it right awa: yet I have not received it. It says to be delivered May 27th but remains in transit as of June 30th.
I have purchased MANY items off of Tophatter and am usually very pleased. If there is ever an issue, they will make it right. No hassle.

I paid for 2 items my shipping address was right my 2 packages was shipped to Denver co my address was 117 swamp st Arnaudville la *******. I have been leaving messages I got zero replies I paid 15 each for items I never recieved

I have order and received my items in a timely manner but lately items has taken longer and I haven't received a package that was supposedly delivered July 22nd and that has me highly upset caused I had been waiting for this delivery for a while

Answer: Justin you are absolutely correct. I find out the hard way. I had my own auction with nice AUTHENTIC designer items and cosmetics (Becca, Cargo, Smahbox, Too Faced, etc). I lost big time. $40 Cargo palette sold for $10; it cost me $15. Items that I started higher to cover my cost never sold. I still had to pay fees for the item being listed. A $200 Calvin Klein purse sold for $20; it cost me $80 wholesale. Run!
Answer: If you end up buying a few items from the same seller they can do a combined shipment but you rarely get the same buyer items since they only let the sellers sell 10 items a day. It is different for the sellers that have their own auctions.

Answer: Depends on what you are selling. Yes, a lot of items go unsold in the jewelry and accessories categories... as well as others. Coach and Michael Kors and other designer brands, not much goes unsold, because here's the catch - - you pay fees on the starting bid. TH wants everything to start at $1. So you get punished if you start higher as to not get screwed by a low purchase price. Say you buy a designer bag for $120. If you start that bag at $100, you're already paying over $10 in fees. **IF** you can manage to sell it for a profit, there are still the commission and bank fees. If you start it at $1, you're barely paying any listing fees but it might only sell for $80 (or less!). So, less fees, but you lost your ass on the item. It's messed up. Most sellers have put in their time to see if they can make a profit or to see if TH will change, but they all seem to end up leaving. I'm convinced the only ones who stay to sell there are the counterfeit or crappy quality sellers who are buying items for next to nothing, because that seems to be the only way to make a profit there these days. I would go the ebay route if you're looking to sell.
