It has it's up and down some items are great and some items are disappointed and not what is advertised and then thing arrive what you think is exactly like what you see but it's not what you expected. The things from china or so likeable but extremely small. Overall the app tophatter is fun the bidding is exciting the win is awesome. The wait for the items are long about a month and some items arrive quick haven't uninstalled yet it's addictive it keeps you coming back. I would recommend others sure try it and see what your experience would be. Have fun bidding.
My absolute favorite place to shop. Getting grreat items for a low price, amazing. And alot of things with free shipping. Plus if i have a problem, tophatter has my back. They make it right. Tophatter is my number one go to anymore. I love it.

This site allows its sellers to sell fake items even though they state otherwise. Also, if you win an item to low in price the sellers have ways of getting out of shipping the item to you. Don't count on getting much that is real or at a perceived bargain. This is my experience after winning over 160 items. I have found that sellers constantly refund my money on items I bought at a low price but not at a high price. I also have found that items stated as real gold or real sterling are not real at all. The sellers have multiple accounts and are selling fake items on all accounts and Tophatter doesn't appear to do anything about it.
Brought 2 items both where alot smaller than the description, a 6 foot skeleton that turned out to be 40 cm and a 6 foot spider that turned out to be 75 cm.

We all know we get what we pay for and a lot of product is very keenly priced. However, although delivery as you expect is the cheapest, there is zero visibility when other sites give you end to end tracking.
A lot of items I've purchased are not as well when I receive them. There is a lot of false advertising...

I have order 60 plus items and shouldn't have ordered at same time. This stuff is junk. And it makes me sad they allow people to get taken
I love the product I have been getting but some of it does not look like the picture. I also am not happy with the delivery time of the product I am purchasing. I received the wrong plug for my multiple charger and I am not able to use it. Overall I will still continue to order product from Tophatter cause 97% of the time I live the product. Thank you.
