Really like the jewelry but some of the items not so good. Most of the things didn't come with instructions. Some things needed a better description of what they are made of. It's fun shopping but really need to pay better attention to like I said what it is made of, and it may take a really long time to get the item.
The costumer service is phenomenal. I will recommend it to anyone most of the items are wonderful.

It's an great experience to go thru the bids and specially to win it. I feel that Tophatter is doing a great job as well as there customer service, But have to say that once you win a bid you should receive it. Not to say that the seller is out of stock and still keeping the item in the bidding site. I would thing that you should comunícate if there is a problem with the item immediately and not wait.
I wish you guys can fix this and keep up the great job.

Such a bait-and-switch scam! I understood it was cheap crap from China, but BE CAREFUL! Advertised pictures do not match the product you actually get. If the picture shows a wonderful playset, like a parking garage and toy cars, you think you get the whole thing, but in reality, you get a few plastic toy cars. READ THE DESCRIPTIONS THOROUGHLY before wasting your money!
My first orders have finally arrived and nothing is as advertised. I bought a handheld game which was supposed to have a port for connecting a controller. No port and the screen is way smaller than in the picture. I also got some toy vehicles. The picture shows a trailer with smaller vehicles. What I got was 4 small plastic cars.
Sellers on Tophatter are scamming people, Tophatter knows it, and they let it happen! The item reviews on the site are fake, the pictures are deceiving. I have seen people paying $24 for an 8 and half inch (22 cm = 8.67 in) plastic robot toy because the picture shows the robot next to a toddler and the robot is taller! SCAMMERS!
Getting refunded is not the point, putting people through the disappointment and hassle is wrong and it should not be allowed! Things are so cheap, it is not worth spending the money to return anything and that's the scam! Hundreds of people get ripped off every day, while Tophatter is laughing all the way to the bank!
Great. Fast SERVICE Well recommended... Great items at a fantastic price! If you do get an item you are not satisfied you suppose to be able to return it so that's great commitment...

I have over 50 different things that I have bought from Tophatter in the last three months and haven't received any one of them. All they do is give you credit to buy more and the cycle goes on. I would like to have a refund to my paypal account. I am all done with Tophatter the can't be trusted.
You get wha you pay for is all I can say. When things appear to cheap to be true they probably are
I like bidding but most of the time when I receive an utem its very poor quality.
Cheap $#*! that you can't sell anywhere else and half of the time the order doesn't even ship... And sometimes even just get refunded because they don't ship what you thought you did want to buy
It was fun at first but when the sellers show misleading photos or u get refunded a product u really wanted without ur knowledge it really gets disappointing. Top hatter has potential. However they really need to check some of their sellers.
I've ordered several items which are taking an incredible amount of time to get to me. Out of about 10 purchases I've gotten 5 since September out of the 5 only one was acceptable. I'm worried about getting there rest of my items. I'm disabled and cant run to the post office to constantly return. Thankfully I didn't have to return just trash the ones that weren't good. Im hoping you hold your sellets to a higher standard. Things are not as advertised..
The site is easy to use and has some really great items. Most items received on time or early some running late but expect that with the covid issues. Refunds are issued immediately on a wrong item that was sent and I love the wheel to earn money so I can buy more
Shipping Takes way too long when they give you a tracking number and you try to track it it's in Chinese

I feel that when I want to refund due to different reasons y'all only give a few options y'all don't give other so we can put in different reasons already ordered one didn't realize it y'all don't have those options y'all need to put other for the options of returns that would be more helpful. Plus more understanding
