I had purchased an expensive gaming chair for daughter for Christmas. The person sent a tracking number that clearly doesn't weigh 20 lbs doesn't have my name or my address. I filled an investigation with fed ex and they verified I wasn't shipped anything. I've been emailing Tophatter for 2 weeks and only get a bot. Had to go to my bank to get my money back. Also the fluffy shaggy blanket I ordered is smaller than a bath towel and thin as can be. Nothing matches the descriptions and there is no customer service nor human to complain to. Stick with eBay or Amazon. Very unhappy here.
I ordered two sets 1 from one sleeve and the other from another seller. I recieved one set in the mail and it says delivered on both sets.so I would have given five stars except for that.Its not the first time its happened

It a seller thinks that the auction ended at a price lower than they are willing to accept, they will arbitrarily cancel the deal and refund the purchase in "credit", claiming some inane reason such as the entire stock of the item was damaged. If you are lucky enough that they do ship, the shipping is pathetically slow. Beware, the pics often do not match the item description or what you might receive. What you see is not necessarily what you get. Bad news!
I waited several months to receive my unicorn LED night light and it worked for one day. It does not light up anymore. I didn't expect it to last that long for the price I paid, but one day ugh.
The only thing that I have found to be true is that you have to read the full description and check ratings on products. I have won apx 80 items and can honestly say that I have only had 3 products I was disappointed with.
I've recently seen some "gold clad" 1/2 ounce bars selling for nearly 100$. These bars look nice but are only worth about a dollar or two. Beware people. This isn't gold.

I've won 4 bids from top matter. The first was a men's wristwatch when it came it was a toy wristwatch like someone just played. A huge joke on me, I tried again this time I won a guitar when it came again it was a child' s toy guitar! I uninstalled the app but decided to try again in 2020 because I enjoy the thrill of bidding. This time for a digital thermometer, same fake toylike thing doesn't even turn on, I contacted customer care and got no response still waiting for my last win a faceshield attached to a mask it's been two months now and still nothing.no customer care no nothing. Dont do it! Don't buy from this site it is a fraud. They display stock photos and send you junk.
AWESOME! 100, Every order I've recieved had been either early or the day of. I have no complaints, the product wad package nice and secure, I have not had to resign any item. Matter of fact I'm waiting for a package coming shortly It's in transit as I'm texting. Keep up the the good work.

Everything I've ordered from Tophatter has taken at LEAST a month to get here, and the quality of most items can only be described as cheap, especially in the jewelry and clothing items. I am officially closing my account as soon as have found that one of my orders was never delivered, but Tophatter says it was. Fine. I'm done with this outfit! NOT WORTH THE HASSEL!
All in all it's been very good besides some of the products haven't been what they say it is and some of the products don't have everything in the shipment but all in all 80% of the products have been awesome right on the money
I have not made up my mind yet. It takes a while to receive orders and so far half of what I ordered is not as shown and or very poor quality. The other half has been great. I have a bunch of stuff I ordered That has not come in yes so we shall see.
