Check Your Credit Cards!

Used for 2 days, Day #3 I keep seeing charges. Their site said I needed to pay a second time for the same thing! I had to contact my Credit Card and dispute the MANY charges they kept charging!

Worst online site EVER in my experience. Stay away, but if you're not smart enough and use them, check your credit card for more charges. Buyer Beware!

I've ordered so much stuff from tophatter but I have received just as many refunds. Only with tracking numbers starting with HHWKO and JCR. You should require sellers to provide US tracking numbers if items come from over seas. I have a few that when it gets to the us tracking changes so I do not know if that is true for all of them. I have at least 10 back to back refunds for packages that were delivered to customs or US and I have not received. Update: As of 12/1/22 I am now up to 34 refunded orders just for items that have not been received/delivered. This is crazy theres half of xmas!

BEWARE

Orders get lost between China (where it all comes from) and here. Tophatter is horrible to deal with to try and get refunds. Stay away from these drop shippers.

Tophatter going downhill
November 21, 2020

After purchasing a 1000 items on Tophatter they are going downhill. In the past I had a few bad items which Tophatter made good, no questions asked. The sellers fulfilled the auction and I only had a few problems. Then after a year things started going down hill and Tophatter CS went with it. I stopped for a year, now I came back and I am sorry I did. The sellers do not have to honor the sale, items do not arrive after 2 months and Tophatter gives them another month. They use our money for months before returning it and pay nothing for its' use. Their system messes up and you end up wining something you did not bid on and when you cancel the order they suspend the buyer. It is OK for the sellers to take advantage of the buyers. You get what you pay for and that is why I do not bid much, it for the most part is not top quality, but ok for what I use it for or was as I do not think I will use them anymore. I will pay $0.50 more and buy it locally and have it right now, not 2 to 3 months from now, maybe.

HORRIBLE I LOST WELL OVER 300 DOLLARS NOT RECOMMENDED AND I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT THEY DO NOT HONOR NON RECEIVED ITEMS!

I DID NOT RECEIVE OVER 20 ITEMS AND THEY ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT AT ALL, I WAITED MONTHS AS THEY WERE MOSTLY COMING FROM CHINA AND IT TAKES A WHILE AND I BUY A LOT BUT I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE HOW MANY NON RECEIVED ITEMS I DID NOT GET AFTER FINALLY FINDING THE TIME TO TRACK EVERYTHING.

HORRIBLE COMPANY NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED AND FROM MY EXPERIENCE MOST OF EVERYTHING IS CHEAP JUNK.

Stay away!

I am still waiting for things I ordered in the beginning of Sept. I tried to contact customer support numerous times but still have yet to hear where my packages are, if they will be here soon, or if I will be getting a refund. Something I order said it was delivered to a state I don't even live in and I'm still waiting to be reimbursed, currier service has not even gotten back to me about this either. Very unhappy!

I have 5 items that have been refunded for not delivery, and another 5 that are delayed by a weeks. Ohh... and after gerring refunded for my first 5 missing ones, the site layout suddenly changed so I cannot even report non delivery to claim refund. And the cherry? Now they just reported one of my orders as delivered, never came. I dont live in a place where missing deliveries is an issue.

Items are cheap, but don't do it. Don't fall for it. It is not worth keeping up with their shenanigans. At best you get the item 3months after purchase and get disappointed on opening.

Most of what i have got from my bidding i have liked and felt like i got a deal. They most definitely stand behind all there orders anything that i have not liked or received to late or damaged i got a full refund yoy can't beat that kind of protection. Thanks a lot TOPHATTER. You will be getting my business in the future for sure!

I currently have 7 items overdue or lost. Shipping time is unreal and the sellers are not held accountable. I "won" an auction of a ring and was refunded the next day. It was listed for sale at a big markup by the company if I wanted it. I "won" it again two days later as it was up for auction. Again they refunded as they would lose money on it? How can they keep listing it if it is out of stock? You get your refunds in website credits which do you no good as you cannot receive any products.

Very Unhappy

There are many things about this online business that has disappointed me, For one the items don't come when they say they are and already you're waiting for about a month as it is. Another disappointment is the quality of some of the items. You never know when you're going to be satisfied. Support doesn't answer you when you have an important inquiry. I had Tophatter show 'delivered" on two items that never came in my mailbox. So I lost out completely on those two items plus some items that came broken. It's not worth it.

GOOD DAY I RECEIVED 2 ITEMS SO FAR THE COLOGNE WAS GOOD BUT THE SCOBY DOO HOODIE WAS WAY TO SMALL. BUT ALL MY OTHER 50 OR SO ITEMS I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY IT TAKEN SO LONG TO GET TO ME. I SURE HOPE THAT I DID'NT MAKE A BIG MISTAKE AND HOPE THAT YOUR COMPANY WILL COME THROUGH.

I enjoy tophatter, love to bid on the item that I haven't seen. New item are always popping up every sec. Very cool. Costumer service are helpful. Although some item are not all best quality n some are to be honest. I have lots of fun biding n wining on good item for low prices. I go into this Tophatter app everyday.

Did not receive item

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! I ordered an item and was told it would arrive 11/4. I have yet to receive it! I placed my order in Oct. Now, I am being told to be patient. It SHOULD arrive by Dec. 21. This item was a gift for my 13 niece. I'm so upset! I have requested my money back. Have not heard from Tophatter regarding a refund!

Beware Buyer

I am afraid to get the rest of my items. I have received 4 items,, none are what was pictured or claimed. The items are small and cheaply made... I spent way too much money and will not be able to utilize the items as Christmas gifts. I would return the items but would cost me even more.

Maybe you get item maybe you will not. It takes two months on most items but you only get 33% it seems. The silver us fake cannot pass magnet test. The shirts are nice but must order three sizes too big. The hoodies are nice but must order two sizes too big. The items you buy may or may not come. If item don't come on date expected you must wait an extra 7 days to complaint. Them wait an extra 30 days for refund. So the site holds your funds for three months. Then if you get refund due to not getting item you get store credit not refund. The site has a delay when you try to bud or look at something most of the time
