While I would give Tophatter a 5 for online auction, communication and satisfaction of products won, I can only give the site as a whole about a 2 1/2. Many items I purchased were not as advertised, 1 didn't work at all and others were just so-so. Some were very nice and definitely worth much more than what I paid. I did get total satisfaction when not satisfied with an item and was immediately refunded with courtesy so I praise Tophatter for that. I would just ask that seller's items be checked out before approving them for auction in future. Thanks.
Mostly fair pricing. My biggest complaint is receiving store credit instead of a refund on out of stock items. Buyers should have a choice.
I just received this email yesterday (11/23/2020) and still have not received my items, which were marked as delivered (11/14/2020). This is not the first item I have not received but you have it marked as delivered. I want my money back and I will not be ordering from you anymore because it seems like there is a problem with my deliveries and items arrive with no instructions and everything is in a different language that I can't even read and I don't get everything that is described! It was supposed to be a set of dolls and I only received one 1, or the Cars set of vehicles with no Tractor-trailer which is shown in the picture when bidding! I did not receive either of them in the boxes shown! The first two pictures are from the bidding site and the other 2 are what I received!

I always have a good time while on Tophatter. I have purchased many many things and only had problems with 1 item so far and that was awhile ago. The item just was cheaply made. It was a toy, so no big deal. I rarely pay over $5.00 for my items and am excited to get my packages.
It is impossible to get a hold of anyone with Top Hatter to help resolve issues. I've purchased an item that did not include all the contents promised. I also ordered a clothing item that was the wrong size. I emailed Top Hatter and never received a response.
Everything was perfect but last 2 orders I never received but its saying I did. I am just waiting to see if I will receive any of my other orders
I think Tophatter really resolve your issues. Great company. I recommend them, lots of different items to please everyone. Love getting diamond paintings there.
They need to investigate their sellers a bit better. Jewelry generally isn't what it is advertised, not silver or gold and the stones are a fake as well.

Amazing deals, free offers, and you DO receive what you order. I have ordered more than 20 items since becoming a member. I have begun to receive the ordered items. I was so amazed at some of the deals, that I referred my own Mother, whom if I wasn't happy, I would never have done so. She has ordered many things and they have begun to arrive too.
They have deals, by way of free points you can use to exchange for actual money towards you purchase cost, and even the shipping too!
And when you use that, there isn't a gimmick, like you can only use so much towards a purchase. I have bought 6 things and never even had to enter any payment details, AND THEY SHIPPED.
Shipping tends to be a little slow, but to their credit most items are being shipped from overseas. However, they do provide tracking information, and most importantly they Guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.
I have recommended Tophatter to all of my family and friends.
I have no complaints whatsoever in regards to any aspect of my experiences with Tophatter.

There are more then 26 items that have been marked as received and I have NOT received any of them and I get no reply when I complain. Will not buy from these people any more.
I received 10 dollar gold bank note, also the bettles signed trading cards but no gold quarter is paid for would like to get it. It's been payed for it

Tophatter gives you the ability to purchase items for very little with its bidding aspect, it also offers you free credits so that you can possibly get items completely free, I know I have. However the shipping time on said items is generally very slow and sporadic. I have items that were supposed to arrive in early September and still haven't in late November. Product quality can also range anywhere from amazing to nothing like the product and already broken. Everything shows up in sketchy packaging and the tracking details on the items are often blatant lies. However you can review each item in the app so that people know not to buy said things. Sellers can choose to not show that rating however and people end up with broken stuff or things completely different than advertised anyways. The attached picture shows 2 great knives and a ring I've recieved from Tophatter.

I have bought stuff that I have not got, damaged or half an order was missing parts. It doesn't make sense to return it because shipping is more than you paid for the item. Some of the pics of items are misleading. Im not saying everything is like that and their have been purchases that i was very happy with.
Everything I have received has been what expected. Takes a very long time to get delivery if you get it, Will tell you it has been delivered and NOTHING! Would be nice to get quicker delivery.
Ordered a large quartz crystal. Their Ad shows a picture of someone holding it. It's approx 12" tall. What they actually sent was smaller than my pinky finger, and about 1inch tall. When I asked for a refund, they said they would give me store credit. I do not want to do any further business with them and wanted my money back. Had to call my credit card company and get it refunded. It's a scam to take your money.
