AVOID SCAM

So the China mans game is to lure you in with ultra low prices that seem reasonable maybe a used item or refurbished. When you realize you have been scammed they drag their feet on refunding the money... hopefully your credit card company will fight for you? The profit for Mr. China man is to hold your money as long as they can an invest it, hoping to make a profit off the interest earned. The more people they can scam and the longer they can hold your money the more interest they can earn. Americans are not stupid people were just too trusting!

Never received items purchased. Tracking says it was delivered but never showed where the shipment came from or cities it went through or ended up. Definitely not where it was supposed to. Was told it must of been lost and they would refund. Of course that didn't happen. Had to dispute the transaction through my bank.SCAM COMPANY!

Purchased some pots and pans. With promises that never came. I contacted the company which told me that I should receive in a week, then another week, over and over the same promise. The promise of a refund. To no avail. What a scam!

I ordered a chair and waited over a month, tracking the package which was supposedly coming from China. The tracking information said the package had been delivered, however, I never received the package (and was home at the time it said it was delivered). I have repeatedly requested a refund and have not yet received one after months of waiting (I was told a refund would be issued.)

Paid for the pressure washer and three months later I was told it was delivered so no refund. The seller assured me time after time the washer was coming even after the date kit was supposed to have been delivered. You will never get a pressure washer nor any money back. S Miller

Do not buy anything from the website Tidebuy. It is 100% a scam. I was trying to order a compact treadmill and it told me my order cannot be processed at this time. However, my credit card company contacted me letting me know that someone was using my credit card in Great Britain for gas in the same amount of 79.99 do not buy anything from these scam artist unless you want to get scammed!

I ordered a coffee bean grinder, They gave me a tracking number of AS*******CN. They claim product was delivered March 31,2023. It was not delivered, and I have Ring cameras to prove it wasn't received. Sent multiple emails to some person using the name "Ni Hao" at email address: NI HAO' <*******@outlook.com>. Mr. Or Ms. Hello claimed they would refund my purchase and despite multiple email correspondence it still hasn't been refunded. This website is a scam!

I ordered a kebonnixs incubator from them. It shipped! I followed the tracking. It was delivered. I just don't know where it was delivered. I contacted them via email. Really nice gentleman said he would send a refund. That was a month ago. Now they are ignoring my emails. I'm sure I'm in the spam folder.

Tidebuy.com is a scam, I just ordered a wedding dress from them. It looks like the picture... yes besides the red and yellow stains, 2 rips, and unfinished stitch work on the flowers... when i disputed it and offered to pay to ship it back b/c they sent an email stating they could make another one... this was suddenly not an option and they threatened me with high shipping and customs cost. They also told me to "get it dry cleaned"< did not offer to pay for said dry cleaning... when i explained how that would not fix the rips or unfinished work they offered me a coupon on my next purchase... I told them, and did, report them to FTC. Now they want to refund me 10$... only for the stains, which at first was from shipping, but now its from being "in store" they can't even get their story straight and my bad review hasn't even shown up on their website. They should be bared from selling in the USA

Like I'm actually flabbergasted because I'm usually the type of person to never fall for stuff like this. But low behold i'm out 80 dollars. I order this in March, said delivered on April. Never got it so I contacted customer service. So they were very enthusiastic and said they would issue a refund for me. I waited and waited, and I contacted them for now going on 4 months and they slowly stopped responding. I'm still emailing in hopes they will refund me for my order that never came. I'm honestly so confused. Like if you guys are a scam company, then why even respond? Why not just ignore the customer support emails? I'm honestly more confused than angry, because they seemed genuinely like they were working on my issue and responded back and forth for months. And said they would "hurry and rush for a refund" or something. So yea. I don't know what the point of telling me that was for but yeah... stay away from this company! It's 100% totally a scam, and still can't believe this happened to me.

I want to warn all potential buyers on the site of TIDEBUY. I bought a wig for my wedding day. I took an advance of over two weeks so I can get it in time (according to their promise between 2-8 days delivery) wig came after dozens of emails only a month after the deadline. The product was not made proper, and extremely badly. Severely disappointed again after countless emails without any responds from their part. Finally i received a reply that they are willing to "compassion me"... And give me a credit of $ 10 for the next time I'll buy there... Completely ridiculous. I had paid nearly $ 300 the Wig worth for the garbage… maybe ten dollars. So please! If anyone thinking of buying there please run away like from fire burn from this site where people liars and never get close to the product you order. Thank you.

Yuk, please look into this store on line, even though they are in China, they think they can screw everyone out of their money, yu wont get a shipping date, because they cant ship something they don; t have, It will take more stress and investigation than it is worth, so leave their page at once and don't buy from them. Save your money for a reputable company.

I bought a pair of subwoofers took a month and a half to not even get here I was given a website and a tracking number that wasn't even real when something did finally arrive. I had to pay the postage $5.10 to the mailman and it was a pair of sunglasses. I'm still trying to remind them daily that I need a refund they keep telling me that they get so many emails that they need a reminder to refund me which I think is bull crap it's a scam company do not order anything from them. 289.00 of my hard earned money just gone for no reason.

This site is a scam and I guarantee all the people writing "positive reviews" are associated with the company to try and make them look like they are reputable. I ordered 2 very small necklaces after Thanksgiving and I still do not have my package and tomorrow is Christmas Eve so I don't have my present for my daughter. I tried emailing their version of customer service which is probably some hustler sitting in a grass hut and got back a standard letter I'm sure they send everyone with nothing but misspellings and broken English. They didn't even answer my question. Soon after I get an email with a link to some Fast track site to track my package? It's bogus too! It's in Chinese and doesn't give you any legitimate information. This place is a SCAM!

Terrible. Buyer beware! Basically a rip off site. It takes much longer than they state to get your order. I have been waiting for months and still no dress. Now I see that others have complained about the quality. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered the dress. Do not buy from this company!

This site delivered my product 20 days late and the product i received looked nothing like the picture they have on their website. I spent $200 dollars and regret every penny of it. Their number is international so any Americans cant call without paying for long distance.

My first time to purchase in this site and thought it's even better than ebay. Offer of free shipping when you purchase a certain amount actually don't exist since I was charged a huge amount, not including taxes imposed on products. All the clothes I purchased are way too different from description and made with very cheap materials. The pictures show that it's really nice and fashionable but it doesn't look like it upfront. Fit are terrible and overall a disappointment. I wasted more than $200 for this and will just dispose all of it. Will never recommend to anyone and will not buy anything from this site any more.
