I'm 100% satisfied! Best costumer service!
I placed first order and I liked everything.
With my second small order my daughter changed her mind and didn't want a t-shirt anymore.
So I sent email to a costumer service if I can return it and get refund this e-mail I received:
" I am sorry to hear that. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your CafePress.com experience.
I have processed a refund for you in the amount of $... Please allow 5 - 7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your Paypal account. I know the item received is not up to your complete satisfaction but as our way of an apology please go ahead and keep it. There is no need for a return! "
I will use this company in future and recommend to my friends!

I had very bad experience. This website is SCAM don't buy from them
I ordered my dress on February 20. I never received it.
Every one who had bad experience file a complaint at http://www.ic3.gov it's a The Internet Crime Complaint Center.
I hope it will help to stop this business.
