I placed first order and I liked everything.
With my second small order my daughter changed her mind and didn't want a t-shirt anymore.
So I sent email to a costumer service if I can return it and get refund this e-mail I received:
" I am sorry to hear that. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your CafePress.com experience.
I have processed a refund for you in the amount of $... Please allow 5 - 7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your Paypal account. I know the item received is not up to your complete satisfaction but as our way of an apology please go ahead and keep it. There is no need for a return! "
