They have a good reputation for ripping people off

I ordered bags and i received both times if you any problems you contact tidebuy facebook page

I ordered a dress last month. After waiting several weeks I got the wrong dress. I emailed tidebuy and got no response until I posted my complaint on this site. After some back and forth - I got fed up and asked for my refund. Tidebuy first told me they would give me a partial refund and would give me the other part of the credit if I changed my review on this site. I declined to do so and expressed to tidebuy that their practices were unethical. In the end they just finally refunded me all my money.

All the positive reviewS for this company are FAKE!
