I had very bad experience with www.tidebuy.com
You can file a complaint at http://www.ic3.gov it's a The Internet Crime Complaint Center.
I posted comments on Tidebuy Facebook page and they blocked me and remover all comments
Please help spread the word about this company.
Together we can stop this bad business

I want to tell you... THINK AND READ FIRST ALL REVIEWS.
I bought 2 items thats November 29 and Dec 3 2017. UP TO THIS DATE, THERE IS NO NEWS ABOUT MY ORDERS. Worst part, i am movibg to another place next week.
I tried calling Tidebuy, the phobe rings once and then goes engaged. I AM SCAMMED FOR NEARLY $150. Plus stress and disappointment.

After 4 months I have received an email from Tidebuy saying that they are sorry that they can not help me with a replacement (I actually didn't want a replacement, I wanted my money back) and that they hoped that I was happy with their decision! All I can say is WT$&^%.
No I'm not at all happy and I shall continue to warn people away from buying things from this site!

I would like to know how to get my money back. I have not received the dress i ordered but they keep giving me the run around and i just want my money back.

For everyone this an advice don't buy from this website they are shating and layers. I bought one dress from them very bad matrial totaly diffirent from picture in the web. It's only wasting of money.

ALL of these ONLINE. Stores from CHINA ate SCAMMERS and FRAUDS. PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH WWW.IC3.GOV, CALL THE CHINA EMBASSY/CONSULATE AND MAKE COMPLAINTS. Something needs to be done about these online shops from CHINA taking OUR MONEY.
PLEASE DO NOT WAIT ON THESE LOSING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IS NOT CUTE AND IT SURE THE HECK IS TAKING CLOTHES OFF YOUR BACK. IF WE STAND TOGETHER WE CAN STOP THIS, IT WILL TAKE ALL OF US! DO NOT GIVE UP! VICTORY IS IN THE FIGHT!

Do not buy from Tidebuy. They are a fraudulent company with substandard goods and no return policy. Or they make your life living hell and will refuse to give you a refund. Stay away or you will regret it. Fraud.

I bought a dress at tide buy and immediately after puchasing it the language of the website changed to Chines... I don't understand a word and don't know what to do...! Can anyone help me please?
