Tidebuy at some point saved me a lot of time which I did not expect by reading reviews about it. To be on the safe side I placed an order like 3 months earlier before the main event and let's just say they delivered right on time just the way they had promised. Furthermore, if you want them to make any adjustments to the dress on display, they can do that so that it fits perfectly.
I ordered my prom dress from here. In champagne... and it was very pink not champagne at all! I got no email back when I emailed them to complain, and see if I could possibly return it. Customer service = terrible. I will not buy another dress here ever and I'm super disappointed in mine, so now I will need to find a different dress. I hope I can sell the one I got, and put that towards the new dress, but honestly wish I'd just gotten a refund. I will not recommend this site to ANYONE!
I just recently received my wedding dress from tidebuy.com. I was scared because I have read many bad reviews and seen a few bad experience pictures. But my dress is actually pretty!
I'll list out the negative first:
It was almost too tight. I ordered it in my size (I was professionally sized) but still had to cross my fingers whether it would zip or not. So be careful when ordering your size!
It's cheaply made. I found many loose threads. The bottom was too long and the hem was uneven. I found a few dirt marks or something but they are only noticeable to me. I can tell the fabric isn't amazing either. The top layers of tulle look a little strange.
But all in all I'm happy. I'm on a very strict budget and so I don't expect perfect. Most people who see me in the dress won't even notice the small imperfections.

I bought my wedding dress from this site, and its very boxy on me. I gave them my custom size and everything. The color I chose was champagne, but cam more of a gold color... which I was aiming for. The delivery was quicker than expected, but I had to pay taxes at my door for crossing the border. I like the dress I bough even though it's too big for my petite body, I need to make further alterations which I guess is expected. But it would have been nice for it to be somewhat fitted, there is so much fabric that I will need to take about a handful of fabric out. The dress is similar to the picture... some minor flaws. Overall, it's ok but I won't know if my dress is " the one" until I get the alterations done which is a bit disappointing.
I received my parcel in a reasonable amount of time, the first 2 pairs of boots were lovely just as the website described and as pictured. Have since discovered the size conversion chart on the website is wrong. They listed a size 38 as a uk size 5.5 it's actually a size 5. Luckily they both fit well.
My dress is made outstanding, will be buying from here again for sure, was worried what it would turn out like, but its better then ever imagined, thank you so much its perfect, fits perfect, tremendous quality fabric. Totally and highly recommend, just allow over half a month to get it. But perfect...
Purchased 3 tops and the quality were equal to if not better than retail mall clothing. Even my husband said they looked good on me (especially when I didn't spend much for them). Will definitely purchased again.

I usually Go for the highly priced Item because comparing them with local shops they are still cheaper. Quality is in proportion with price. Tidebuy has always given me a great and quality experience though.

I special ordered the Gorgeous Beaded Ruched Split-Front for my daughter's 2014 Senior Prom dress from tidebuy, and was quite nervous ordering online for such a very important event. However, your customer service team put us at ease with helping us to select the right size for her measurements, being caring and patient during my phone calls, and staying in contact with us through the process by email. We could not be happier! My daughter received her dress yesterday (in plenty of time for prom), and it is exactly how pictured from the website! We could not stop smiling! When she tried on the dress, it fit like a glove with only a very minor adjustment needed in the bust-line!
