I I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY I purchased a ring and neededeceived it. I inquired about it constantlyand heard nothing. I just bought a purse and I found the perfect wedding dress and I'm very nervous the same things going to happen again? What should I do?

I would advice not to buy from this site, if you have already had a bad experience. I had a very bad shopping experience and never received my item. I only got a refund because i had paid via paypal and started a dispute otherwise i would not have got my money back. If you do decided to take a massive risk and buy from tidebuy i would strongly advice you use paypal as it gives you some protection. But I really hope you don't buy from this site, before you do, do your research, go to http://www.scamadviser.com/ they check sites and let you know if they are trust worthy. I can tell you now that tidebuy dosent do very well. The site will explain why they don't score well and then you can make an informed decision about whether or not to buy from tidebuy. My advice would me not to its more stress than its worth.

Buy something from an American seller. These people are liars. If you need the dress soon, you are out of luck. Better to buy from a reputable place that you know. It may cost a little more (or maybe a little less) than these shysters, but you'll have it when you need it, not an ill fitting poorly made dress that will arrive a month late.

I myself had so many problems with them they sent me the wrong size dress for my wedding last year showed up six months late so we postpone till this year wouldn't give me my money back so I will not deal with them nothing with problems with them and it seems like everybody there is name is Jenny I contacted the higher ups seem to get a little further with them that might be your route to go but never order from them again. Best of luck to you never order from them again. I had all my friends and family ordering from them not one of them at least 30 to 35 of them will not order from them anymore. I copy and pasted all my links to Facebook and kept all my friends updated with what was going on that made them very mad hope things turn out for you I hope your dress is beautiful my cousins actually was very beautiful from there hope you have a beautiful wedding after this just never order again and I'd be on there everyday writing them where is my dress

Dear Genevieve,

As u can see that one of the customer service representative answered asking u to contact with them, don listen to ppl saying tidebuy liars, i swear that i received all my items i've ordered through them and there was only one earring will take longer that i can wait so i requested refund and they refunded me the amount! Who does that!, don't worry just follow up with them daily.
