My husband ordered anniversary gifts for me from the Sundance catalog in early April. He spent a considerable amount of money. Within 2 weeks, 2 items were delivered. The other 4 items said they were backordered. Three due to arrive May 23,2025 and the last one, a blouse due to arrive in August of this year. So we went to the store in Nashville and there was the blouse. So I purchased it there and canceled that item from the order. Since then, I have used the online customer service and they weren't helpful. Tonight, I downloaded Shop App, which is how the site recommends you track your order. Well, I can't find the rest of my order on it. I have purchased many things from other businesses online and have never had this much trouble tracking the shipment. Since May 23 is less than a week away, you would think I could find, or be sent some information about the rest of this order. I like clothing at Sundance. But from now on, if it isn't in the store, I won't buy it.
I purchased two shirts and needed to return them due to wrong size. I returned them on 4/9 and it is now 4/24. No refund yet. Wonder if I will ever get my money back. When I contact them they say they are working on it.
I had severe issues with trying get items I ordered. I messaged sundance and received no reply. After speaking with UPS, USPS they were unable to locate my package, the tracking was not updated for 7 days! I finally called sundace customer service, I was told they could not locate it. This was a gift I ordered 2 weeks ahead of time, big inconvenience that I now have to wait 4 days to file a claim, get reimbursed and find a new gift on short notice. Customer service agent was rude and offered no solution other than wait and file claim after 14 days! Be careful ordering and make sure you won't need your items in a timely manner and don't be surprised if they don't come.
My first purchase on this website and it's a disappointment! Item returned and delivered back to them and it's been 11 days from that delivery date, today, I have not yet received my refund. They sure like to hold on to your money as long as they can. Well, the first and last purchase with Sundance Catalog! They are supposed to be high end, but that's not how they represented themselves! That's not how you do business online, Sundance!

If I could give them a negative score, I would. Shipped $300 dress wrinkled in a plastic bag. Three and half weeks, before I get a refund - WTH. They have the dress, so why don't I have my money. Admit to 100s of returns…says a lot about the quality of their products and return process.
Sundance catalog used to be a reputable company where quality and customer service mattered. This no longer seems to be the case. Please be aware that they have some of the most expensive shipping rates in the business, but will ship your order UPS Mail Innovations (that's a review for another time), which is the slowest service I know of. When your package doesn't arrive, is lost, or not delivered, they take ZERO responsibility and will blame you, USPS, UPS, etc. I used to be a faithful customer, but this order was my last. You will be forced to contact VISA or the BBB to have your purchase covered and refunded. DO NOT rely on any of their customer service (and I use that term VERY loosely) to help or even care. They will do whatever they can to quickly dispose of the call and get you off the phone as soon as possible. Please take my advice and purchase from a more reputable company who cares about their customers.
Terrible shipping and return guidelines. And beware if you order furniture. They charge an arm and a leg for shipping, and God help you if you have to return it.
They tell you 2 weeks to ship on large items, and 2-4 weeks or more once it ships. They say it does not ship from China but I have received packages from China much quicker. Seems it goes to a bulk carrier who may or may not give it to someone else and you may or may not have to meet them somewhere to pick it up. Basically, I have been told several things.
Returns: Good luck. They say it takes 30 days for a return to be credited to your CC. Insane.
They are not helpful with anything once they get your money.
I bought several items recently from Sundance. I paid for the items and a shipping fee. I then received an additional charge from a company called Borderfree.for ( I assumed) duty and taxes.I paid this charge. When the items were to be delivered today I received a notice of additional fees owing.Not sure what this is for. Sundance will not help with returns or refund any shipping or additional charges. So be very wary of ordering from this company.
I've been ordering Sundance jewelry for years. The past couple of years, I've been extremely disappointed in the quality of the items, which ain't cheap. They are quite proud of their stuff. I had natural stone break & drop out of a ring I'd had for awhile - called & they said they didn't carry it any longer (had no idea what I was even talking about). They wouldn't repair or replace. Then last year Christmas my husband actually picked out a necklace for me - which he NEVER does - & the second time I wore it, the necklace broke while we were having dinner with friends & I had to go searching for the pendant. I was a bit taken aback when I opened the gift - I swear this looked like a cheap necklace from a cheap mall jewelry store that young girls shop at. I returned it. I won't order anything ever again. And after reading reviews from others, it makes me wonder if they are operating the ultimate "bait n switch" scam …..

The Sundance Spa i have is a model sentry 750 / 850 Model Capri. Broke down many times over time.
Sundance is interested in selling SPAS but not interested in supporting it's customers.
We do not recommend their product because there is no direct technical support and a company that puts profits over the needs and support of customers is not acceptable.
Will never go back to their products, and will buy products made locally in my country so i support the economy locally.

I ordered the Garbo skirt and blouse I received the skirt but not the blouse so I called customer service and was told the blouse was unavailable and they didn't know when it would be available I was told to call the store in Georgia to see if they had one there so I told customer service to cancel the blouse order and I would call the store in Georgia they had one and sent it to me it was too big so I sent it back with the return paperwork in the bag so then I received the blouse that I canceled I returned it with return paperwork that was in the bag now they are saying I already received the refund because of the first blouse I returned I have sent several emails concerning being charged for 2 blouses I cannot get them to understand what happened the last email I received fro them was a message in all caps to only contact customer service by calling. I would not recommend this company now I am out of a large amount of money they won't refund.
I have been waiting one month for a credit to my card on an item I returned. Their clothes are nice but way overpriced, and to return something is a real hassle waiting for your money takes an eternity.
Expensive necklaces arrived and were nothing like the photo... which had to be a 300% enlargement. They were fragile, extremely cheap looking, like something I would expect at a Dollar Store. I paid to ship the return as Sundance's charges were high, and when I checked, was told they were behind two weeks PLUS in processing returns. Two weeks plus! I would not recommend shopping this catalog. They have some nice items but go to a store and view them in person before purchasing. Otherwise they will have your money tied up for a month!
Love your catalog, although most things out of my price range. The concern I have is the lack of diversity. I am a natural blond and fair skinned. I would appreciate some real blond models, to get a better idea of how the color palette would work for me. Thank you for your consideration.
Its 11:01PM in Idaho and I am finally checking out (I accidentally stumbled on the 40% off day and spent a few hours excitedly shopping late into the night) and was ready to buy! It was a long day and as I reviewed my loaded cart (and kept getting the "this is sold out, remove from cart"; I was persistent) it finally went to the confirm screen- and all the costs went up 40%. It was 12:01 MST. I contacted the customer service - and was told too bad, should have read the fine print (I am pacific time)…
I ordered a sweater for someone as a gift. It came with some kind of ink on it. I immediately reached out to customer service, sent photos, and was told that I would be refunded in full as soon as the item was shipped back.began tracking, since it was damaged. I dropped it off that day. A week later I reached out and asked my not yet refunded and they told me they don't do that, and I would have to wait for my refund as if it was any other purchase (EVEN THOUGH THEY SENT ME A DAMAGED ITEM) and when I pushed back they got rude and dismissive. Reached out a month later and was told they were still processing refunds received in Jan (when it was March) and I would have to wait. It's now getting close to three months since this purchase, and still no refund. What a scam this place is.
I always thought Sundance Catalogue was supposed to be a good company. High prices, yes. Quality,not so much. What really got me, though, is I ordered three items that came in two separate shipments. I returned two of them the next day. That has been almost a month. The first time I called, they said, "it just arrived today, and it is processing." A week goes by, no word. I call again. This time, "It hasn't arrived yet, but looks like it will. Give it another week." I did, no word. I called again, and I was told items arrived but there is a backlog of doing refunds and I should wait another two weeks. Why are there so many refunds? That's for another post. I finally went to the BBC, and there are similar complaints there. Sundance always gives the same answer to them, using the same verbiage. I have no idea if those people ever got their refunds or not. They owe me over $200, and I want it. In the interim, I ordered other clothes and shoes from other companies, and each time I returned something, I was refunded the same day it was received. Anthropologie refunds the day you ship. What's up with this company? Are they keeping the company running by using refund money not sent out? I will never buy from them again. I will also spread the word.

My first time ever buying a jack/coat from Sundance on major sale for $166. I received it, it was not only a terrible fit (too big and too small in all the wrong places), it was not the same color as online or catalogue, and was made of a really inferior fabric.
I tried it on, I sent it back the next day, never worn, never used.
Sundance confirmed they received it (when I called them!) 12/13/22. Sixteen (16) days later, and numerous phone calls they STILL HAVE NOT CREDITED MY CREDIT CARD.
They're running behind, they said. It should be any day not, they said. They're just processing 12/13/22, and 12/14/22 now--------they said now for the last 5 days.
So either they are completely incompetent, or liars, or understaffed, or are floating money. Other people's money.
They have the merchandise. AND MY MONEY. GIVE ME MY REFUND SUNDANCE!

Answer: No. Sold it to a lawless private equity firm. Took the money and ran laughing all the way to the bank. Screw the customer until there are none, then just rebrand and keep screwing the customer. But when it comes down to it, its up to consumers to do their homework on all e-commerce as there are few laws, protections, and really no regulatory oversight/enforcement for this kind of criminal fraud which is rampant in the US now. Other countries have enviable common sense laws governing e-commerce on their books because their citizens wont tolerate the sort of abuses and fraud perpetrated by companies like Sundance, et al.
