Disgusting and rude customer service. They refuse to provide a complaints process.
Faulty wardrobe, hasn't lasted 5 months, they refuse to adhere to Sales of Goods Act and keep emailing same rubbish about it being wear and tear and they refuse to help in any way only responding with "We're not providing any further assistance with this issue, if you wish to take this further it will be with a third party".
I ordered many items for Christmas and returned around £80 worth of goods. Around 20 emails later and they have not located the parcel and are now saying they can't help. I am absolutely disgusted at the poor customer service and that a company of this size is unable to help.
I have had the most awful experience with customer service. I'm now at day 6 and 4 emails and am no closer to returning my items. Every say they have a new question not contained in previous emails. It's awful. Still can't return the items. I will not use again and do not recommend.

Have sent of 30 correspondences now through various mediums. They now have taken my payment for supplying me second hand goods
Do not use this company. They are SCAMMERS. Part delivered order, admitted fault but now not refunding me. False promises of investigating, allow 3-5 workings, be patient, contact finance department (can't get hold of), ask for all the order information. Conveniently not able to see my paid order on their account anymore! This has been going on for over a month and I still don't have my money back. Skeptical of using website as it didn't feel right... should have gone with my gut feeling! Do not use Studio!
I've shopped with studio for many years and usually found them ok. After not using for a year I decided to get some last minute presents from them. Little did I know when I have missing items that you cannot speak to a customer service advisor anymore. It's either web chat where they cannot do anything, email and no reply or FB messenger and no joy. I've missing items that in being charged for and tried for 2 weeks to get resolved. Needless to say I will not be using again
I ordered an item that arrived damaged. I contacted Studio on many occasions and took me 2 weeks to get the item collected. They received the item and refunded the cost but kept hold of the postage. Their policy states clearly in this case that I should of had a complete refund including the postage. Contacted studio again and all I was told was that it will be refunded. We are now 6 weeks from when they refunded just the item and no refund for postage received. What a company, I no longed shop with Studio. Disgusting service
Studio are by far the worst online retailer I have ever come across and I warn prospective customers of studio to check the many negative reviews on this company before giving them your custom.I made a purchase last November with a 3-5 delivery time, after a month of been told that it was on it's way studio cancelled the order stating it was an out of stock item and unavailable,it then took over 3 weeks to receive a refund but postage costs I had paid were withheld (the item was never sent). After over 30 emails to so called customer services stating I would not be paying, this amateurish outfit have still not refunded it 3 months later.I have now received countless emails, text and calls demanding payment or further action will be taken, the amount owed is tiny but as a matter of principle I do not pay money I do not owe, but true to their word they have affected my credit record something I couldn't care less about,I have now blocked all communications with studio.
Since Mike Ashley took over this company it's gone downhill I'm sad to say, been a customer for over 15 years and spent a few thousand pounds with them, never had a problem easy to chat with someone on the phone but that no longer a choice, all the customer service agents gone. I returned some clothing and wanted a refund but didn't get the postage back and when I confronted someone through messenger I was told it was refunded ( but it wasn't) and the postage still showed on my account so I paid the £4.99. So £4.99 I was charged for having the goods delivered, then paid £4.19 to send back through post office then had to pay £4.99 to get it off my account. Mike Ashley needs a good talking to cos he's ruined a good retail company
Paid in full on 2nd December 2023 for a TV.
No tv arrived and no refund.
Studio have now deleted my order too.
I have proof of purchase with lots of evidence to proof this and also how they have sent around in circles and passing me to different departments and getting nowhere. They have done this on purpose, I don't no why buy I've been scammed.

Shocking customer service. Don't expect to be helped at all if something goes wrong with your order. Would also be great if they could use some common sense and not send out severely damaged products.
Expensive item returned as broken and unfit for purpose. Collected by courier arranged by Studio. Having said that they had received it, they are now denying it. Refusing refund, requesting proof. Everything takes 7 days and then nothing. This has been ongoing since the beginning of the year. Shameful and unacceptable. Please consumer beware.
If you item is defective they will play smart and not give your money back or a replacement. That's what happened to me. A lot of time sending email and speaking on the phone with peoples who have no idea what they are doing there. Keep you money safe! Stay away.
Studio need to think outside the box. When a customer orders five pairs of Elf Christmas pyjamas ( Daddy, Mummy and three kids) in October, and three pair arrive five weeks later the last thing you expect is Studio to email cancelling the remaining two Elf pyjamas a few weeks before Christmas!
I will try to get my kids and grandchildren their Christmas pyjamas albeit even if this means going into city stores. I shop on line because of my age and it's safer.
Studio should have delivered the order altogether or cancelled the order weeks ago.
Sending part of an order is very selfish of Studio as it keeps customers dangling like a fish on a hook and that is not good customer relations.
Do not be tempted to use this company.

They do not enclose return documents with the goods.
Very sneaky as then you keep ringing to request same only to be told it has been escalated to their complaints department. Unfortunately due to their stalling tactics your time frame for a refund has expired.
The quality of their products is very poor also.

These absolute scum of a company has taken our money and not delivered the item. They just say excuse after excuse but not deal with it. We ordered a duvet cause ours got ruined and being winter it's a must but these incompetent neglectful company have left us waiting weeks and weeks and still not dealt with it. With the time of the year and how tight things are with money we can't buy another until we get out money back so and due to this my daughter and her mum are ill. I have ordered multiple items from studio however one item was missing and same day I have logged query to customer service but since then noone got in touch to send me missing item or refund. There is no contact number I can call back; automatic generated mailbox. Customer service is awful.
I ordered from this site called studio for an amount on 116 pounds. Never received any items. Payed via debit card they took the payment. When I looked at my order summary they mentioned that I used credit payment which is not true. Tried contacting them many times every time they told me to wait for 7 days. Called them they refused to help and gave a number to contact when I called the number it hung up on me.
Can someone please help me as I ordered a swing and slide set for my kids. Saved money up so I could finally surprise them with the swing but no one is there to help.

Quick to take your money, and then it begins, well, it doesn't, because you wait for ever for the delivery, and, well, they've removed half the things you order anyway, so, why did you bother? Took hours for the order to be acknowledged, yet, there is no one to speak to about when, where or how. Most stock is "shelf-improvement" and doesn't exist, but they will take your money anyway and then fight you forever when you try get it back. Simply a bunch of crooks posing as a business. The website is a cabbage and all.
Delivery was 5-10 days, 30 days still waiting. Terrible customer service - manager will call me back - never happens they are usually ALL in a meeting all day. Laughable. Apparently I can't close my account or cancel order until they raise a complaint and look into it... I've been complaining for weeks. Shocking
