I am a returning customer. Up to this order, my experience was good. Now, it seems like the staff is hiding behind technology, because I have only gotten automated responses from you. I wrote to the contact in the previous automated note with questions and have received zero feedback.

Love your products and how well they are made! All the folks I delt with were polite and helpful, and answered all my questions.

After submitting our request for a quote, we decided to add an additional chair to our order. I called the outlet and was quickly connected to a very knowledgeable Sales Rep. Ryan amended our order and took time to describe the quality of the furniture we are purchasing, when to expect the chairs and how they will be delivered. We are very excited about our purchase and know that the chairs will be a lovely addition to our home. Thank you Ryan!

I just ordered two items for my office. We have many antiques we picked up on our military moves through Europe and needed furniture to match in color and craftsmanship.

The furniture from the Amish Outlet Store is amazingly beautiful. The care that goes into each product is evident. I have ordered furniture from the store three times. Everything is gorgeous and will last a lifetime. The prices are very reasonable for handmade products. The staff at the store is very nice and helpful.

My wife and I are still absolutely stunned at the quality of the furniture, especially considering the price. The craftsmanship is amazing and all 3 pieces were done exactly to our custom specifications. We looked around at so many places, including Ethan Allen, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, etc., but couldn't find any that were the style, color, and/or quality that we wanted. AOS lets you customize dimensions, stain color, style, so we were able to make it exactly how we wanted. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I ordered a roll top desk. They sent some stain samples which helped. When desk arrived I am very happy with the stain. Desk was made after I ordered it, they don't have a hundred of them in a warehouse. Was well worth the wait. Top quality wood and craftsmanship, will last for generations. A family heirloom. Called them 4 times, everyone was friendly and answered my questions. Delivery guy called a day ahead and 30 minutes ahead. Was friendly and very careful with the desk, he put it upstairs in my room. My husband and I were looking for a Kitchen Island. We had questions about one of the choices and Ryan was very helpful in getting the information that we needed. He worked with us in a timely manner. We appreciated his assistance.

After purchasing differents outdoor items from the online store I wanted to inquire about the status of my delivery the lady on the phone careless and impolite with and attitude.
It's not the job of the consumer to look after the delivery status when left without information.

Prices are great, that was the most shoking part to me. I bought a beautifull red wood bedframe, it lookst stunning. Love how it ties the whole room together. Right now I'm also waiting for the wardrobe to arrive, will update as soon as it comes. But, I just know it will exed my expectations.

Our Gliders and Ottomans arrived in the time frame quoted to us when we ordered them. They are even more beautiful than I imagined they would be! The craftsman ship of the Chairs and Ottomans were excellent! The Upholstery was perfect! This work is truly a work of art! Everyone involved with our order was so professional and friendly, they always responded in a very timely manner and were a huge help to me during this process! I can't thank them ALL enough for our very beautiful furniture!

I wanted to write and express our appreciation for the bedroom furniture you delivered to us on 1 Dec 2022. Delivery staff was great, communicated well and took care placing the furniture in our home. Furniture quality is again top-notch (this is the second time we ordered from you) and we value being able to do business with an organization like yours!

Overall experience was solid. I ordered a china / curio cabinet for my mom to replace the one she currently has. Although my original salesperson was no longer with the company Ellen did a great job keeping me updated on the progress. Next step will be replacing the dining table and chairs so hopefully things go just as smoothly.

Also the final product once delivered and looked over by my mom, absolutely floored her.

Ordered a jewelry Armor January 7 2021. I was told 12 to 14 weeks to make and deliver. May 26,2021…. Still waiting. Called customer service today May 26 and they are doing inventory. They will call us in 2 weeks to let us know when it will ship. Should have never paid in full up front. They got there money and now the service sucks! Never buy from them again. If they contacted me periodically with updates I probably would be more understanding. Oh well lost a customer for life.

Ordering furniture online can be an unnerving experience but if you're picky like me, it's often the only alternative as it's difficult to find what you want in the store. I found everything I wanted at AOS and immediately felt at ease after speaking with Carol on the phone. She was very thorough in setting the right expectations for cost, delivery, process, etc. I received the furniture exactly within the designated timeframe and the quality was beyond my expectation. Well worth the $$ and time. I highly recommend paying the additional (nominal) fee to have the furniture set up in your home. The delivery team was exceptional!
