I placed an order in March which is still awaiting dispatch, asked to cancel the order anf get a refund. Order was cancelled, I was told on the 9th of September that the refund would be with me in 3 to 5 working days. Still no refund. Dreadful customer service. Come on Studio give me my £58.99 back!
Horrendous experience!
Items ordered a month ago. Only a part of the order received. Excuse after excuse about delays in packing items received when I contacted them, still no sign of the items. Eventually one of the items from the order turned up and it's the wrong item!
You can't speak to anyone to resolve an issue, just a steam of emails with the same old excuses received when I contacted them!
Terrible service and non existent Customer service. I have paid upfront, so am left with no items yet they have my money!
They even tried to tell me they hadn't taken payment from my bank. I contacted my bank who confirmed they had taken full payment on the day the order was placed. Untrustworthy scammers!

They sell items they don't have. Take your money and fob you off with delay emails. I couldn't wait so I cancelled my order. 14 days! Which is ridiculous when you are not returning but canceling something they don't even have. What they do have though is my money 21 days later and counting. Customer service is shocking. Speaking from a script, cannot even do a refund on an item they don't have. Ask to speak to any department or line leader, team leader, management. They have been in a meeting discussing escalated cases for 7 days now. Fob off. It's a front for stealing money in my opinion. They sell items they don't have and hold on to your money. Make it impossible to speak to anyone who can refund. I now have a case number if it was a low cost item id cut my loses but it's not so I have to keep going and hopefully I'll get it back. Took my money nearly 7 weeks ago nightmare trying to get hold of them and when you finally do keep telling me same garbage every time ie we will sort it.never had any hassle like this from any company.after sales SHOCKING

I would not use this company ever again and would not advise anyone too either if you make a mistake on your order they are unable to rectify it and they try and force credit on you also you need to be careful not go for their credit option by mistake and find yourself in debt. They make it harder to pay with your own money. Worst company EVER
I decided to open a studio account based on good reviews however do not be fooled.
I purchased a mirror which arrived two weeks later smashed back in April. As advised I took pictures I packed it back up and then had the courier they arranged to come and collect the next day.
We are now in June, studio stated they never recieved the package so I sent the reciept I was given upon collection and filled out their form for it to be investigated. I still haven't been refunded even though the mirror was collected over a month ago however they are more then happy to continue charging my account for something which was returned. Ive continuesly emailed, messaged on Facebook, messaged on instagram etc. Aswell as calling however my calls keep being cut off.
Supposedly I was meant to have a call ASAP from studio... That was on Monday and today's Friday.
Not worth shopping somewhere that causes this much stress over a situation that should have been so easily resolved, disgraceful.
So I have given 2 stars as the delivery time was great, however, I ordered a personalised item for my daughter, it came with the wrong name on it. Usually I wouldn't this an issue, mistakes happen, I figured that I could send it back and they would send out the correct one, WRONG. They said I would have to send it back, re-order and pay again and then they would refund the original payment 3 weeks after they receive the returned item! I asked them why as the correct item would have also been sent back so why can't they just send it out instead of letting a personalised item sit in their warehouse. NOPE, I'm sorry madam but that's just how it works so that's what you need to do. So I just told them I would send it back, get my refund and not order from them again. How many customers are they losing by doing this?

Bought few items from website they said its brand new when they arrived I found refurbished total shocked, sent items back for refund and their best courier lost in the post which is joke, I have done whatever I can provided them everything I can, I spoke to customer care few times never helped me, I have requested for call back from management for few times no one bother to keep in touch. I am still paying the item which I never had it, what's an absolute joke this Company is. Taking a legal action now. They must STOP scamming people. Trading authorises must take appropriate action against them to avoid in the future, they can't scam peoples like this, WILL never buy from them again

Ordered something to come in time for Christmas, recieved it today and they have sent me the wrong item! I phoned them and they will not resolve my issue! Taken my return of £160 for the broken air bike. 6 weeks passed. Everyone but them have it even though they sent somebody to collect it. Left a very vulnerable family with nothing.

Its been 4 days and still no reply to my complaint about replacing a faulty electric police car i bought for my 2 year old kid. My kid is so upset and cries every day asking me when his car will work. How can a company survive in this day and age with this level of service. I wish i had read some reviews about this company before buying. I will also be leaving reviews on other platforms to make innocent buys aware of this fraudulent company and reporting to trading standards.
