My parcel has not been delivered and still sitting at the depo 2 weeks on. No one at studio can tell me why I haven't recieved it and to add Insult to injury they don't refund. I will never purchase from here again
I've been a customer of studio for about 6 years, never had a problem until now. Since being taken over by another group they have changed everything. They have got greedy by racking up interest. There was a point it seemed I was reducing my balance but now its not budging. As soon as I get this down to zero I will close my account. In 6 years I never missed a payment and last month money was very tight with bills increasing as everyone struggles so I missed the payment and they are now saying I need to pay double by August. 150 quid is alot of money when you have other bills. They won't look after no one, all they care about is money. Not a great way to run a company. So if you are thinking about joining my advice is don't. My credit score has been damaged by missing one single payment and now looking like it will be widely affected due to the next bill. Please don't make the same mistake I have made.
It's absolutely hopeless trying to contact Studio about a complaint or query. Placed an order, items are substituted and other not as described, issued credit but unable to use it. The waiting time to speak to an agent (when the phone was available) was almost 40 minutes. And then when you take out a payment plan, it's not taken into account any payments made, that are made inbeteeen you're still expected to pay one third of the actual payment.
It doesn't deserve a one star review but then you can't review otherwise.

Ordered 2 tvs 40 and 32 inch I received the 32 but never got the 40 even tho evri say it was delivered and left at side of my house studio say I have no claim and have to pay for tv so no tv and out of pocket thank you studio
This company is going downhill fast. Will take your money but not deliver. Impossible to get an answer from them. They will respond with a generic reply that tells you nothing. Do yourself a favour and do not order anything from them as you won't get the item or your money back!
My order never turned up and I was informed that my item was out of stock and that I would be given a refund. This still hasn't happened! When I phoned the ‘customer service' number, I spoke to three different people from their team and all three were unhelpful and robotic. Disgusting service or lack of.
Website was unclear and showed a blue pencil case and yet email with the order details came through with a pink pencil case. I contacted the company immediately to change it and they kept saying that they could not because it was personalised. However, this was 3 min after placing the order and they hadn't confirmed the order yet and of course the item hadn't been put into production. It was a Sunday evening and just minutes after placing the order which they themselves said still needed to be confirmed. This company doesn't want to lift a finger to help rectify and would rather take customer money. Don't deal with this company as they do not care about customers.
What has happened to Studio, they used to be brilliant. I have been with them for nearly 10 years. But I will be leaving. Their customer service is shocking. Really, really shocking.
I have no proof of purchase of my order as it never arrived.
Wrong item, impolite, no communication. Shameful. You ask for a refund and they may decide to refund you in 15 days! You have to find a printer to print the return form and take a day off work for the collection

Very unpleasant shopping experience
I placed an order and immediately contacted for change and cancellation. The order was "being processed" however they didn't acknowledge the cancellation request and still put it through. Very frustrating experience.
Do not shop with studio. They charge you for undelivered items I have been complaining about since December 2021. To now tell me it is too late to complain. I have been complaining constantly since December 2021 and had resolution team involved in December 2021 who also can't resolve anything.

I ordered an iPad on 27/12/21 that shown in stock, 4 days later no dispatch email or anything so I contacted them to ask when will it be dispatched to be told it's currently out of stock and there was a glitch when I ordered it. I told them to cancel it immediately as Currys had some in stock and they said they will try and cancel it but can't guarantee. If it hasn't been dispatched and it's out of stock why can't they cancel and refund me? They will make me wait a while now and then dispatch it and I'll have the trouble of returning it back to them at my expensive and it will take a long time to get my money back. Such a stupid company. I will never order from here again and would advise anyone else not to either. They like to mess their customers around.
I have no idea how this company are still allowed to trade. Ordered 3 weeks ago and my order still hasn't been dispatched. Delivery times on my confirmation email state 5-10 days.
Have spoken to numerous clueless people at customer service who all refuse to refund me DESPITE sending them screenshots of the consumer regulations that state I should receive a full refund as they have broken their 'contract' to me.

I ordered a plastic Keter shed back in July. Shed never got delivered. I only found out by tracking my order via Arrows website that the shed had not been delivered due to damage. At no point have Studio informed me of this fact, and that it would not be delivered. Fast forward 3 months and I've only just received a credit back onto my account. Whats really amazing is that Studio has been charging me monthly payments for the undelivered item and I have also been charged a late fee for the pleasure. I've contacted several times though the awful webchat (really, no telephone number?!) and been told this issue would be resolved. I've now been palmed off to studio credit to try and get the charges reversed. I've probably wasted 5 /6 hours trying to get this sorted, all for an item that wasn't delivered. Shambles, avoid!
Placed an order on the 9th of December with a 10 day delivery timeframe, that date has now passed and the tracker shows that one of the gifts had not even been dispatched. A call into customer services determined that it was not even in stock so wasn't likely to be dispatched let alone, be received before Christmas. I've now wasted 10 days waiting, and guess what it's out of stock everywhere. Shocking online service - avoid
I ordered a TV from this company and 2 months down the line found out the stand was broken and the tv fell off my stand. Called them and I was promised that they would pick up the item next day which never happened. Call 2 days later was given a different date and the courier never turned up again. I have simply explained to them that if the next attempt for them to pick up this item fails I will put the tv in the bin and I will never make any further payments to them fair and square. They will never get a penny from me again.
Sadly the delivery has been a nightmare with this company. I ordered a desk with an expected delivery date of a few weeks, studio emailed after the expected delivery date passed to say it was delayed. After the few extra weeks passed the item had still not been dispatched. I emailed studio and got no response. I messaged on Instagram and somebody called me a few days later to say the item was now in stock at the warehouse so would be with me in a few days. The next morning I receive an email saying the item is out of stock and they have cancelled my order for a refund. Around a week later I receive an email saying my order has been dispatched. Very confusing and very hard to get in touch with someone at customer services.
Used this service untill an item broke on the 3rd use they then make every excuse not to give a refund you can find all of their products on the high street and it's a safer option if a refund is needed
No customer service at all! Order sent incomplete when I complained they reordered without collecting the incorrect order. This put the account over agreed credit limit. This damaged my credit reference. No apologies from company. Took ages replying to my complaints. AVOID THS COMPANY
