Payed my payment 3weeks before date and still interest on it my bill isn't going down this is disgusting they are such a rip off
The item received is fake and damaged. Do not use this site. The item was a Chinese product worth some hundreds.
Appalling service and missing parts, refused to replace parts or refund.

My first two TV orders were cancelled due to shortage after many weeks of waiting. I decided to give it one last chance and order it for the third time. To my surprise, the order was shipped after just 4 days. I received an email from Evri that they were expecting my parcel on November 13 and then on November 15 that they had received my parcel and that it was at the hub and in procession. At this point the parcel got stuck and the tracking status remains unchanged to this day. Already on November 20, I started to worry that the TV still had not been delivered and I started contacting Evri. After repeated contact with the courier company and after several investigations, they confirmed that the parcel would not reach me because it was lost and I should notify the Studio so that they would refund the money or send it again. And this is where the fight with customer service began. I've been writing emails to them for a week, explaining that the parcel is lost, and they keep telling me that I shouldn't worry because it's on its way with a link to track its status. A real comedy. Begging, sending photos with e-mails from Evri and asking them to give me the money back or send replacement. They can't even forward the case and conduct an investigation or contact Evri. They can't see the dates and understand that it's been 14 days from the parcel reaching Evri hub and stuck. My hands are dropping. I write the same thing over and over again in capital letters and they don't read it and don't help me. They keep writing that it's with the courier and I keep repeating that it's not because was lost. I'm starting to lose hope, but I won't give up. I will report the matter and I will provide this feedback to all institutions until it is resolved. Order number STRE*******7354

I had a Zero balance on my account Jan 2018, then all of a sudden I got an email from Studio telling me my email address had been changed and a new order was placed for just under £500!- This was not me.
I called up Studio (whos call centre is in the Phillapenes) and asked how this happened, they did not know.
I asked to speak to a manager- They dont have one, I asked to speak to the Fraud Dept- They dont have one, I asked to be transferred to the UK- Guess what, they had no number, I told them not to sent the goods as it was not me that ordered them and I asked the question to them, have they been despatched yet- They could not answer the question! Useless and unprofessional!
I was promised a call back, not had one.
I found a UK Head office number and after 6 attempts I got through to a so called manager who promised me a call back - guess what, not had one!
This company is run by a load of pirates, even the receptionist for the company said she wished she didnt work for them, seriously, thats true!
At the time of writing this, I am still waiting for an outcome to this issue- Not good enough at all.
I have reported them to the Police and Trading Standards as the Fraud is clearly an inside job, I know this as I myself am an Ex Fraud Investigator for Santander.
This company is totally useless and should be shut down!
Please take heed by this review and be very aware of them.
Maybe they will respond to this review and explain what is going on not just with my account, but others as well who have the same issue as me.

Ive also now emailed BBC TVs Watchdog and also Fake Britain - The media have to take this up as too many people affected now for it to be just a company error or mistake - Studios IT has been clearly compromised or it is inside Fraud for sure.
How can my log on be changed, but not my password and they still ordered goods in my name and changed the delivery address?... This makes no sense at all!... Studio, do the right thing and be honest with whats happened please.
WORST COMPANY EVER!
Ordered early September 2023, delivery date was due by 15/9, it's now 11th October - a MONTH LATER - and order has still not even been processed! It has however been deducted from my credit card!
Spoken to webchat and via email a dozen times, absolutely awful - won't answer any simple questions like has it been processed yet? When can I expect it? Won't raise a complaint! Tell you a manager will ring you then they don't, then say managers don't call out… tell you they will escalate it and you have to wait a week and to be patient - I said it's been a MONTH - you've already eacalated it - and they end the webchat! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES EVER!
Order at your peril, because if the item doesn't turn up you can kiss your money goodbye! And sanity… Totally not worth it!
Asked for a refund as when used their online tracking in my account the item said 'no longer available' and they lie and say they are 'about' to dispatch it (2 weeks ago) now it says I have no orders at all in my account - but my payment with order number still shows! You can't get to speak to anyone with any power to get things done, and the imaginary escalations team don't reply!
And as for the copy and paste 'please contact our webchat and we will resolve this for you' messages as shown on other reviews below - no you won't/don't! I have repeatedly asked to raise a complaint and have a refund and am told to wait for escalations to contact me within 7 days (2 weeks later…).
And incase people aren't aware, Studio is basically just a dropshipping company, they don't keep the items themselves they just take your money, email the manufacturer/supplier (who you can't speak to) and hope for the best! Which I'm sure is fine until it goes wrong…
But not being able to get a refund after a month despite them having clear proof it's not even been dispatched, and the order not even having been processed a month later is VERY worrying! Mickey Mouse company.
Save yourself 20 hours of a headache - go elsewhere!

To sort this out the item arrived broken that's your responsibility. I saved to get the money and I've no money and nothing to show for it, yor ripping off people on benefits who can't afford all this messing around. I will post this on every blog or site i can find so people who don't have a lot of money dont shop with scamming catalogue
