You are beyond a joke and so unhelpful, deliver damaged goods, are a joke with refunds …, worst ever shopping experience in my life! You should be ashamed!
A serious warning be careful of this company As being a customer with studio for 10 years now it's had it's up and downs some of the products not all I've had seven products faulty! Yes some, are not perfect white coat with bad zippers Bradley made and trainers Chelsea boots that split but we never complained or sent them back only once did we send something a electric kettle delete onto the electrics and onto our work top and nearly electrocuted a child at our house at the time we were very lucky they never really apologised but we kept with them as a good customer always paying up through the bank but now through a mistake they close my account down I would not reinstate it without a load of messing around I thought the company was okay at the best but this this is the last straw I would say to anybody thinking of joining studio to be wary of the problems some bad products no help when it's needed they said they've tied to ring me to get in touch to salt this problem my phone show no such thing so please think before joining this terrible company just beware!
STUDIO HAS GOOD DEALS ON TOYS, CLOTHES AND HOUSEHOLD GOODS. I BUY QUITE A LOT FROM THIS SITE, THEY SELL QUALITY GOODS AND HAVE A GOOD BUY OR RETURNS ATTITUDE. THEY ALWAYS HAVE LOW PRICES AND SPECIALS.
I bought a Daewoo vacuum cleaner. Studio website item description says You get 3 years warranty if You register it up to 28 days on Daewoo website. After purchaise You get a leaflet with the link - going to manufacturer website they require uploading proof of purchase (receipt scan or e-receipt) to register it.
I got no any receipt from Studio. In delivery package there was no any paper, no invoice, no receipt, nothing.
I checked emails from Studio and my account in Studio, no any proof of purchase and no way to print it out. I bought 3 things from Studio at once so account billing shows only amount and "Studio.co.uk" in title.
I wrote to Studio customer service... got an answer "We're sorry" and that it's passed to another team that would issue invoice and I'd get it by post office, just give it a few days. Well, nothing. After a few days I write again only to read again "sorry, I further escalated it for You". That's all, nothing else I got. I got no reply after writing 3rd time. Silence ever since. 28 days for registering passed some 2 weeks ago. Warranty is lost. Still no any purchase proof.
All You get from customer service is "We"re very sorry, wait a few days".
They are unable to give You any proof of purchase, simple receipt.
That way You are unable to register for warranty and unable to get anything from manufacturer.
Simply, Studio MISLEADS customers about products, gives no purchase proof, has no real customer care, only some team to respond "Sorry" that is located most likely out of Europe, based on names and surnames.
Lost of money and time.
Do not make a mistake by purchasing from Studio, this company is refusing to give our refund back especially after cancelling the order straight away!
I try to help people who want to do shopping online from studio... I DON'T RECOMMEND TO NO-ONE TO BUY FROM "STUDIO UK"... if you will be happy to pay something for nothing, you can buy from STUDIO UK, if not... I suggest you to be very careful. For me was happening for second time, first time I used their credit, they charged me for interest even if I didn't jump out of the date which was set up, the second time I didn't use their credit, because my previous experience with them, I paid all my shopping with my debit card, and GUESS WHAT... they still charge me, every month I receive text from them that tge limit of my payment is on 5th of the month. I suggest you to check very well for what they charge you... they take your money for nothing. In my case I had to pay for nothing. I done a complaint to them but I still receive texts regarding my payment... I don't want to hear about them never in my life! My suggestion for you is to give up by buying from them and be careful!
They took money for the order that didnt even go through. Reluctant to refund the money they took for nothing. Useless customer service. Never had similar experience with any other company before.

I placed an order on the 22nd Aug. When I came to pay the psyment went through but then came up with sn error. So I contacted studio on the 23rd. To be told there was an error with the product. The money had come out of my account. I have had made numerous phone calls. To be told that I woukd get a full refund. This was last week.
I rang up today to find out where my refund was. And my account has been deleted. They did not believe me. I td them I have proof. As I have all the times snd dates of the calls. I told them to listen to the calls. But they have refused. And also refused to give me a refund.
I asked to be put through to a manager. But conviently. They were all in meeting.
I tried to order a mattress from studio using cash.
The website and the original email for the order stated "please allow 3 days for delivery".
The money has been taken from my account so I assume everythings OK.
I get an email 2 days later stating my order has been accepted and "please allow 5-10 working days for delivery"
I was not happy with this so I contacted customer services through the email.
Another 3 days later I get an email telling me my order is not being accepted as I don't meet the criteria for an account and if I want to make an order I should go to the website and make a cash order.
ABSOLUTE FARCE, NO IDEA HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS, I HOPE THIS COMPANY IS SOON A CASULATY OF THE CURRENT ECONOMIC CRISIS SO IT CAN BE WIPED FROM HISTORY FOREVER, ABSOLUTE JOKE!

I WAS TOLD I HAD PERSISDENT DEBT BY STUDIO A DEBT OF £260. New developments. Probably after a honest bad review, and two weeks waiting for my order or my money they answer with a email asking to confirm a few points that it doesn't seem legal at all that I didn't received the order and that was pay cash that was the reason they took the money. They basically told me that to be able to order again I need to pay again? They want me to pay twice for a item that was not even on stock or dispatch? Well... Reply to this "Santa Claus"when a order its pay by card you only take the money when the order its dispatch, as you can see **************)Hermes the sender it's still waiting for the order to be received so it means was never send.
So why they are asking me to confirm something that they already know.
It's disgusting... this should be a present.
I read some reviews that people were waiting for orders for Christmas that were never received on time or still waiting. Probably they are not ashame of themselves because the Santa Claus was busy with the money from this people.
I advice people to report this situations.Its simple if they don't have a order they shouldn't sell it to the customers to make sure the customers can spend there money elsewhere and avoid this situations.
I bought an outdoor christmas lamp for my daughter. It broke after 4 days. Studio arranged to collect from hermes. Hermes failed to arrive on 3 occassions but eventually collected on the 4th booking.
Studio received my parcel back (different packaging) but didnt bother to open the box to check its contents.
They then sent the parcel to SMYTHS toy store who contacted me to say they had received the lampost and will return it back to me.
Photos below are the pictures i received from smyths toy store. If STUDIO had opened the box they would've also seen the lampost inside.
I have contacted STUDIO several times and have had the phone put down on several occasions and has cost me £22 to make these calls.
Studio are declining to refund me as they havent got the lampost back (they did receive it but sent it to a completely different shop).
The service we have received is diabolical. This has been going on for 6 weeks.
They are an awful company who put the phone down on you when you ask to speak to a manager.
I will be going through my bank for a refund as im clearly not going to get one through STUDIO after waiting 6 weeks.

Placed a order witch came fast every item was miss sized and poor quality so sent everything back thought there company courier and was told it was received to wait 14 days for a refund, after 14 days I called to be told the parcels was missing on there end so I would get a refund when it was found to call back, so when I did I got told it was found and I would get a refund 14 day same happend to be told it was lost Agen and I need. To fill in a form to send back to dispute so did that phoned to be told it was found and a refund would be in 14 days and when I said I wasn't accepting this as a answer as I had been told this many times, ended up on the phone for over 1 HR to just give up complete scam
Cant give 0 stars or I would! I placed my order on 26th Nov hadnt recieved it by 7th Dec so called asking for update, they told me I hadn't ordered anything since 2021 but I had a confirmation email and monet taken from my bank account...they said that they could see the transaction and would refund the money back within 72hours...a week later I still hadn't recieved any payment...I called back again saying hadn't recieved payment said they would sort it and to give 24hours another 2 days later still not in bank so called again on hold for 25mins (they will have made more money back off me from calls) to be answered and be told that they where closed REALLY worse service ever I will NEVER purchase from studio again
Months of threatening letters to a 78 OAP for money she does not owe, Customer service hand up on you as most barely speak english, DO NOT BUY FROM STUDIO
Typical site, auto renew by default. Lost $228 to a junky training site I will never use.

So far I've been waiting over 10 weeks for a refund. Studio accept that the courier lost the package but still refuse to refund me.
Answer: Once you finally get through they will keep repeating the same scripted and meaningless drivel then they hang up on you. AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY!
