Please avoid using this company as they do not send out items that you purchase. Nore do they cancel items leaving you out of pocket.
Ordered a quest meta 2 on the 9/6/23 and 10 days later the item has still not been dispatched.
The customer service number diverts to an eastern country call centre which makes things very difficult and a barrier to resolve any issues, as they just give scripted responses.
The email system and facebook again, is copy and paste scripts. Thats if they ever respond at all. (my last few messages have gone unawnsered)
Contacted the company several times as item was not dispatched, despite tracking number provided on the 10th. The website says the item is direct from supplier, where the agent told me they have my item in their warehouse?
By the 15th I asked them to cancel the item as it was still showing as awaiting dispatch where I was met with "WE WILL TRY TO CANCEL YOUR ITEM BUT I CANT GARANTEE IT"
Now for an item that has not been dispatched, and it apparently in your warehouse, why is it that it can't be cancelled. The order clearly hasn't been picked?
It is now the 19th, I cancelled the item 4 days ago, yet it still remains in my account and payable under the credit agreement.
All customer service responses now is, it will take time to cancel your order.
I am now left in a situation where i have used credit on my account, which I will have to pay back, because the item has not been dispatched, nore has it been cancelled.
ALSO PLEASE NOTE, WHEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPOND TO THIS:
"I HAVE EMAILED YOU"
THIS IS AN OUTRIGHT LIE, THEY DO NOT EMAIL YOU AT ALL. AS WITH ALL THE OTHERS ON HERE. THIS IS JUST FOR SHOW FOR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
