WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Its been 4 days and still no reply to my complaint about replacing a faulty electric police car i bought for my 2 year old kid. My kid is so upset and cries every day asking me when his car will work. How can a company survive in this day and age with this level of service. I wish i had read some reviews about this company before buying. I will also be leaving reviews on other platforms to make innocent buys aware of this fraudulent company and reporting to trading standards.
Don't bother using this company, they are useless. After months of contacting them about not being able to access my account I have now closed my account. I'll take my business where it is wanted!
This online shop is not to be trusted, You can never clear your credit balance as they charge so much for interest its appalling. When you return a faulty item, they keep your money... I returned an item which i had paid £130 for and got a refund of £30.00.

Absolutely sick & tired of this firm now! 6 weeks waiting for Xmas card holders and no goods have arrived & no refund as I was made to wait for '30' day investigation which is now up and they just ignore my emails now! Appalling customer service. Have requested a returns label 8 times. They don't enclose one or make it accessible online but supposedly post them, OR DON'T! Can't get my refund as courier collection only and they won't take as not got returns barcode. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, POOR STANDARD PRODUCT, EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ordered blinds before christmas, chased the last two days to be told they have cancelled it. I have to wait even longer for a refund
Placed and paid for an order on 7th July, email received on 10th to say on its was on it's to allow 3-7days. Emailed them as not arrived by 19th, I stated it was for a gift and if it wasnt going to arrive by 20th to cancel and refund my money. Got an email today saying to allow another 7 days!
Tried to resolve via contact centre today, they say it was despatched yesterday after I'd requested to cancel and refund.
They now expect me to wait for the delivery, arrange a collection and they'll eventually refund my money! Wish I had read other reviews about poor service and long delivery times before ordering.
1st and certainly the last time I'll order from them, they've had my money 14 days and counting, no goods and had to rush out and purchase my gift elsewhere!
LOST BY COURIERS ITEMS have to wait 30 days of investigation before a refund
Order a watch should be delivered at the latest the 30/11/22 raise a complain that it not delivered and now have to wait for investigation is finished up to 30 days and then get a refund. There go a Christmas present in these expensive times.
FUNNY PART IS THAT WHEN GIVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK THEY CALL YOU IN A FEW HOURS BUT HAVE NO TIME AND WILL NOT REPLACE LOST ITEMS BY COURIERS. IF YOU BUY AND PAY FROM STUDIO THIS MEANS THAT STUDIO GO IN A LAWFUL AGREEMENT AND HAVE TO DELIVER THE GOOD IN THE AGREED TIME.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Even damaged items are not replaced and the after service is apaling. No phone line to speak to a human. Live chat ran by staff who are clearly sick of dealing with endless complications all day every day. Trying to get a TV replaced that was broken on delivery is like pulling teeth. Shocking company now
I ordered a dressing table on 14th Jan, expecting it to be here by 30th Jan as a birthday present for £120 bearing in mind postage was £20. I recieved NO updates on the item, only to contact them prior to the birthday to find out it had been delayed until 13th March! I then contacted them again on 15th Feb for any updates, only to be told that they are no longer processing my order. Absolutely disgusting service and only update you if you chase them. So i wouldn't know what the item is like as they never delivered it. Do not order from this website.
Bought two lots of glasses. The acknowledgement said that two parcels would be delivered by Hermes within 4 working days. Hermes delivered one lot of glasses but not the second. Chased this up with Hermes who said they did not have it. Contacted Studio by email who said they would despatch the second lot of glasses again subject to a declaration that I would return the missing items if they arrived, which I provided. I followed this up a few days later with a phone call, only to be told that I had to pay again for the glasses to be sent while they conduct an investigation, which would take up to 30 days. If the investigation confirmed the absence of the missing items then I would receive a refund. It was acknowledged that the error was at their end, not mine. When I asked how to complain at a more senior level, I was told that, whilst the company is UK based, the call centre is in South Africa, and they could not provide that information. So now I am left without something I paid for due to very poor service. I wonder what Trading Standards would make of this.
So bad is this company, it is bordering on the criminal. Just about to make a claim against them through the FCA and they are screwed as I have all the evidence against them via letters and emails.

They refuse to give me refund after waiting for the parcel 11 days I've asked for my money back as can't wait any longer and they just don't want to accept I don't want it anymore
I ordered a bedroom set from studio. I arranged for family to put together the set for me as I am disabled and could not do so myself. They put together the chest of draws and the bedside tables and when they attempted to put the wardrobe together, they realised there was a piece of wood missing. We contacted Studio and all they could offer was 10% off - £20 back for a bedroom set we can not use. They then told me to take the set apart and return it - which would mean I would need to arrange for family to attend once again and undo all the work they had previously done and box all the furniture, instead of studio arranging for one piece of wood to be provided. I have been requesting a call from management for three weeks now. I am now receiving generic messages to say they will make a decision on my complaint within EIGHT weeks. Firstly, I haven't made a complaint as of yet, I am still yet to speak to someone. Secondly, they are making me wait eight weeks for a resolution. I am disabled and the bedroom set is currently taking up space that I need. It is dangerous and this should have been resolved very easily. Studio have made things as difficult as possible and I am no closer to a resolution than I was three weeks ago. I just want my bedroom set completed.

One of the item was delayed and they had no clue when will be delivered they emailed me and I called them to cancel it and was confirmed 2 days latter it was delivered I called to know why they replied saying cancellation not guaranteed
And they want me to go through a cancellation procedure
