I've shopped with studio for many years and usually found them ok. After not using for a year I decided to get some last minute presents from them. Little did I know when I have missing items that you cannot speak to a customer service advisor anymore. It's either web chat where they cannot do anything, email and no reply or FB messenger and no joy. I've missing items that in being charged for and tried for 2 weeks to get resolved. Needless to say I will not be using again
