Ordered some swimwear and a dress - nothing fits. The actual dimensions are even smaller than their posted sizes. I ordered a cream-colored hat - received a blue one However, the customer service was quick to address the issues and resolved the problems.
I ordered a bathing suit, blouse, and shoes. They were all too small. Could not use anything. Shipping is too expensive to try to send back. I am just stuck with it. If anyone orders from them order 2 sizes bigger than you need.

I ordered 3 shirts on May 23,2016 and I have not received anything. The tracking number worked for a couple of days, then nothing. The only thing that showed me ordering anything was that they received payment for the shirts that I have not received. After placing my order I saw reviews stating they were slow, but come on, this is ridiculous. They were not slow on getting their money.
I posted the above on June 23,2016 they were quick to respond assuring me that I would receive my order shortly. They would be sending it by another carrier. It is now August 7,2016 and I have not received my order. I will be very vocal to many people who have considered your site. I would give 5 stars because they have good customer service and all, but I expect to get the service I paid for. It's only fair. Now I am told my order is selected randomly for a deep, inspection. If you need your items in less than 15 days this is not the best shopping site to visit.

In fact, I was totally unable to find any indication that this international seller is seedy and shady UNTIL I got an odd and strange request from them this morning. I made a purchase, and they then asked me for photo identification. No way am I going to upload this stuff to the internet! In all my years ordering online through US websites and international markets like Amazon, I have NEVER had this problem. Rose Wholesale's Customer Service is ABSOLUTELY atrocious. The representative with whom I spoke about cancelling my order was completely clueless and not very proficient in English. Then I had to call my credit card company to make sure the refund actually went through. And it hasn't been posted yet. I knew I was taking a small gamble when I purchased this item, given it was so cheap and from some random company than no doubt operates out of a garage in some industrial block in China somewhere, but with hope in my heart, I spent good money on what I believed to be a fair chance I'd receive my t-shirt.
This was over a month ago. One week after my order, I received an email confirming my purchase with an order number, and a tracking number. A week after that, the tracking number became active, and I was able to track my parcel.
One more week passes, and lo and behold - the tracking number no longer registers with the courier in question! I checked multiple times, I hadn't 'copy and pasted' it incorrectly into the tracking window. It had disappeared!
Needless to say, I've been messed around and have given up all hope of ever seeing my t-shirt, or the money replacing what I wasted on it. And it's despairing to see ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE who have been messed around, too. What kind of criminal outfit are you running, here? Scam, scam, scam.
