First of all there was NO indication that this was "auto-renewing". In addition I was NOT aware that I was spending over $90 for this order. This leads me to believe that your company is a SCAM and I will spend all the time necessary to inform the public at large of that fact. There is no excuse for people such as yourselves. I am am 81 year old with limited funds and very little to spend on my Coco regardless of how much he means to me. I already have a company that bends over backwards to assist me in cost, shipping and quality. As far as I am concerned, your company offers neither. So do what you have to, but know full well, it will not be worth it to you in the long run. Furthermore, this business has no contact phone number for customers to complain that we have been charged two weeks after the "trial period" ended. There is no excuse for this thievery.

Tonight, March 8 at around 5 PM I traveled over 30 miles to have dinner at chili's in Smyrna. Yes, I was excited because it had been over 5 months since I had the beef fa·ji·tas with all the trimmings. I was specific as to how I wanted them cooked, rare as they hit my plate and with soup. Well the soup was too spicy so I had to send it back. Some time later the dinner arrived and they were very well done, the opposite of what I ordered. Not only were they cooked wrong, but the texture of the beef was worse than leather. So I traveled over 60 miles RT for a wasted dinner. I left and just chalked it up to never return. Now that I look at all the negative remarks, I am convinced that the Mgt does not care how the customers are treated. I will post this wherever I think it will do the most good for other potential customers.

Based on the current TV ad for your company, I drove a long distance to taste this rare, prime rib sub and was totally disappointed, angry and very dismayed. For one thing, the actual sub looked absolutely NOTHING like the ad and in fact tasted like the mildew, creamy white sauce that it was. So not only did I waste my time and money that it cost me, but also the delightful feeling that I had to think I was going to get a great rare prime rib sub sandwich. What a disappointment and what a crime against the advertising industry. This type of false advertising should be banned and illegal and if you folks fall for it, you are the only ones to blame, for as I can see, many others also did the same thing.

I PROMISE I WILL WRITE TO EVERY WEB SITE ABOUT YOUR FRAUDULENT PRODUCTS AND COMPLETE LACK OF TRUTH. I JUST RECEIVED TWO SHIRTS SIZED 2XX THAT FIT LIKE A SMALL BOY'S SMALL SHIRT. ARE YOU PEOPLE OUT OF YOUR $#*! ING MINDS? I WANT A REFUND IMMEDIATELY. I HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED AND PAID FOR SIX SHIRTS THAT I WILL THROW IN THE GARBAGE BECAUSE THEY ARE OF NO USE TO ME. HOW HAVE YOU STAYED IN BUSINESS THIS LONG WITHOUT GETTING SHUT DOWN? GUESS THAT'S THE ADVANTAGE OF BEING IN CHINA; NOONE GIVES A $#*! THERE.
