I didn't really care but was disappointed as this was my first foray into clothes shopping online. I put a complaint in and was taken care of right away, and felt they cared and treated me like a customer should be treated. But, without directions, I did not realize they required batteries, since no directions were enclosed. I took one to a local store. They sold and installed the batteries for me. To sum it up, I am glad I ordered before I read the sad and mad reviews because I love my stuff. I actually have already placed another order that is on its way per their E-mail on that slow boat from China.
It has been 6 weeks since I ordered my swim suit and have not received anything.
So I should have done more research on this company. Extra fees on my account and possibly more as they are shipping from overseas "Please note: customs tax and duty is dependent on destination. The buyer is responsible for all associated costs"... which I was unaware of. Now reading these other reviews I will see if I even receive my package in 30 days or less. WOW.

Every year I go on the Malt Shop Memories Cruise - 50s/60s entertainment. 2016 will be my fifth year. I wear 50s costumes, some vintage items, mostly reproduction. I purchased a red dress with black polka dots in the 50s style. It fits perfectly, and is absolutely adorable. The arrival from date of order was a surprise. Less than a week after I placed the order, I received all four items from my order.
I also purchased a silver wig to wear with my halloween costume (Spider Lady) for the costume contest on the cruise. It is a great fit, and just shaggy enough to look great with all the spider images on the shirt.
I also purchased a pair of winter-white ankle boots, with zippers and one inch heels. The material is unflawed, and the color is very, very nice. I am quite pleased with the boots.
The last item I purchased is an ear cuff to wear with my Renaissance Festival costume, which I began putting together two years ago. Every year I attend the Texas Renaissance Festival. The ear cuff will make a very nice touch to my wench costume.
All in all, I am totally, absolutely satisfied with my order experience, and the items. I have every intention of ordering on a regular basis from Rose Wholesale. And have referred quite a few friends already to the website.

When I contact the company I can only leave a phone message - no call back - just an email stating it is ready for pick up by DHL. Couldn't write about the quality, I haven't received a thing. Shipping order says delivered however I still haven't received anything. Writing to the company does nothing, you get these bogus ticket replies, for whatever reason they can't contact you by email, the ticket reply has the same thing over and over again. Would not recommend, they have ZERO customer service, meaning you will never get a personal response, just the same "your order was Shipped" nonsense. I am so tired of these companies getting away with basically stealing peoples money, and sending nothing for it. Its worth it to shop locally, even if you have to pay a bit more. THIS company now says it will be another 3 weeks before the rest of my order is shipped, HOWEVER they wasted no time in collecting their money from ME. Again, there is NO customer service whatsoever, you get what looks like a pre-scripted response in some ticket forum, no personal service at all, the only email you get is to go look at the ticket info. Lesson learned, anything that has a ticket forum rather than personalized email customer service is NOT A COMPANY TO BUY FROM!

Contacted them multiple times. They claimed they shipped my item over 40 days ago. They asked me to check my address and contact my local Post Office. I already did that. This is a lot of trouble, don't waste your time with these liars. Even the shipping/tracking number is bogus.
Factory clothing screwups being resold for cheap!
Prices are low but Shipping is the most I ever paid online! I ordered some Items for myself and my daughter. NONE of the Clothing pieces fit, one of the tops appeared to be for maternity but not advertised that way. When I measured the items to compare against their
Size chart, everything was way off, all inches smaller than size chart stated.

I normally use L size, but here the L size its not even for a teenager. I bought 4 pieces and I just can wear only a T-shirt very tight. Check very well the sizes before buying!
