I paid for a swimsuit as a gift for my wife and paid extra 10 dollars for delivery within 7-10 days... double that time and I still have not received anything though they definitely took my money. Twice it would seem. I got two payment confirmation emails and two tracking numbers though I only ordered once. Tried to call customer service and got a number that asked me to leave a message. Seems very fishy. Never have I ever had a voice-mail be my response during their stated hours of operation at any legitimate business customers service number. I want my full refund. Both of them it would seem. I don't even care about the swimsuit that I ordered. Obviously the time for that gift has come and gone. Total fraud. Paid extra also for tracking number that doesnt work. Now I have to figure out who to report this too and make sure they stop hitting my bank info for more payments.

So as of today after multiple communications with this company I retract my statements that this business is a scam. They refunded my money and told me I could keep my item if it did arrive and also gave me a coupon to make up for the bad experience I had with this order. I finally did receive my order today and it fit nicely. I am pleased with the way they addressed my concerns and tried to make it right. I will try this company out again in the future.

If you look at the size chart you can get the right size. Chinese make their clothes smaller and takes longer to get here. I put on a little weight so I found I could afford many newer style clothes through them. I get a lot of compliments on my new wardrobe. I haven't had a problem yet.
I received my throw pillows yesterday, 7/11/16! They look great so far, but I have to fill them up (the come without the filling, but that was stated in the description of the pillows) Once I get them filled up, I will post pics. My experience started out kind of negative, but once I was able to communicate with *******@rosewholesale.com, I was assisted satisfactorily and my package actually arrived within 14 days approximately. I normally order 2xl from all suppliers as I love a bit of room whilst playing golf.
So after reading other reviews I ordered a 3xl orange shirt... it arrived after a week, I seriously can't get it over my shoulders... great looking shirt, but unless your stick thin... I recommend you look elsewhere...

Ordered four (4) XXL or 2XL shirts because I wanted larger than XL. Shirts arrived alright and were labeled accordingly, but reality is that all of them were more like a M or L at best. Definitely would not recommend both products and this company going forward.
UPDATE: After writing this review rosewholesale.com contacted me and refunded me completely including shipping, insurance, etc., and advised me that I didn't have to return the shirts.

Purchased 5 items total $101 including postage then bank statement shows $136. Found out it was in U$ which is strange as purchased in Australia and item originated from Sydney, Australia. Fair trading and ACCC has something to think about.
Never had issues with hidden currency scam for online purchases.
Items arrived but degraded quality and size don't fit, they don't comply with standard sizing.

I was cautious at 1st, but I have placed 2 orders now and I am very happy. You really have to look at the size chart and realize their clothing runs a bit smaller than American. Once you figure that out, there really isn't a problem. There is so much to choose from. I love the style and selection. I have also figured out that if the shipping is not that much more, go for the next step up, it makes a big difference. I paid $5.00 more and got my order in a week. Otherwise, don't be in a hurry, it will be about 1 month. I will continue to order from this company, because like I said, I am very happy!

We ordered three 4th of July swimsuits and paid extra shipping coasts so they arrive on time and they didn't. But rosewholesale was willing to refund the products shipping fee and I was happy that after that the suits came in and actually fit. They're not as bad now but I will still never shop there again.

I received the shipment of what i had ordered online, but the clothes were much to small. I usually wear somewhere between Medium and Large (European), but i looked like a stuffed sausage wearing it. To be fair, the fabric of the clothing was surprisingly good for the price i paid, but the sizes are very misleading.
If you plan to purchase anything here, make sure that you purchase 1-2 Sizes over what you would normally get. The sizes seem to be after chinese standard, and thus it is very different to European or American.

I've now heard back from Rosewholesale and they have refunded my order. Very good customer service as it only took one day from this review until they had sorted everything out.
Don't buy unless you feel like waiting 2 months or more to get your package. The tracking is horrible. To get any information is horrible. I placed an order in May and I still do not have it. I can't tell you quality of the material until I receive it.
