Horrific Customer Service

Long story short, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. CS NOT PRESENT. VERY INCOMPETENT STAFFS.

THEY DO NOT HAVE THEIR OWN STOCKS, THEY JUST ORDER FROM THIRD PARTY, BASICALLY A MIDDLE MAN. THEY DO NOT HAVE POWER, NOR A WILL TO HELP YOU WHEN THERE ARE ANY ISSUES.

My boyfriend ordered a mug from this place for my Valentine's Day gift. After about couple weeks, it didn't arrive as it had been estimated, so I tracked it, and I found out that it has been sent back to sender. Immediately, I filed a ticket with Rosewholesale, asking if they can investigate the reason for this. The first answer they gave me was that the mug has been declined by the customs. Ridiculous. A mug being illegal? They've put cocaine in it or what? Worst of all, when I contacted Aus Post about this, it turned out that the mug was, in fact, cleared by the customs, but sent back to sender after failed delivery attempt.

At this point, I knew that they didn't even try to find out what was causing problem. So, after sending them another message with tracking information that shows customs clearance, I contacted StarTrack and Aus Post again to get to the bottom of this, and finally, Aus Post confirmed that part of address was missing on the parcel, hence sender's mistake. I was getting really furious at this point, because after I have been dealing with them for weeks, all I have was their lies (customs refused a MUG), fake apologies and lame offers; either get partial refund or pay 8 USD extra to get another one sent again. Oh, they even tried to make this my fault by saying I gave them wrong address. Are you serious? It's a business premises. We get deliveries to that place every single day with exact same address.

To prove my point, I sent them screen shots of me talking to Aus Post on Facebook, which clearly states that the issue is missing address. They just wouldn't admit it. They were telling me it was my fault, Aus Post fault and StarTrack fault. I felt like I was talking to a robot, because the CS staff, Thirza, kept saying the same thing. The mug was like 10 USD. I wasn't really after a refund. What I really wanted to hear was they admitting to the mistake and asking me the resolution I am comfortable with, instead of shoving a couple of solutions they have come up with, in their own terms, in my face.

How are you lie to customer? How dare you ask your customer to pay for your mistake? How dare you blame other parties for your incompetence?

I hate the fact that they've made me waste my time writing such angry review online. UGH.

Payment is Taken Quickly - Items NEVER Arrive - STAY AWAY

I was skeptical about this site at first. The clothing was GORGEOUS. I made my first order on 11-11-2016 (order# HHR**************). Although 2 of the items I bought sold out (they refunded my money), I actually did receive the other 2 items. So, I thought they were "safe" company to deal with.

My 2nd was placed on 12-5-2016 (order #H**************) and I actually received this order COMPLETE before Christmas - SHOCKING! Now, I obviously trust them and have NO problem ordering from them.

My 3rd order was placed on 3-1-2017 (order #HH**************) - this is where is goes REAL BAD, REAL FAST. As always, they took my money within 1 hour. However, I kept checking my order and it never changed from 'processing' status. So, finally on 4-5-2017 I contacted customer service with this message:

My email: "" My order was placed: Mar/01/2017 16:03:23 PM -- and was PAID for. There is no logical reason why it has been 33 days and it is still in "processing". Either mail out my items today or REFUND all of my money TODAY! ""

Response from them: "" As the items are hot-sale ones, always demand exceeds supply, the stock information can not update in time on our website. We are sorry to hear you have to cancel your order HH**************.
We are now arranging the full refund for you""

Refund for that went through rather fast. Due to this having been my FIRST problem with them and the MULTIPLE items I purchased were probably in high demand, I decided to try just one more time but only order 1 item. They cant screw up that bad when you just order 1 item and they cant say not all items are ready, right? WRONG

On 4-5-2017, I placed my 4th and FINAL order. (order #HH**************). Shockingly the item showed 'shipped' within 2 days of placing the order. However, when 5-25-2017 arrived and still no package or tracking information, I contacted them.

Response: ""We are sorry to hear you haven't received the item yet.

Really... I now need to give your item a full 60 days to get to me?! To me, that is ridiculous. So, today is 6/9/2017 and I have sent a new email to them about this current order, order #4 from me. Item - Underwire Padded Color Block Push Up Tankini Swimsuit SKU - *******

The best part, if they give you tracking information it sends you to a website that is in Chinese! Even with 'translate' on it is hard to navigate it and probably wont be successful finding your package.

So, if you order from this company, it is by luck of the draw that you will actually receive your items. My advice STAY AWAY from them!

Back on Feb 26th 2017 I ordered $20 worth of products, I thought I would give it a try without risking a fortune. I used international shipping to Costa Rica and even if I knew that it would probably take about 2 to 3 months to get here, I took the risk. I paid a little extra for tracking information to avoid having my products getting lost in the Costa Rican mailing system, little did I know that it was useless doing this. As weeks went by, I started getting anxious as I wanted my order so, I sent them a ticket back in 04/18/2017 asking for an update on my order. This was their answer: "As the packages were shipped by unregistered mail, we cannot track them now.

Kindly note that most packages will arrive at their destination within 25 business days.

However, a small percentage of orders can take up to two months to arrive due to extreme weather condtions, national holidays, and peak season etc.

Please rest assured that your package is still on its way, and we ship to your country on a regular basis with this shipper.

This is why we have set this timeframe. Once it has been exceeded, please recontact us with all the details we asked on May. 6th."

Their answer aggraveted me a lil because I DID PAY EXTRA FOR INTERNATIONAL TRACKING INFO and a long time had gone by since I placed my order without receiving it. Anyways, I decided to wait until May 6th before making a chargeback. Today is May 10th 2017 and after sending another ticket wondering where my stuff is, this is their answer: "We are so sorry that there is a mistake for our warehouse, we did not send your order with a tracking number.
The items are not available, we could not resend for you."

Not only I paid for international shipping info, which I never received but it took them 3 freaking months to tell me I was never going to receive my order! At this point I am MORE than ready to charge them back and advise you guys not to trust this site. Ive had a bad experience with them and hope that no one else goes through this too. Wish me luck with the chargeback process!

Completely ripped off and no response

I ordered 15 android boxes from Rosewholesale on Feb23rd/2017 and received 1 box on March 22nd, which is today!
I have been emailing them to find out status, no response, they gladly took by 330 american dollars and sent me one android box worth 18 dollars, where is the rest of the order? Why wont you respond? This is criminal. Here is my info

I previously wrote a review regarding this on line site, there site looks appealing, hundreds of items, low prices, beautiful models in couture, truth is, some pieces may be not bad, they may fit if your a large for example and go to a 2xl, (Asian sizing) even than if your fairly tall I'm 5ft7, a dress will be more like a top.

The quality in the pictures, looks beautiful but truth is there someone else's photos and copies of other designers clothes, free people, anthropology, would I like a copy for a fraction of a two hundred dollar dress? Yaaas but it odds are won't be same quality as real designer.

Material is bizzare, maybe cheap rayon, maybe some new undiscovered material like recycled shower curtains?

Shipping cost is high, I myself paid $30 to ship to Canada, (most sites offer free) items came bit by bit, and took well over a mth, I have bought many items from China and some came in a week, so this place must use lowest shipping method possible (by boat) for thirty bucks should be a lot quicker.

Next up, items I ordered almost two months ago were on back order, they are no longer in stock? Well they were when ordered but OK, this did not stop them from stealing money and not bothering to email me advising they do not have, I was told to pick something else and wait again, pls I do not want this junk.

They certainly do not want to refund you, the only way you will get contact or money back is if you used PayPal or credit card, if you send PayPal in after them you may get some or all money back, this company is sneaky too at last. Minute they provided PayPal with a tracking number proof was delivered

But this does not prove what was delivered!

I apologize my review is so long but this was worst experience I have ever had with a online store, I have bought tons off net and never encountered such garbage.

Pls do not waste your money, time on this bs, support american made items, there is no inspection done on this items neither, fabric, dye they use so on, least clothes, items here sold from China must pass inspection, especially earrings made in China.

Buyer beware of this shorty site, and sister company rosegal, I heard they are changing name to fashion mirror so beware.

I did receive some money back when I escalated claim and some proof that items not sent by them admitting it n an email as proof.

Good luck stay away from ROSEGAL and ROSEGAL wholesale!

LATE, LATE, LATE but got a refund
December 18, 2016

I paid for expedited freight on several items that were all supposedly in stock via their web site when I placed my order. Their web site states 2-3 days to process the order and you pick the ship method and transit time. So I picked expedited 2-3 day shipment which should be 6 days worst case as I needed my order before Christmas. But I had 10 days until I needed it and wanted to make sure I had some extra time too, just in case as the order was clearly shipping from Asia, probably China which isn't an issue to me.

I placed the order and waited on ship confirmation waiting 4 days and then contacted them. A nice service agent then tells me via email the next day that they were out of stock on 1 item and it held up the whole order. I was given an option to pick something else or wait until after Christmas for the shortage to be filled on that one item. I agreed to swap the item with another item via email reply. Then by email the next day they tell me, thank you for agreeing to swap items but they are now out of one of the other items that they did have but no longer have stock on now. This time they want me to wait on this item to arrive in stock but don't say when they will get it in or even if they have all the rest of my items in a box allocated to me. So I have a dilemma and running short on time. I ask them to ship what they have now or refund my money as this back and forth email exchange and lost time is using all the logistics time to get my order in. Then I get another email the next day saying the order is with the courier and not quite sure what that implies but state they will attempt to stop the shipment and refund my money if they do. Remember Christmas is the only reason for the order and all this back and forth over night email responses is consuming calendar days and making it worse. I asked them again to ship TODAY what they do have and refund my money on the short items or cancel the entire order and refund my money. Hopefully the products if I ever get them are worth all this. Well they agreed to cancel as they felt customs delays and shipping delays may push my order receipt past my need date and then they did refund all my money promptly.

Upside is they are trying to be nice, polite and helpful as well as demonstrate good customer service as well as cooperate with refunds.

Bad news is that their order fulfillment process is not very good. Customer service is over night responses which is not timely. The stock allocation to placed orders does not appear to be based on standard FIFO terms which would stop over ordering. They clearly don't seem to reserve stock to orders while customer service issues are being resolved and worse it seems that other orders may preempt yours depending on when they are picked/processed and thus over sell.

Supply chain on inbound orders and deliveries may also play a part in this as they may have had late deliveries too. All are solvable issues and I hope they make strides to fix it as they seem like a reputable company trying to work through their issues.

I regret that I ended up cancelling as I really wanted to see their products as I had their web site bookmarked for several months. I may place another order when I don't have a concern for time as I want to insure sizes are correct and the quality is up to standard too. I was also happy about their being responsible and refunding me the money.

I will give them another chance in the future and hopefully they earn glowing 5 stars at that time.
