I placed an order in January and now it is September and still havent got my item! The best is when you call no one cares and either hangs up or tells you its on its way... There is NO manager to speak to just people who barely understand English... I am trying to just get a Refund but cant even do that! This place is terrible!

BEWARE! None of the clothing at Rose Tasty will be of the quality they are picturing in their advertising! They take your money and mail you defective, cheaply made items then tell you if you return them you will pay more in shipping to have them returned because you have to ship it to China! They claim they do not have a return site here in the US! I think they say that to discourage you to return your items. They did off me a partial refund. Finally, after corresponding over almost 30 days with different people each time, they offered me a $3.00 compensation for a shirt I cannot wear because it is made completely crooked. TERRIBLE COMPANY!

Partial delivery
May 17, 2019

On March 2,2019 I ordered two bathing suits. I received one suit right away. The other swim gear still has not been delivered. I have called them repeatedly regarding a refund for the missing bathing suit. They refuse to return my money. Please do not risk spending your money with this company. Paying for tow items and only receiving one is fraud. Buyer beware.My order number is HR************** and I paid $48.60 for both swim suits.

Good experience

Ordered two wigs for my cosplay. They are both really good quality and look like the picture shown.
The shipment was incredibly fast (a couple of weeks) and was tracked until delivery to the post office, not to my home though.
For now everything was well and I didn't have to ask for assistance, so I don't know how they are in case of problems.
I didn't order clothes, but you have to keep in mind that they are Chinese sizes. So if you usually wear an M, it is not said that an M fits you. You should refer to the tables with the measurements.

Terrible!

Clothes I ordered took forever coming in. Once I received the clothes they weren't as I expected in size or appearance. I wanted to return and get a full refund. They make this absolutely impossible! They will continue to send you email after email and the. Offered me a $1. I will not buy from this company again and recommend to others not to do so!

Not Pleased At All

I took a chance and ordered 3 dresses even though the reviews were terrible. I found out the reviews were definitely true. On the website the dresses are stunning. It made m want to take that chance and order. The ones I ordered are very very very very cheap. I can stressed that enough. I will not ordered from Rosewe again. I am keeping the dressing because it's not worth the hassle returning them. I will give them to Good Will.

I purchased 3 blouses and they all fit perfectly! You need to use the size chart for every clothing item, as their sizes run differently for each piece of clothing. For example, one blouse I purchased was a 2x, and another was a 4x. Shipping was surprisingly fast, and customer service was very helpful!

The items I purchased arrived in great quality and very fast. One item that I wanted to receive later was sent to me with free shipping. The order was dispatched immediately and I received it in a few days. The size charts were really helpful and all clothes are perfectly fit on my body. I recommend this site for its great design of clothes and many options to choose from! I didn't have any problems with paying. It's secure. The website is easy to navigate and is user friendly. Definitely going to make some new orders soon!

I really enjoy online shopping and rosewholesale.com is my absolute favourite since they have a great variety of items from clothing to lifestyle products that are in comparison to the low prizes of mostly surprisingly high quality.
Also customer service is very friendly and helpful
The only thing is you will have to wait a bit since the shipping takes some time, but that makes you even more happy when your package finally arrives

Garbage

Garbage. I actually received a blouse that was sewn correctly on one half and inside out on the other half. Ridiculous that they made the error to begin with but then to not even notice it in 'quality control' or shipping is unbelievable. No response to complaint.

Let's get these crooks out of here - these companies are why people are afraid of internet shopping.

I've ordered many times from Rosewholesale, and I'm very pleased with their products. They have the cutest clothes and I love wearing them. Yes, it takes my shipment a long time to get here. But that is to be expected. And the size runs small, since they go by China sizes. I'm tall and very slim though, so a size small always works just fine for me. If you know your right size, you're good to go. If you're unsure, just order up a size or two. But I've ordered a lot of tops, jeans and dresses from Rosewholesale and I've always been very pleased with their quality of clothes and my experience with the company. I will for sure be back to order more.

I ordered 3 items on RW, it took 5 weeks to get them (separately!). The quality of clothes is VERY poor. Well seen black crooked seams on white edges (especially on front). Very poor quality of zippers, ripped seams. Waistband looks awful. The pictures they attract customer with look so different from what you get. Don't waste your time and $. Good luck!

I've waited from July 21 until Sept 2 for delivery of this item. The "live chat" never had anyone available to chat; it was necessary to leave a message and wait for them to return the call.

When the dress arrived, the "large" would not fit an American 6th grader. I've posted a photo that shows that from should to waist is barely twice the length of an iPhone 4, if that. The waist is constructed to fit someone with a 21-inch waist. The "floor length" dress just below my knees... and I'm 5'5" tall.

Yeah, that is what I got from them. My parcel has been sitting in a warehouse for two months, according to the tracking number. The address is correct; things are shipped here (to my workplace) all the time. However, they let me know that "Technically, Rosewholesale is not liable for this. Therefore there should be no compensation in such cases." So I spent $161 on some items from a site (that has shipped to me before) to merely have them deny me the product or compensation. Thanks Rosewholesale, I trusted you. (In case you did not catch that, the thanks was ironic, meaning I did not mean it - why would I thank you for taking my money and denying me my product?).

I purchased my first item, a great looking coat about a month ago. I am extremely happy with the quality, it was just as pictured on their website. The coat arrived securely packed and inside the packaging the coat was inside a zip lock plastic bag.

Delivery was within three weeks, I did need to communicate with the sales staff a couple of times just to check on some minor details, they were very courteous, polite and helpful at all times.

I definitely plan on becoming a regular customer

I got my package yesterday, and i thought it was a bad joke. They sent me 4 items instead of 8. And the quality of these clothes are junk, the worst i have ever seen. There was a bill in the package about 20 dollars, but I ordered clothes about 145 dollars. I am very disappointed.It sounded too good to be true. Do not order from this company because you have to pay the expensive shipping coast and get a poor quality clothes.

I ordered a 24 Pcs Fiber Face Makeup Brushes Set with Brush Bag. The product arrived within a month. Product was just as described both appearance and quality wise. Have now used it a couple of times and although the brushes a very soft, they were very well. Based on my experience I recommend this seller and their product.
