Unfortunately I have not been able to enjoy the 4 clothing items I purchased on 11/27/14 because I still haven't received them! Of course, like many of you, I've been in contact with them through their customer support messaging service. Although it's different people that respond, the messages are similar. "It takes a long time 30-45 business days", (clearly longer than that), "You got cheap shipping so no tracking number", and "please be patient" (in response to my refund request).
All in all, not happy with how things have gone down. Hopefully I'll actually get what I paid for. If not, then I'm out $70. :(

Crap

I ordered a dress, it arrived after one month and looked terrible. Nothing at all like the picture on their website. Much shorter, in see-through cheap material, loose threads hanging everywhere, looked like something my 10-year-old kid could have made for fun.

Report to the bank as a fraudulent claim and you will be reimbursed. My goods didn't arrive and I never received any replies when I tried to follow up. No tracking number received either. Can't believe people think they can get away with it! Makes me so mad!

I wish I had read all these helpful reviews before venturing into making an order. This is obviously a scam business. I've received my item and can't even track it because they provide me with fake tracking number

Most of you comment on the sizing being off... do your research people! It is not the websites fault you are ignorant (probably americans) to their sizing structure. Also you are buying super cheap decent looking clothes... why the hell do you expect high quality? Give your head a shake! The service I have had so far has been great and I got what I expected for the price. The chics that think they should fit into smaller sizes, crack me up by the way... lol

Disappointment

Thank goodness I paid with Paypal. I wanted to invest in this company so I ordered a few samples of items I liked the look of, and now due to these awful reviews on several sites I am wary and unhappy with this website. How the website has ripped so many people off is astounding and how anyone can think it's acceptable to take a persons hard earned money and not send them an item they paid for, it's actually theft. If I find one slight fault, whether it be quality or a missing item or just a un-true color pay off I will take action for false advertisment and legal action seeing as I've saved many images on the website that have been stolen from other retail stores, especially missguided which is illegal and you could be sued for copyright.

I was pleased

I am waiting for my most recent order which has been about two weeks now. But my previous order was perfect. I followed the sizing chart and it was a perfect fit. They sizes do tend to run small if you do not check your measurements. The quality is higher than what I actually expected for an $8.99 lace sleeved shirt. My only complaint at this time is that there are no washing instructions or information about the type of material. I assume wash on cold and hang to dry just to be safe. I am guessing the clothing is made and shipped from China, which is why it is taking so long to receive orders. I did pay by Paypal and will be expecting my deliver within the next week.

Since they already had so many poor reviews to which they appeared to have attended, went ahead and took a gamble ordering 10 items in L or XL because other reviews said they ran small. First i got hit with a customs charge of $39 which brought my cost per dress up to $20. My size 5 friends felt the clothes were way too tight to wear! One was too big for me and the side seam wasnt sewn. One is missing two buttons right on the front! All had hunks of thread hanging off all seams. All were so thin they were basically sheer. Do not waste your time or money. They NEVER responded to my compliant or request for return

Unlike many of the reviews, I actually did receive my two items. Both were of such unbelievably poor quality that any seamstress should be ashamed to put their name on them. People who work in this warehouse must be smoking on the opium pipe all day and be too stoned to know or see how lousy their work is. I sent in a complaint to customer support along with several pictures of a white lace crochet top. There were at least five-six large areas where the crochet work didn't even attach to the fabric. I was then advised that I should just keep the shirt because it would cost more to return it than it was worth and at that I would only receive 30% refund of what was paid. Never again will I allow myself to be duped and order from such a lousy company, save yourself the grief-shop elsewhere. My support (or lack thereof ticket number was T*******931)

Don't Waste Your Money
October 28, 2015

I ordered 2 items on September 12. Shipping was outrageously expensive, so I paid for the cheapest option. The confirmation email said it would take 10-25 business days for the package to arrive. It's now October 28... I thought about contacting them, but after reading other reviews, I don't feel like it would be worth my time. It doesn't appear that anyone else got service for bugging them.
They value the hard work that goes into making money so little. They can sure suck the money out of your bank account with no problem, but evidently cannot figure out how to actually send you what you paid for. Hope my money was worth it, Rose Wholesale. It takes me about 5 hours to earn what I wasted here. Absolutely disgusting. Do not waste your time or money here!

Contacted them multiple times. They claimed they shipped my item over 40 days ago. They asked me to check my address and contact my local Post Office. I already did that. This is a lot of trouble, don't waste your time with these liars. Even the shipping/tracking number is bogus.

All the extra fees

So I should have done more research on this company. Extra fees on my account and possibly more as they are shipping from overseas "Please note: customs tax and duty is dependent on destination. The buyer is responsible for all associated costs"... which I was unaware of. Now reading these other reviews I will see if I even receive my package in 30 days or less. WOW.

Horrible, cheaply made, very small sizes! Would not recommend this to anyone ever! Looked at ways to return and looks impossible. You have so many days and haven't received all my items yet. I'm sure they will be just as bad. From what I read you have to take pictures and submit for someone to review. Never heard of such. And if they did it says partial refund. I wish the rating was rotten tomatoes! I think there should be negative stars and then it would get 5. Only thing about this site is that someone took good pics of the items and made them look so much better in a pic than they actually are! Do me a favor so I can at least make up for my loss and do not order anything from them and pass the word!

I ordered gifts for Christmas... of course what came in was cheap and falling apart. They never even sent the remaining items. I'm still now in a paypal dispute with them trying to get my money back. They refuse to refund my shipping which is ridiculously expensive since everything is coming from China. Awful customer service and not worth the hassle!

I ordered three blouses on Nov. 17,2014. The total with shipping was under $40.00. Like my Mom used to say' "If it's too good to be true, it is." I thought the prices were outstanding and the pictures of the clothing was beautiful. But I still have not received my order. After reading the fine print of the confirmation order, it seems that the shipment could take up to 25 business days to receive. Talk about a SLOW BOAT from China! I started doing a little research and found this web site... I've been taken. I will call my credit card company to see if they can refund my money. It is a shame that there are companies out there that can operate this way. Let the buyers beware!

After reading all these reviews makes me wonder if this is a terrorist organization using cheap clothing as a front to raise money. It sounds like everyone needs to stop ordering from them and before you shop online research the company first. For those that have already ordered they could have personal information about you now's the time to lock your credit and conceal your identity.

Update 1/16/2015: After getting the runaround from "Pearl"("Because you didn't pay the registered fee, so this package cannot be tracked."); I came here, did my review, and miraculously "Vanessa" found that "The package has been lost by the post office." I got my refund on 1/15(2 months after placing the order). In all the years I have been ordering online, regardless of the country, I have never had any issues until this. What a complete waste of time! I will not recommend Rosewholesale to anyone!

Placed an order on 11/17/2014 and still have not received it as of 1/9/2015. I tried calling the phone number and it hangs up after 4-5 rings. Submitted a ticket on 1/5/2015 and have yet to be acknowledged. Looks like they respond well on this site so let's see what happens.
