Initially this started out as a poor review BUT they made good on a resolution. By their recent action I have changed my opinion about this company and its customer service.

The best advise is to pay close attention to sizes, maybe order a much larger size.

I usually buy costume jewelry from them and get it in about 3 weeks with regular shipping. If you are buying cloths however, be very careful to look at the measurement breakdown and then go up a size.

Everyting too small
August 8, 2016

I ordered a bathing suit, blouse, and shoes. They were all too small. Could not use anything. Shipping is too expensive to try to send back. I am just stuck with it. If anyone orders from them order 2 sizes bigger than you need.

Great stuff, low prices.

This site has become my favorite online shopping place. The clothes I've gotten have all been cheap, good quality, and look great. Haven't had any shipping problems either. The only downside is the lack of a small size on some items.

Yeah, that is what I got from them. My parcel has been sitting in a warehouse for two months, according to the tracking number. The address is correct; things are shipped here (to my workplace) all the time. However, they let me know that "Technically, Rosewholesale is not liable for this. Therefore there should be no compensation in such cases." So I spent $161 on some items from a site (that has shipped to me before) to merely have them deny me the product or compensation. Thanks Rosewholesale, I trusted you. (In case you did not catch that, the thanks was ironic, meaning I did not mean it - why would I thank you for taking my money and denying me my product?).

I got my package yesterday, and i thought it was a bad joke. They sent me 4 items instead of 8. And the quality of these clothes are junk, the worst i have ever seen. There was a bill in the package about 20 dollars, but I ordered clothes about 145 dollars. I am very disappointed.It sounded too good to be true. Do not order from this company because you have to pay the expensive shipping coast and get a poor quality clothes.

What a rip off!
March 28, 2015

First it took months to get one of the two blouses I ordered in Nov. When I did receive one it was way too small and smelled horrible like industrial chemicals. The other blouse I never received. I've contacted them about a refund and have not gotten one. $32.63 down the drain. Horrible experience.

Horrible customer service, I bought a swimsuit in may and they refused my complaint because they said it had been too long since my order. But they set the shipping date to say it would not be here for a very long time, that way you won't know should complain till after the 3 months they say you have to lodge a complaint. I should have read these negative reviews before ordering from this company. I would advise you to save your money! The merchandise is poor quality. One item I ordered (a coat) had a cuff that was sewn incorrectly - it was twisted and sewn upside down. When I tried to return the item, they advised that it would be cheaper to keep it. After many emails back and forth, they would not refund the full price of the item or shipping. Another coat I had ordered had a hem sewn incorrectly - and they would only refund me $8 for both items. I ordered a couple of other items and my total out of pocket was $98 including shipping. The shipping is expensive since it came from China to USA. You think they would refund me for these items with a return on merchandise to keep my business. They obviously have a formula for returns - the max being $8 refund. SAVE YOUR MONEY! I will donate the coats and I will not order from them again.

Terrible. Zero customer service at all! One of four items not received and its been over a month! Wish.com is a way better site with the same clothes. Will Never Shop here again. Submitted a ticket almost 3 weeks ago still no response. Maybe they don't speak English?

Absolutely so disappointed. Rubbish quality, Sizing chart accuracy is atrocious. Absolute waste of money. Everything I bought I cant fit. BUT thankfully they have said they will give me a full refund - less the freight costs of course. So just waiting to see if that pans out.

This website is a scam

This website is a scam. I placed an order back on 10/11/14 for one item and have not received it 2 months later. They have had my money since 10/11/14. Customer service, like many other reviews, only offers me to be patient.

Really piss with this company, order stuff and the sizes were totally off, that's ok, but no way to return for exchanges. Then I ordered two other items, got one and months now I am still waiting for my dress. Shame of them.

Paid 53$ expedite shipping for 20$ product. Even though they were not processing. Everyday i was checking with support and they keep telling me it will be shipped within 24 hours. After 5 days of harassment finally out of nowhere they have cancelled my shipment. Such unprofessional.

On the pictures everything looks so nice and prices are like a dream, but reality is a nightmare.
I was waiting 2 months for my parcel and then such a disappointment! Their 'ONE SIZE, fits to XS to M', was meant probably in midget world. I felt cheated and like an idiot, believing in their services. Models on the pictures must be also midget sizes because on them items look pretty normal, but what I received was a joke. I am European size 36-38/UK size 10-12/US size 8-10, rarely one size more, really depends on mark and maker, so I was sure that clothes will fit me.
I was going to overlook terrible quality, because, being realistic, what can I expect for this price? Customer service was polite and fast, but when they suggested me to keep the small clothes and pay 85% of price for a new correct sizes, instead of shipping them costly back, I gave up and just joined other disappointed here, and trying to warn new victims.

I bought my potential wedding dress on here (beach themed wedding) & a month later still haven't received anything! There's no email or way to actually contact them so you're just stuck waiting. The website gives you NO information. Never ever buying again.

Unfortunately I have not been able to enjoy the 4 clothing items I purchased on 11/27/14 because I still haven't received them! Of course, like many of you, I've been in contact with them through their customer support messaging service. Although it's different people that respond, the messages are similar. "It takes a long time 30-45 business days", (clearly longer than that), "You got cheap shipping so no tracking number", and "please be patient" (in response to my refund request).
All in all, not happy with how things have gone down. Hopefully I'll actually get what I paid for. If not, then I'm out $70. :(
