Most items look nothing like the picture online. They sent totally different color and print fabric because they arrogantly know they can just rip you off. Getting run around on returning items including when they sent the wrong item. Sent jpeg photos to get ID # but are asking for more photos. Invoice does not match all prices and has different confusing descriptions of items than initial email purchase order so it is DELIBERATELY CONFUSING which shows how dishonest they are. Also paperwork in package does not have SKU #, you have to look on bag or purchase confirmation email. SO YOU CANT TAKE CLOTHES OUT OF INDIVIDUAL PLASTIC BAGS OR YOU WILL BE CONFUSED ABOUT SKU# AND ITEM DESCRIPTION--best part of their scam! Cant believe Facebook and USA government would let such an obviously dishonest Chinese company cheat American women. Website does not specify fabric of clothes, does not make it clear swimsuits are not returnable. You have to fill out separate forms to return each item resulting in 5 emails if you return 5 items so I dont expect to get my money back since the return process is so slimey, difficult and confusing. ARE THERE ANY LAWYERS THAT WILL SUE ROSEWHOLESALE FOR US?

Scam do not order from rose wholesale. I ordered 3 bathing suits, FedEx would not leave the package at my front door without a signature due to it being an international package. Contacted Rose wholesale and they said they would reship it to the location I'm at When FedEx shipped it back to them. They had FedEx to destroy the package I received no reimbursement just lost my money. Customer service with rose wholesale is the worst I've ever seen rude when I asked to speak to a supervisor they hung up on mI will never order from them again and would advise anybody else to either. I feel like I have been robbed.

I ordered 6 item, they are made cheap and poor quality stuff, they sent me one old and torn jacket, this was my worst online purchase in my life, please please dont buy from this site, they show you low price and send you cheap product!

I bought a shirt and sandals last year and still waiting for them I ordered a couple of years ago and everything came on time. So they must screw everyone on the 2nd order. It said it was delivered. I emailed them and they said they still had to the end of July. That would of made it 3 months..

Disappointed

I bought a rain jacket. After waiting days for the raincoat to arrive, I finally decide to check on the website for the status of my jacket. I found out that it was listed as delivered, but I NEVER got it! When I reported this to customer service and told them that my package was stolen, they said that it is not their responsibility, and they can not give me a refund. If you want to save time, energy and money, don't ever do business with this company.

I love them to the moon and back
They're so kind to me, after 3-4 hours of placinbg my order, my order was packed and within 6-7 hours more, it got shipped and i got my tracking number. They're that fast

Complete Scam

The products are completely fraudulent. The products do not look like the pictures nor is the product as they said. The refund process is a joke. They take back coupon credits out of the money you paid, which is crazy. I paid the whole amount. I want the whole amount returned. They say the will send you a return label in 24 hours. Then send you an email saying 2 to 7 days to get one, saying they can't verify your payment. You send verification and they send you another email with another lie. This company uses PayPal and I am starting to doubt PayPal's process for dealing with them. Site needs to be shut down for all this fraud.

I ordered from them 2 shirts and a bracelet and i ended up wanting to change the bracelet at the last second but they had already shipped it and i was really going crazy and they told me not to worry and just offered me to refund me the money or buy another item.
I couldnt' believe they would do that for me despite me buying from them the first time so i chose the option for refund and they refunded the amount for the bracelet and later when the 2 shirts and bracelets arrived, they were 10x more better looking than in the pics, I thanked them and asked them if they wanted the refund they offered me back and they told me it was fine, That's how kind they are.

I am definitely ordering from them again and so should you.
The prices are extremely reasonable.
Nowhere on the internet will you find prices this good.

Great buys

Ive found Rose Wholesale really good - the products are as depicted and good quality. I can buy items that are a bit different so I don't see my top worn on others. The sizing can be a bit off though so care needs to be taken when making selection - Medium isn't always Medium and sleeves on some items are the same circumference the whole length (ie doesn't take account of muscles or bingo wings).

Was super excited to find an emerald green lace dress for ~$20! Looked super cute, had sizing chart, and while not great shipping times (10+ days once it was collected) but I ordered the dress without any time limits for when I needed it.

Unfortunately, the dress wasn't the beautiful vibrant green - just the lace was. Instead, it was a duller green which looked tired and dirty especially next to the lace. It was also supposed to be all over this color and the top actually didn't have any fabric behind it just more lace and a mesh to prevent it being see-through.

I was severely disappointed. With the quality of the stitching and hamming as well. It is coming apart already and the lace is pilling.

Would not recommend and will not be purchasing another item.

Pitch black curly wig that looks terrible n I paid extra for nothing because you don't get exspidited shopping in 3to5 days you get the stuff 25 days later horrible site I would like to get a class action lawsuit on them n their venders for false advertising off someone eles pictures.
