I bought a rain jacket. After waiting days for the raincoat to arrive, I finally decide to check on the website for the status of my jacket. I found out that it was listed as delivered, but I NEVER got it! When I reported this to customer service and told them that my package was stolen, they said that it is not their responsibility, and they can not give me a refund. If you want to save time, energy and money, don't ever do business with this company.
