I ordered 2 dresses about a month ago, I have emailed Rosewholesale 3-4 times they haven't responded, I payed with paypal and I'm concerned my order has been sent to an old adress I thought I deleted on papal but no one bothered to get back to me each time, given the time has passed I'm guessing the items have either not been sent or gone astray. Why won't anyone reply?

Did you open a ticket on the rosewholesal site? It does take a while to get your items especially if they were not priority dispatch items. I was worried about an item that took almost 2 months to get so I opened a ticket on their site and they responded in a couple of days. I have ordered from them several times and always get my items. Sometimes it does take a while.

Unfortunately you also have been caught up in this dishonest site. I got action-and all my money back after I said I would report the site to the relevant authorities-but was only offered a partial refund initially... which I fought. It took MANY emails... but I also think persistence is the key... I wasn't backing off or giving up. As others have said... I also wrote a review... which after refund, "they" asked me to remove... yeah right... no... I want to prevent others getting caught up in this scam! Oh, by the way, there seems to be other sites with different names all under the same umbrella... so beware..."if it sounds too good to be true..."! Good luck!

You won't hear from them unless you write a bad review include your order number in the review. Personally I would try to get your money back. Their products are crap. You don't get what you see in their pictures. The quality of material on the shirts, I finally got after I wrote a bad review and 3 months waiting for them, is crap! Get your money back if you can

Lodge a dispute with paypal its free and let them investigate before its to late to lodge one. Some companies scam this way. Once lodged u be surprised how fast it gets shipped to you, or money back

Contact them through the website rather than by email - their email is all automated - I don't think someone who can do anything sees it. I have had no trouble but apparently others have. There is also a place on the site to change your mailing address - you might want to do that, too.

Try Facebook, they seem to respond there but youay not get the answers your looking for. They are horride. It took me taking action through my bank before I got my refund in items that were cancelled before it was even shipped. Mind you this occurred in November and the matter wasn't settled until February... I hope this helps.

It takes about a month to arrive from China if that is where the order shipped from. One of my orders came from Germany as a back order. More than likely your order went to the address on PayPal. I quit using PayPal years ago because they have been hacked so many times. You should get a prepaid credit card if you don't or can't get a credit card. So far company has been good about responding to my emails through sitejabber. Make sure your email address is correct when you ordered. You could also re complain again through sitejabber making sure you use a good email address then wait for a reply. Also if you live close to the old address, ask the people if your package arrived and got sent back, if it did it will be up to another 30 days to return ship. Most packages will come by regular mail so you can also notify the post office to forward. Hope this helps.

They did the same to me. I sent them a bad review and some one got back to me the same day and my stuff was delivered within days.
