I order five items and received only four. The other one was outmof stock snd was to be shipped separately. After a month i received an email to rate the items including the one. Ot shipped. I sent an email and provided a ticket. Going to Rosewhole's customer service site is very hard as i cannot find my ticket and a place where to enter the required information.

Ill never proceed with my complaint and lost money but will never order from this online company anymore.

ABSOLUTE JOKE!

If there was lower than one star I would rate it lower than that! 3-10 days for the order to process an order which is no big deal if you stick to it! It has been 15 days and the order still hasn't processed. Was supposed to be for the 4th of July and now definitely won't receive it in time. Oh and paid $17 for expedited shipping! It gets even better when NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! And their voicemail is super sketchy! So there is no way to even cancel the order because they don't answer their emails or the phone. Maybe this is what it takes to get ahold of them! DO NOT GO HERE! SUPER DISAPPOINTING! Oh if you use their live chat option don't worry you will get an email shortly after stating your message had failed!

Spiff side bang stylish black side bang. Nobby short brown curly synthetic wig. All the three wigs nothing like the pictures no side bang in the side bang wigs. The curly wig l cannot comment you can't even put it in even on a doll it does not shape it appears as a rushed job. What a waste of money and time. My other order item took long time to be delivered. If l can get my refund l will definitely return the wigs or throw them in the bin

I ordered a blouse, a swimwear, a dress, a shirt and yoga tights. Unfortunately the pants were out of stock and the helpful team gave me a full refund on them. The other goods arrived according to delivery times. They were packed well, in good condition and they fitted me. Clothes look good and are same as the photos.

I contacted rose wholesale because they sent me the wrong product and I hate it and would never wear it. It took me about ten goes to get my message sent and they said I would get a reply within twenty four hours when I checked there was nothing. I just checked my emails and had a response 3 days ago, I clicked the link and it told me the link was no longer valid. This is a disgrace and a rip off. I will be contacting the department of fair trading. I don't have much money and ordered a dress to wear to my daughters wedding!

Had I known it may take more than one month to deliver one shirt, I would not have ordered it. Most likely cause... they put all purchases made into a large container the size of a large semi/trailer. Once filled, it is then loaded onto a huge container ship. Then the journey begins!
BTW, the shirt I ordered was to have the American flag on it. Most likely made in China, where they still use slave labor and also child labor! And I bet that shirt bears a tag reading "made in the USA"! Thanks to our political hacks for wording it improperly. Ford is/was guilty of this same practice. AND they are allowed to lie to potential customers in order to gain a sale.
Back to the shirt I ordered. It has been over one month since I ordered it, and still NO sign of its delivery. Even with my best pair of binoculars!

I ordered 8 2xl shirts that finally came almost 2 months later that fit my 10 year old son. The tags say 2xl but nowhere close. I had to give them to my son because there is no return plan at all. To say I'm highly disappointed would be an understatement.

I have been a client from rosewholesale for over two years, It even gave me the chance to start a small clothing business in my country and I really think they are a great supplier. Whenever I got a wrong item (wrong size, dirty fabric, etc) they ALWAYS refund my money within a short period of time. Additionally, they offer free points (rewards) that you can change for money and THEY REALLY DISCOUNT SUCH REWARDS FROM YOUR FINAL TOTAL AMOUNT. They have improved not only the sizes and design of their clothes but also, and most important, the quality of each piece. This is a great place to shop!

Spiff ultra side Bang is nothing close to picture. It look disgusting. I would not put that on my enemy. Color came brown. About to throw it in the garbage where it belong and call it a loss. Cute Neat Bang will not wear either. Very disappointed.

Stay away from this company. Tried to contact them about the super delayed delivery and each time I clicked on the link to send them a message, I am back to the registering/login page. One month and no delivery! Please refund my account if whomever from this company read this review.

2) Received what is an obvious automated reply asking me (no kidding), to give them the "ticket" (order number I suppose), which is right on the title. I mean... Keep the crap and refund my account.
