I order five items and received only four. The other one was outmof stock snd was to be shipped separately. After a month i received an email to rate the items including the one. Ot shipped. I sent an email and provided a ticket. Going to Rosewhole's customer service site is very hard as i cannot find my ticket and a place where to enter the required information.

If there was lower than one star I would rate it lower than that! 3-10 days for the order to process an order which is no big deal if you stick to it! It has been 15 days and the order still hasn't processed. Was supposed to be for the 4th of July and now definitely won't receive it in time. Oh and paid $17 for expedited shipping! It gets even better when NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! And their voicemail is super sketchy! So there is no way to even cancel the order because they don't answer their emails or the phone. Maybe this is what it takes to get ahold of them! DO NOT GO HERE! SUPER DISAPPOINTING! Oh if you use their live chat option don't worry you will get an email shortly after stating your message had failed!

Spiff side bang stylish black side bang. Nobby short brown curly synthetic wig. All the three wigs nothing like the pictures no side bang in the side bang wigs. The curly wig l cannot comment you can't even put it in even on a doll it does not shape it appears as a rushed job. What a waste of money and time. I ordered a blouse, a swimwear, a dress, a shirt and yoga tights. Unfortunately the pants were out of stock and the helpful team gave me a full refund on them. Had I known it may take more than one month to deliver one shirt, I would not have ordered it. Most likely cause... they put all purchases made into a large container the size of a large semi/trailer. Once filled, it is then loaded onto a huge container ship. Then the journey begins!
BTW, the shirt I ordered was to have the American flag on it. Most likely made in China, where they still use slave labor and also child labor! And I bet that shirt bears a tag reading "made in the USA"! Thanks to our political hacks for wording it improperly. Ford is/was guilty of this same practice. AND they are allowed to lie to potential customers in order to gain a sale.
Back to the shirt I ordered. It has been over one month since I ordered it, and still NO sign of its delivery. Even with my best pair of binoculars!
