I am happy to report that Rose Wholesale processed a full refund when I had issues with their sizes. There is no way the shirts would ever have fit at the sizes advertised.

Please review sizing VERY CAREFULLY if you order. But, nice to know they stood behind their product.

This company offers a large selection of goods at very reasonable prices. However the standard shipping is extremely slow and the product quality can be poor. I ordered some bathing suits and the quality was very good, then ordered some dresses and the material quality was poor. If you want faster shipping choose the courier option but be aware that some couriers charge duty. Also for some reason Rosewholesale will break up the shipping and ship the goods to you in two shipments. Don't pay extra for a tracking number because it doesn't work, if the package gets lost Rosewholesale will track it for you. Standard delivery can sometimes take longer than a month to be received. Read the size guidelines carefully because these are Asian sizes they are very small and I had to order everything in XL or higher. On the plus side they have good customer service, I know many of these reviews say they have horrible customer service but they must have improved it because now they answer customer emails very quickly. Even though their site says you have to pay to send returns back to China, this is not true and they will tell you to keep the item you didn't like and they will send you a new one or give you a store credit. Having weighed the pros and cons I still order from Rosewholesale because their prices are good and I know if I don't like the item I can get a credit for a new one. I just have to have lots of patience waiting for the item and know the quality might be less than expected.

I ordered something two months ago and haven't received them. Tried and tried to reach customer service to no avail. Chat line does not work and phone number has an answering machine. They have no customer service!
Update: Shortly after leaving this review Rosewholesale contacted me to refund my money, 3 to 5 days. Stay tuned.

I placed an order on 5/20/16 and paid expedited shipping but so far, I have only received 6 out the 10 items I ordered. I checked the website and for 3 weeks now, when I click view tracking message it shows 'Sorry, your shipping information has not updated yet!". I'm giving it a few more days and I guess I have to contact my credit card company.

As far as the quality is concerned, they look nice on the website but definitely not even close to the quality of the clothes you get at Macy's or other similar department stores. They are very thin, dresses have no linings, and some stitches are uneven. The blouses are practically see through. You basically have to wear another blouse underneath it to wear it. Shipping cost is way too much considering it is has been 3 weeks and I haven't received all of the items I ordered. The items are very tightly packed in a very small and unprotected bags (no cushioning or bubble wraps). Sizes are much smaller than the US size. I normally wear XS US size, but the medium sweatshirt I got is way too small for me.

Great Serise

Purchased 3 items, 2 were great one woman's swimsuit was 2 sizes too small, sent them an email & they offered to send another swimsuit for free without my having to return the original item. This despite a no return policy on swimsuits. The items were very good quality and as described on site, the price was a fraction of the cost in the shops. Customer service responded very quickly.
Will certainly shop there again.

Disappointing! Cute items in their websites! You will order and after more than twenty days they will send you regrets for not having the items in stock and offer you store credit! And guess what! The item is still available through their website!
What do I need the store credit for? Online shopping is all about trusting the source. I will never ever buy anything from them and do not suggest them at all!
Funny thing they have a new offer with free shipments! The items I ordered look available at the website! And I still neither received the items nor my money back! I will give them a zero star or minus if I can!

Spontaneous fun purchase and I didn't realize it was even possible to order children's size clothing advertised as ADULT sizes! Not doing the conversion sizes from China to USA is a MUST with this company!, I will be donating all 6 t-shirts ordered in Adult sizes to children under the age of 8 years old. Even an Adult size XL is really a medium at best in children's clothing sizes! They do not offer items in the larger sizes their conversion chart states anyway... bad impulse shopping on my part!

After making a purchase with them and they took the money from my account it looks like my account does not exist. I tried several times to log in and it says the do not recognized my e mail... sent them a couple of mails and just got an answer saying follow the rules attached. Very poor service... very unprofessional. Do not buy from this pale at all

In the beginning the size chart says to choose 2 sizes larger than what you are because the sizes run small... I did that... the site also says to wait for awhile for your item to be shipped... I did that... I bought 3 items and I just love them... I am short so the length was good... I really don't think the clothes are made for tall people, besides China has little people... the clothes look just like the photo on the internet... it takes a while for clothes to come from any other country and I understood that... wait patiently...

I recently wrote a scathing review of Rosewholesale but I have changed my mind. Though it's true that the wigs I ordered did not look like the pictures I must admit that I have never gotten better customer service anywhere. Madelyn in customer service responded to my complaint immediately and kept responding each time I made contact. She offered to provide the correct items which I refused because I didn't feel like dealing with the return process. Next, to my surprise, she informed me that she is refunding my purchase price back to my Paypal account and letting me keep my items. I can't guarantee that you will be satisfied with your purchase but I can guarantee that they will go out of their way to resolve any problems. They proved to me that they are serious about customer satisfaction!

A week or two ago I I had ordered items on Rose Wholesale and after reading the bad reviews I then elected to cancel the order.

I was apprehensive because I did not know if they would refund me. However, they refunded me the next day. It taook 3 days for my money to reflect back into my account(This is not their fault).

The customer care department kept in touch and was very helpful.

Further to that they have offered me a discount for further purchases!:-)

I am quite delighted by their customer care and it was unexpected and I think perhaps I shall try them again.

Ya, where's my order? # H**************

I really like the t-shirt designs they show and would love to order more, but will never order from them again. They charge $2 more for "tracking", but I can never find the tracking number on the DHLglobal website, they say it shipped with. I've sent them 3 different messages and get the same "caned" reply..."check our web site". It's been nearly 4 weeks and no tracking infor available and no delivery. Will never buy from them again.

UPDATE...
My package finally arrived, 18 "business days" after it was ordered. I do almost all my shopping online and am use to getting things much sooner than that. The poor customer service was a misunderstanding regarding tracking data available on their website. It clearly stated two tracking numbers (I ordered two items) but customer service stated the items were shipped in just one package... the second "tracking number" was some sort of reference number. It is clearly a glitch in the way their website is set up, as both numbers are shown a "tracking numbers".

Customer service kept replying to my inquiries, referencing only one tracking order, it wasn't until I pushed the point of the second one, that I was told it is just a reference number, not a tracking number... even though the words, "Tracking number" is written before this "reference" number. Customer service has followed up with me, several times, to make sure I received the package and that everything was OK. Once I understood that she was not ignoring my inquiry regarding the second number, my anger subsided.

Again, I will say that I've found several things on their site that I would like to order, but don't want to wait a month to get my order. If they could manage to speed up delivery, I would buy from them, but until then, I'll continue to shop where I can get better delivery service.

I've upgraded my Overall Rating, but I would still not recommend buying from the, unless you are OK with waiting a month for delivery and living with very substandard methods of tracking your package.

RoseWholesale customer service showed a very professional attitude to their customers. As soon as I complained at the quality of the dress the customer services were very helpful and polite. I provided the photos of the dress, paying attention at the hole on one side and it was enough for getting refund the next day.

I gave a good review 3 months ago because I got my first package in 3 days and I was surprised and happy then package number 2 is missing for 3 months and got no answer so I just stop trying. Please don't deal with this company. Basically I paid for 3 pair of shoes and got 2. Not a good way to do business
