If this company its protecting it's "reputation", why did they took $30.00 from me, when I have NOT received any merchandise, because I cancelled my orders, the "manager" promises me that my order will be cancelled in full to my PayPal account, for my surprise they are taking $30.00 of one order

Dresses ordered weren't correct.
A halter neck blue dress ordered, got a pink strapless, LOOKS LIKE A NIGHTY.
The other supposed to be purple, received a navy blue one, cheap and nasty looking.

Rose Wholesale have not only provided affordable value for money everything, the variety is enormous, Processing and Shipping was fast concerning all 4 orders received, and there customer service is to be commended.
After posting my review of my purchase experience with Rosewholesale.com, I received an apology for the wrong sizing (large is not 37 inch bust but 34 inches). I was told to keep the dresses (did not have to return them) and was reimbursed the cost of the dresses only. Transportation fees were not reimbursed and that is understandable. I am also offered a discount coupon for my next purchase.

Beware of this company, the last two orders I place they didn't supply a pair of shoes or a beret and didn't advise me of them being out of order. The shoes I paid for the refund money went into a Wallet account on the site and although you can request the money paid back to your account, IT DOESN'T HAPPEN. To retrieve the value you need to buy something else to recoup, which I did and the beret as part of that order is missing and the amount hasn't been refund to the "wallet".

Ordered 4 mens shirts. Measured and bought according to size chart provided as i read they are very strict about ordering right size. Get shirts. One fits and 2 others are way too small. So we measure the shirts and compare them to the size chart and find that the measurements are way off. So we take photos as stated on returns policy only to find its near impossible to submit a ticket as the page wont let me. Have tried for 2 days now!

I bought two shirts from RW and they didn't fit. One was the wrong size and the other was just too bloody small. Their sizes are two sizes too small for non-asians. I asked them to exchange the shirts and they were very polite but just gave me double talk. I am still waiting for satisfaction. Do yourselves a monumental favour guys!

why don't you send the items to a warehouse in the united states and we can get our stuff in a week? I want to order lots of those skinny yoga pants, started with one and if it comes soon, and they are nice I will order again and again. I ordered some clothes, even ordered bigger sizes due to their sizing chart, and they did not fit. The 3X was more like a Large, so on and so forth. I wear Large/XL due to being big busted. Sometimes I have to get a little bigger because by the time the shirts go over my breasts, they are too short,,, that's IF they go over my breasts at all. Anyway, Only one item out of 5 fit and I emailed their customer service the entire problem and what items that didn't fit... their response was another email asking me what sizes I ordered and what sizes I received and some BS about their return policy. So I will not be doing business with this company again and I recommend that no one else does either. By the way, the one shirt that did fit was sewn messed up on both sleeves and was fraying after just wearing it out for 2 hours. It was also permanently wrinkled. No matter what I did, the wrinkles would not come out. Cheap clothes cause they are just that,,, CHEAP clothes. They will NOT last. Please find another company to order from.
