When I bought the drone from their website, nowhere did I read about a 10 to... 25 days for delivery. 15 Days later and still no package. I order quite often from companies in China and never had to wait more than 10 days... Maximum. Never! This company has the worst review everywhere, from the BBB to any other sites. No package in 5 days and I will demand a full refund. Horrible experience.

Stay away from this company. Tried to contact them about the super delayed delivery and each time I clicked on the link to send them a message, I am back to the registering/login page. One month and no delivery! Please refund my account if whomever from this company read this review.

2) Received what is an obvious automated reply asking me (no kidding), to give them the "ticket" (order number I suppose), which is right on the title. I mean... Keep the crap and refund my account.

# 7/13- Got a refund with a note telling me to keep the merchandise... That I never received.
