Hotel was bad, managers could care less. I've stayed at Comfort Inns a lot because they are usually nice and clean. This one was not. We had a hole in the wall, missing furniture, caulking and paint all over the floor. It was uncomfortable and smelled bad. Staff did not care at all.


I placed my order on August 2nd, 2016. I have tried to cancel it for 3 days as it had never shipped. I get very snippy emails back without answering my question about whether or not my order had shipped. I received an email today, August 15, stating that my order was in route, thank you for your order, blah blah blah. My email they answered was the 3rd one requesting they cancel my order since it hadn't shipped in 10 days already. Instead, I miraculously received a shipping number. I will not order from them again. I ordered oils from Plant Guru after having such a hard time with this company, and they were shipped and received already and I still haven't received Miracle Oils shipment. Careful people.


I love these oils, they work perfectly, are exactly what they say they are and I received them within a very short 2 days. Love them.


Couldn't write about the quality, I haven't received a thing. Shipping order says delivered however I still haven't received anything. Writing to the company does nothing, you get these bogus ticket replies, for whatever reason they can't contact you by email, the ticket reply has the same thing over and over again. Would not recommend, they have ZERO customer service, meaning you will never get a personal response, just the same "your order was Shipped" nonsense. I am so tired of these companies getting away with basically stealing peoples money, and sending nothing for it. Its worth it to shop locally, even if you have to pay a bit more. THIS company now says it will be another 3 weeks before the rest of my order is shipped, HOWEVER they wasted no time in collecting their money from ME. Again, there is NO customer service whatsoever, you get what looks like a pre-scripted response in some ticket forum, no personal service at all, the only email you get is to go look at the ticket info. Lesson learned, anything that has a ticket forum rather than personalized email customer service is NOT A COMPANY TO BUY FROM!

Never had a problem, always receive my shipments, if I'm not happy they refund as soon as they receive word I've shipped it back. Can't do better than that!


Its now July 20,2016, while I still haven't received any merchandise, Dress Lilly did make it right and refunded my money.
