I ordered 4 XL hoodies from this site as the prices seemed almost too good to be true. The four items were $48, but the shipping was $20 because it was from China. I received my items in about a week and a half, so obviously, they flew them over. Once I got them, I was immediately struck by two things.
1. The items were very cheaply made and not of a very good quality.
2. The XL did not even come close to fitting me. If I had to give a reference, I would say their version of XL was equal to a Medium in the US... so be very careful about sizes.
When I received my items, I immediately opened a ticket to return them and get a refund to my PayPal. They responded fairly quickly and had me take pictures of all 4 items and their packaging and send an itemized list of the things I bought with the photos attached. They refunded all my money including the shipping. I would be careful ordering based on the size charts, but their customer service did a great job and made things right.

The co. Sent a response to my original review. They originally offered full refunds on both orders. After numerous back and forth emails, it appears we are not close to a resolution. The company is either hoping I forget about it, or they are just poor communicators. I had promised to remove my negative post if they would follow through with their promise of a full refund. I love the clothes and most especially the prices on this website. The clothes were good quality for the price. And the fit was perfect. I've become a regular customer.
I ordered a Jumper and a pair of long socks from this site, and while they took a little longer than states to arrive, they came eventually. The jumpers sleeves were a bit short, but fit well otherwise. The socks were too small for me, but that was my mistake for ordering the wrong size. I've seen the rest of the reviews about this site, and yes the sizes are a little small, but I have had no other problems. I have just ordered from them again, and I hope to receive them just as well as my last order! If this one takes too long to arrive like other peoples' orders, I will definitely be upset.
One star is too generous. I ordered two shirts over a month ago and they charged me for them in less than 24 hours. That is the last I have heard. No emails about my order, they do not respond to emails or phone calls that I have made asking about the order. Its just a recording when you call, they don't even acknowledge that you are calling them. My request for a refund has also been ignored so I will be filing dispute charges of my own.

I have placed 3 orders with RoseWholesale, the last one a large order. I have a retail business and we have liked the jewelry merchandise on the first two orders.
What we don't like is that we cannot reach anyone by phone. We have called during different hours of the day AND night. I write this at 5 AM my time after trying to call them at 4 AM PST.
They claimed they called me but there are no missed calls on my cell number that I provided at least 4 times and my business number is with Google Voice and notifies me and there are no missed calls.
The reason I wanted to call and speak to a live person is on my third order they requested that I send my Driver's License, Utility bill and to verify my PayPal account which we don't use, we use company CC. Why would I have to scan over my personal information?! I gave my business Tax ID when I signed up.
I believe this company may not be very honest and as much as we like the product, they lie. They have no live customer service to answer phones. We plan on filing a complaint with BBB on them.
08/31/16- UPDATE! I still am not convinced about this company. I had my Attorney check them out and they rate the lowest out of many China based companies for unhappy customers, reports to BBB, and even some lawsuits.
I have placed several more orders as I like the products and sell through online store. I received partial orders and still waiting for one item that has been back ordered for almost a month now! I also received a broken watch and sent a message. They sent reply, asked me to verify my shipping address (really?), and review the RMA return policy. Did both and replied. They now have sent another email asking me to Verify my information!
Come on! You have been shipping orders to me for the past two months. I am TIRED of having to go back and forth with 4, 6, 10 emails before you get your crap together and do what you are to do.
