I have ordered from Rosegal and they are using DHL for deliveries (something that is not mentioned on their website, because I would have not ordered in the first place I I had known this). Namely, DHL is charging an extra handling fee here in Finland. This fee has nothing to do with customs or taxes, but it is just something DHL makes the customer pay, if s/he wants to get her/his package.
I have been telling this to Rosegal several times, but it seems to be really hard for them to understand, since they just keep on insisting that the fee is tax-related. Really frustrating!
This is also the reason, why they won't refund me for the returned delivery. They think that the delivery is returned because of the unpaid taxes and since they have informed about the tax issue on their pages, they do not have to refund me.
I am not recommending this webshop to anyone!

I've been shopping through RoseGal for about 6 months now. The clothing and jewelry and accessories I have ordered are all good quality. They have a great selection, though sizing can be off sometimes. I get lots of compliments on my wardrobe and jewelry items from RoseGal.

Delivery Issues
April 9, 2018

Ordered swimwear a week ago, was informed it was shipped out to Yodel (there courier service) and contacted Yodel who now don't have the package and never had the package. I thought it was strange when I didn't get a delivery time or even estimate like I would normally get with any other company...

Disappointed as I'm going away in three days hence I needed the bikini. So now having to shop around. So disappointed. Customer services was beyond a joke. Both online chats just not available or just no response from either YODEL or Rosegal.

Shocking service

I ordered two leather jackets from Rosegal - same jacket but different sizes - and they took nearly 3 months to arrive. I understand they offer a service whereby you can pay more to get it delivered quicker, but in today's online shopping world that really is atrocious. It would appear that the garments are being shipped in from China, but delivery times such as that when compared to other online retailers is abysmal.
They finally arrived and unfortunately both where too small, which happens sometimes understandably. I sent them back, with tracking posting I might add, at the beginning of February with the promise from Rosegal that my money would be refunded to my account within about a week - once they had received the garments.

It's now the 30th of March and I have had nothing back. The parcel has been tracked and has arrived with Shuhui JIang (the name I was given to return it too) at the address;
1 Bell Health Way,
Woodgate Business Park, Clapgate Lane,
Bartley Green,
Birmingham, B323BZ.

I've contacted them but they said it has not been delivered. I've contacted the delivery company and they said it had, although they also said that there were over 52 deliveries to this 'business park' over the week we were investigating - I have absolutely no idea what type of place or company this is, but do not use them.

There are a few on here saying this may be a scam, I don't honestly know if it is or not, as I did receive the initial garment - But the service itself has been so terrible that I would not recommend anyone go near them. It's certainly feels like the most amateur operation ever, I've come to the conclusion now that I'll never see my money again and I have no idea what they have done with the garments I sent back. With this level of disservice, particularly in quite a fierce online retail market, it surely can't be long until they are finished - although if they continue to keep customer's money whilst keeping the garments also then they may manage to continue to be in business for a while yet.

Do not use this company, if it's not a sham, then it is absolutely the worst online retailer available. Shocking experience.

I ordered 3 swimsuits size 3XL=size 16 according to their size chart. I wasn't able to get them over my hips. Later I discovered they were made in China, which explained why they were more like size 12. I tried filling out the return form online to get a refund, and got a msg saying that the co had tried to redirect my email to many times, so try removing the cookies, What? I tried calling the *******188 for customer service and the call wouldn't connect it kept dropping off. So I gave up and gave the swimsuits to my niece who wears a size 12, perfect fit for her. I should have read the reviews, almost 4,000 people gave them 1 star I can see why now. NO I will not order from this company again!

Where is my order?

Ordered some candles for wife's birthday on April 2. Ordered them in early March. The 888 number they gave to call them doesn't connect via home or cell phone. The negative reviews they receive are certainly spot on.

I paid 350.00 for the products. Rugs were not the size shown, clothes tore trying them on. What's worse - I returned them, shipping was on me and nothing! No money back, no response. Stay away!

Never Again

Horrible! Never Again! It's almost been a month since I placed my order. I still have not received it. Every time I go to check the status or to track it, everything is in russian. I I should not have to use google translate. I called the customer service number and it doesnt even ring. My second shirt which i also ordered on March 8,2018 was just shipped 2 days ago!... Never again!. Im lost. I dont even know where my stuff is and i am livid!
