Rosegal is a really good store from China! Conveniente search and good choice of goods. You can find all what you want there if you are looking for a place where you can renew your wardrobe or home decor! Especially I like a section of wear with a lot of new models for this summer season!

First off, Ladies, you need to pay attention to the size guides. I see alot of complaints about the sizes. I went by the size guide that shows a number for the chest and a number for the waist, and I also know that the China makes clothes smaller than the actual size they're supposed to be. So, with that said, I'm extra large but I ordered the 2xL size for the 4 tank tops I got, and they fit perfectly. I was dancing around the house like an idiot, all excited... being that this is my very first online shopping experience. I love the light material. It's perfect for the extreme summer heat we get in this part of Canada. However, I don't expect this material to last several years but that's okay for the price I paid for them. I'm totally happy. I'm just waiting for 1 more top to arrive. I'm sure to order more... Now that I know exactly what size to go for. I'm giving 4 stars because I didn't actually get my package within the 8-15 days. It was more like a month, but I'm okay with that too because at least I got them before summer. Yes, I will order more stuff from Rosegal in the future. ;)

I purchased several pieces from this company and all of them arrived very quickly, within 5 days of my order, I've never gotten anything from China in less than a month before, so I was very happily surprised! All the shirts I received were really high quality and neatly packaged. Out of the 7 items I ordered only 2 didn't fit as I expected, one was too large and the other too small. I am very happy though and won't be returning any of it.

I ordered from Rosegal on January 9th a couple items for me and a good friend, I had some doubts about the shipment so I contacted their support and they clarified all my doubts very quickly and kindly.
The items arrive to me on February 2nd, It was very fast for me since I had bought in other stores and it took me up to 2 months to receive my purchases.
Everything I bought was made of very good quality, for the price, and the products were exactly as described.
I would tottaly bought from them in the future.

Quality of stuff is various but price on sales is very low. Have thier own discount programm with points and coupons. Shipping is not cheap as i think and some of their things got problems with size chart - like other chinese resellers. Also you better pay over Paypal, don`t do it directly from your card. If you has expirience of buying stuff from chinese resellers than you may try to save some money and order from this seller.

The product I ordered through Rosegal did not arrive by the due that was stipulated on their shopping site, it normally takes approximately 25 business days to Australia. However when the item still did not arrive after that date, I contacted Rosegal Support, which were prompt and courteous with their replies, and offered me a refund for the item which I received almost immediately.
If you are ordering from Australia dont be in a hurry to receive the item, as normally it takes approximately over a month for the delivery.

I have been shopping from Rosegal for almost two years. I really like the "Beauty" section. The products are of good quality. Customer service is very helpful. I am looking forward to more shopping in the future. I can recommend this store!

Supper! Love the shop! This is the best place to buy clothes! I have all my life suffered a problem, that i can't buy stylish clothes because i'm "little a bit " bigger, but thanks to Rosegal, this problem is resolved! Thank you so so much! Clothes are soooo nice! And the main thing is that they fit, the number what they promise, is the number what comes!

Ordered Hooded Longline Lace Up Coat in large. I love the coat! It fits great, it came in about 20 days, which I was aware it would take a while to get to me. The coat is thin wool, so better for fall/spring (or have a heavy sweater underneath for colder weather, but it looks great, I get tons of compliments, and I'm really happy with it. Service was good, support was courteous. Will buy from Rosegal again. - Kristen

I've had a great experience with RoseGal and have made several purchases with them. My first order I ever placed with them actually never arrived. It was shipped out but tracking got stuck with no new updates and I unfortunately never received my item. I wrote customer service letting them know and they were extremely nice and gave me a full refund for my trouble.
Knowing they take care of their customers made me trust the site and place more orders which ever since, I have received all of my orders in perfect condition, that were exactly as described on their website. I continue to shop on there because they have affordable deals and nice coupon codes. I can definitely recommend this site to others.
