I have bought many things in seven orders- almost all was just fine! Quick delivery, items well packed rather good quality and cheap prices. The coat was just the right size. According to the size chart. Only the Sport shoes were bigger, than I expected. The support suggested exchanging it, but I just sold it out. I was surprised, when among other goods had discovered smart watch A9- and now they serve me good! The support is quite friendly, answer quickly- so, will buy again at Rosegal.

I order some things for vacation, they shipped one part and didn't shipped the others, i contacted them 1 week later and they said the reason why the second part was not shipped was because one item was out of stock, i asked them to cancel that particular item and send the rest, they said ok and that i will receive my order that same week, this happened on a monday or tuesday, on friday i contacted them again and they said there was another delay so my order has not been shipped yet. Like seriously! Why couldn't they send me an email ahead of time, why do i have to be the one to contact them.

I ordered wigs from Rosegal. A package arrived, for which I had to pay over $30 in brokerage fees. I opened the package to find a bunch of wall decals I did not order. DHL told me Rosegal would have to authorize a return for DHL to refund these fees. 'Camille' ( a customer service agent) and I went back and forth on this issue, where either she is stupid or just plays stupid, since I had to explain and re-explain every detail over and over again of what she has top do for me to get my refund. Finally she tells me to give her a week to fix this. Well, what do ya know, after a week, the ticket expires and closes. Now I've had to re-open and talk to other brain dead customer service agents who either don't understand or don't want to fix the problem they started. Is it really so hard to understand that if I'm out of pocket $30 for an order I didn't even place, that maybe they should take responsibility and contact DHL to authorize a return so I can get my money back? I will never buy from these scammers again!

I ordered Christmas items in the middle of November. Half my order was shipping from a city in California only about 30 minutes away from my house. It took over two weeks for that package to get to me, I was watching the tracking site and it was just sitting at the delivery place for two weeks. The other half of my order was coming from some other country and didnt come until end of January. The items I got were low quality, one of them was a Christmas printed pillow case and the design was stretched so it was a little distorted, it looked like the design in windows Paint program. Horrible, complete waste of money, I will never order from them again.
Edit: customer service found my review and refunded my order so I am somewhat satisfied now but I still wont be ordering from them again, quality of items is too poor.

Further to my previous review I am pleased to say Rosegal responded very quickly and have provided me with a satisfactory outcome. I will now consider using them again but obviously keeping in mind the added costs of tax. They always responded to my messages within 24 hours so can't fault them on that. Thank you Rosegal.
I recently posted a review about Rosegal and the hidden tax costs when ordering items from them as i was very angry about not being made aware of these when ordering. I am very pleased to say that they dealt with my complaint very quickly and I am more than pleased with the outcome. I'm still not sure how you are supposed to find out whether you will need to pay import tax on items ordered but I am happy with how they handled my complaint. I would consider using this company again if I knew how much import tax would be charged. Maybe they need to have a link so it would be easy to check? Just a thought. Anyway thank you Rosegal for your efficiency in dealing with this.

I ordered a coat, but i still got nothing. The delivery deadline was 4th of january. Now almost 2 months past deadline still nothing. This sucks!

I love this site because it is easy to use, There are so many options. I am a plus size gal and have a large bust and it is hard to find things that fit me in all the right places.
