I am truly hooked on this site. I love the ease with which I can get in touch with staff, their quick response, the quality of their clothes and the way they fit. I am satisfied to the max with Rosegal!
After 10 days of my order confirmation I still has not got any sign of dispatching the order, so I contacted them on chat live, they said they did not have the items and asked me if I need an exchange or cancellation. They took the money immediately after the order waited for 10 days and said nothing. If I did not contacted them they would keep the money for longer. They asked me to phone an abroad phone number. That means I had to pay more to get my money back. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. If I dont get my money back I will complain to PayPal and make a fraud inquiry.

I order an item a few month ago, it gives me a tracking number from FEDEX to track it. The item tracking says the package it in California and being returned to merchant invalid address. I live in Washington state, I called RoseGal customer service and they tell me they are not responsible for the customer not giving the proper address. They told me to check with my post office! The item didn't have regular post office tracking... it was FEDEX. So I'm out of the money for the item and they have BULL$#*! customer service!

In December 2017 I purchased 4 items from them, when I received the items I was impressed completely with two of the shirts that I had purchased. They are gorgeous fit perfect and are so unique. Now dont get me wrong, the other two items were perfectly fine it was more of a the way the items look on me that I was unhappy with. The jacket was beautifully made and had a lot of detail to to it. And the price was MORE than reasonable but it didnt look right on me. As I said, the items fit perfect and had no issues with them in that way, they were true to size I just didnt like them on me. The material also wasnt what I was expecting of the leggings again not a bad thing just not what I preferred. When I contacted rosegal they immediately took care of me and refunded the money for my 2 items I wasnt happy with. I told them I would send them back but they informed me that it wasnt necessary but asked that I would donate them to someone who needed them, so that is what I did. I gave them to a friend who is in college and is on a strict budget for clothes she LOVED the items and they looked so good on her. Im very happy with rosegal and will continue to buy from them and recommend them to my friends and people out there. Just be smart and read EACH item because sizes vary and just because you are a size 2x in one shirt doesnt mean you will be the same in another. Also its nice to see a woman who is actually the size Of the shirt modeling the clothes- meaning its nice to see a plus size model, modeling plus size clothes. Too Many clothing companies believe they sell more Clothes because they look better on regular models who are half the size then the plus size clothes they are modeling. The truth is the regular people buying the plus size clothes are not models we are regular plus size women who want to see the clothes and how they may look on ourselves so thank you rosegal for doing that. Rosegal also has some great sales and promotions. Rosegal rocks cant wait to buy more.

I called over 10 times to Customer Support and it was a non working number. I sent 1 email regarding wanting an update on the status of my order. The response was to wait for 1 item, exchange or refund the rest of the items. I replied 4 additional times requesting full refund for items paid for, in which I originally paid expedited shipment for. At the time of purchase I was not notified that they would be closed for Chinese New Year. I submitted the order with expedited shipment 1 and a half weeks before their unknown closure. Not until I opened a case with PayPal a month later did I finally get a response and refund.

I'm in love with RoseGal. For me most priority is international delivery. I'm from Azerbaijan and not all internet shops are doing delivery to our country. There are very wide choice of big size items also. I'm totally satisfied with price and quality of items. I was very surprised with quick delivery (in average 15 days). This is very important also. And method of sorting items: possible to do partial delivery in case if some items in order are not available at the moment.

I was a bit wary or buying due to using other sites based in China and their plus size are about a UK size 8!, So I ordered a dress size 4X just to see. When it arrived it fitted perfect. The material is really good and it looked exactly like the picture on Rosegal site. So I then ordered another 2 dresses. My mistake I pressed 5x for one and 4X for the other. I'm getting the 5X one altered cheaper than trying to send it back. The only problem have I received an email from FedEx saying I owed them £18.51 for delivery? When I tracked the order it was being delivered by Yodel. Anyway, Yodal delivered the dresses. Not sure what to do about the FedEx invoice. But I've got no complaints about the sizes being a bit on the biggish side lol they fit perfect. Will definitely be using Rosegal again.

I bought these boots for a Christmas present to myself and was very sad when they arrived. I could not tell from the picture that they did not have anyway to unzip them so my foot would go into them. I ordered the right size but because they had no zipper i was not able to get my foot into them. I then contacted Rosegal to return the items and they were very helpful. They refunded my money almost immediately. The costumer service was very friendly and very helpful. I will order from them again!

My experience with Rosegal was very smooth and seamless. I ordered a small star-wars lamp as a gift for a friend, and I the item arrived promptly and well packaged. My friend loves his lamp, says it works great looks pretty sleek on his desk at work. Not to mention it was pretty cheap (but I didn't tell him that :P) . I had a Rosegal representatives check in with me on how I was liking the product, which was a very nice gesture, and their replies were timely and cordial. I ordered one of the Nintendo Mugs with the thermal sensitive printing on it. The design has started to peel after a single hand washing. I have been shopping with Rosé gal for a while now and I love them. I am a size 2x so it's hard to get clothes that fit properly. Their sizes are exactly what they say they are. They have lots of sizes too. I have ordered approximately 17 shirts now and they have all fit perfect, waiting for a sweatshirt as I write this and can't wait to get it.
