Every month I buy things in this store, they have a lots of nice things and all the products that i buyed are just like they describe. I always tell about this store to my friends and they always like the things that I buy in Rosegal. No complains.
I ordered 3 shirts, same size. The first one was so big I put it on, it actually hit the the floor, it was huge! The 2nd one was so SMALL, my arms wouldn't even go in the sleeves. The 3rd one fit, but the sleeves are not the same length... HORRIBLE customer service... I never got thought to anyone to return them. AND I ordered them December 30th 2017 they arrived Febuary 22 2018.

On 31 st December I placed an order and since last January I didn, t receive nothing.So I send them an email about my order and told me to pay $13.81 for expedited shipping. RoseGal is SO cheap and they have really cute clothing, I love it! I also bought a couple swim suits and bikinis for the cheap and they looks good! One of them is a little tight but I gave it to my sister and she can't wait to wear it in the summer!

This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with online and over the phone. I placed an order on November 25,2017 and was informed that due to Christmas around the corner, shipping would most likely take around 20-25 days. I contacted RoseGal on February 6,2018 after STILL not receiving my product and they assured me that it is in transit and would arrive soon. Now it is February 16 and I still have not received my items. This is ridiculous and I have talked to the online support representatives over the phone and via email and they have done little if not anything to help me or tell me where my items are. I DO NOT advise anyone to order from this company.
