The quality of the clothing is awful! I bought a cowl neck sweater that actually came in two pieces. There are loose threads and pieces of yarn. The shirt I ordered is tiny despite me having checked the measurements. The jewelry I ordered looks very cheap. My credit card also verified my charges when I placed the order saying the charge was out of the UK only when my package arrived the address says that the package came from Singapore.

THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!
These fu@%ers took my money, sent me clothing that was the wrong size, sent me clothing that had crooked hems and HUGE defects and now they want me to pay to send it back! WTF! Don't EVER buy from this company or ANY of the other similar companies selling this exact same sh! T from CHINA with a BULL$#*! return policy. They can send you whatever they want just to clear cr@p out of their warehouse and take no responsibility for it. FRAUD.

I wish they had a spot on here for ZERO stars because their merchandise is Crap! Even more I so wished I would have read these reviews before i purchased anything from them. After waiting almost two months for two sweaters that I brought they finally came and boy was I pissed when I opened my package! They looked nothing like the photos and were thin and cheaply made one of the sweater hoodies looked as if I was KKK with the way it was shaped and the other hood didn't even fit onto my head a hood made for a five year old and to top it off theses hoodies fit my five year old perfectly. So it's no point trying to even get your money back because you have to pay so much to send it back to China for them to give a partial refund I am PISSED and disappointed.

Don't buy from here

Don't buy from here. After 65 days since they claimed my order shipped I finally got a partial refund. Even if the clothes ever showed up and looked great this wouldn't be worth it. Also they are rude when you point out you have been waiting for months for your order.

I ordered my item, and didn't receive until more than a month later. Upon receiving this item, it looked nothing like the photo of the item, it was cheaply made and one of the sleeves was longer than the other. I am not pleased with this company. Wouldn't suggest ever buying anything from this company.

I ordered a shirt from them based off of their sizes guide that they have and when the shirt came in it won't fit on anyone but my 9 year old niece. On top of the size issue when I emailed to send it back they told me it wouldn't be worth it because I have to pay the cost to ship it to give it to someone I know and they would refund money on the purchase, I then received another email when I agreed to the refund and they told me it would be $3.50 (on a $30.00 shirt) so instead of a refund they would credit a whole $4.00 to my account with them for my next purchase! No thank you, there won't be a next purchase. I don't recommend shopping with them at all.

Terrible service
October 20, 2014

Terrible service. Still not convinced this is actually a legitimate clothing company. My order was left as "processing" for 2 weeks and when I contacted customer service they claimed my item had gone out of stock. They offered no explanation for why I was allowed to order and pay for an out of stock item and tried to sidestep my request for a refund by telling me to look for a similar item. Don't even bother browsing.

UGH. Do not order from here! I bought a hoodie and a sweater at the beginning of this October. It has been almost two and a half weeks and I only received a confirmation e-mail, and have not been e-mailed since about the status of my order, the tracking number, or where to track my order. I know for a fact I will not be buying from this company again.

It took 3 weeks to get my order and now that neither items fit and I want to return I find out I have to ship to CHINA to get a refund! So maybe the reason why their "one size fits all" is soooooo small and won't fit my size 8 body is because they are based on little Chinese body types! Worst company ever!

WORST company ever!

WORST company ever! Stay Away!. I ordered 3 items and never received them. It has been more than 2 months and although they do respond to my messages on their website, they are giving me the run around! I am only asking for my $50 purchase to be refunded!

I will admit, although there are overwhelming amounts of bad reviews on this site, I figured that maybe people were a bit more picky than I am (I never complain) and I purchased anyway. I bought a coat from them around the 25th of September. A week and a half later, the order was still "processing". I expected shipping to take a long time, but processing? Really? From reading other reviews I knew it was best to cancel things before they even send anything, so I wrote to them and asked them very clearly to cancel my order and refund me. An hour later I got an e-mail saying my order was just shipped, hm, interesting timing... Well, I decided to just wait for it to come and see what happened. Considering it's coming from far away, it did not take as long as I thought it would to get here, but the company they use is terrible. My package got "missorted" to a different city, so it took them a while extra to get it to me. When I got the package I thought it was odd that it fit in my mailbox. It was supposed to be a wool coat, how the hell did they fit it in a tiny plastic bag? Well, surprise surprise! When I opened it I could not believe how terribly constructed and of what terrible quality it was. I started laughing my butt off, I could not believe it. It's made of some weird suede material that is not any thicker than my underwear. So, picture a peacoat made out of underwear thin material... It doesn't even hold it's shape. I was not expecting amazing quality, I was thinking it would be something like what I could get at Forever 21 that is sturdy enough to get me through the season and maaaybe the next but this is horrendous. It is flimsy, paper thin, it reminds me of how Barbie doll clothes are. The buttons look super cheap, and one fell off right when I put it on, the rest are barely hanging on. Would you wear a coat that you bought at the dollar store? Because this looks like I bought it there. So, if you are a skeptic like I was, trust me, it really is as bad as the reviews say so.

Most items look nothing like the photo, some to the point where I was sent the completely wrong item. Materials were cheap, loose threads, pen stains on a couple lighter colored items, shirts were dress length and dresses were shirt length. Only the sweaters were okay. Customer service gives all the right answers and solutions, but doesn't actually do what they said they would. (Said they'd send replacements for items that didn't look like the photo, never did. I accidentally ordered two of one item, and told them right away and they said they'd cancel the item and refund me... They canceled the item but never refunded me for it!) Don't buy from them or identical sites like sammydress, dresslily, or girlmerry, they are all the same, their inventory is identical. Use amiclubwear or nasty gal instead.

I would rate this company a zero if I could. Never received my items. Tried to call, but phone number was not real. Tried to Live Chat, but that option was never available. Sent two complaint tickets via their web-site and only received an automated response that they received it. No one ever contacted me. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have filed a claim with my bank, who is nice enough to refund me the money and go after Rosegal. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I feel stupid in that I should have known there were problems when I saw that a cute seater was only $18. You pay for what you get, and in this case, I paid for nothing.

I don't understand all the bad reviews. I received my order today. It didn't come in as a toddler size or falling apart. And the material feels just like I went out to my local boutique store and purchased it there. And I also had to deal with customer service beings one of my items was out of stock. And Miss Tess in the customer service department kept in constant contact with me! It would be late hours when I received my emails. But I understood that, because I'm located in Mississippi of the United States. And when Tess contacted me she let me know my item was out of stock and I could find something else of equal value and she would make sure it got to me. She also made sure to tell me that it would be later then the rest of my items, because it wouldn't ship out at the same time. I placed my order on 29th of September and was told then at check out that it would take anywhere from 10 to 25 days before it even shipped from the warehouse. I received a email on 10th October that my order had shipped out and I have received it today the 17th, and couldn't be happier! Although I haven't received my 5th item yet, I'm sure I will and I'll will be ordering from Rosegal again!

On Oct. 1 2014 I ordered the Side Pockets Design Long Sleeve Loose Womens Hoodie sku number ******* by Oct 16 I hadn't received the item I emailed them asking if they could help me track the item this is the response I received:

Unfortunately, we are very sorry to inform you that the item not in stock at the moment. It will back in stock around October 30th, would you like to wait? If you do not want to wait how about changing to others? When the item is back in stock, we will sent it out as soon as possible.

There was no notification when I placed the order that it wasn't in stock. It took them 2 weeks and me emailing them for them to let me know what was going on! They have very cute clothes but I do not recommend buying from them they have no sense of customer service!

The dresses sold on this site are all super short baby-doll length unless they specifically state otherwise. This site is best for fun additions to a closet already full of higher-quality clothing.

While I understand what the other reviews are talking about I just don't think it is that bad. I bought a dress and a swimsuit from them while yes it had a few straggler strings it was nothing a pair of scissors couldn't handle. I have had this dress for several months now and it holds up well I haven't had a problem with it so yes I don't really see the problem. If you don't like the shipping and processing time choose a faster shipping. The measurements are in centimetres you need to measure yourself in centimetres which is why some are having problems with sizing. It clearly states most sales are final so read before you purchase.
