I received my order and out of the three pieces ordered, one might fit, but I can't try it on because when it arrived, the seam at the shoulder was ripped out. The other two pieces are two sizes smaller than they're supposed to be. I've spent two days trying to call and contact their support team online. The phone just goes to a full voicemail and their website goes to an error message. I hope many people read these reviews before purchasing from this fly-by-night company that obviously just wants your money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH ROSEGAL. You'll be much better off hitting Macy's clearance racks for some quality clothing. Or, if you really want RoseGal quality, just go to WalMart, at least its easier to return things there.

I ordered two items and were charged for both immediately. A month later I recieved one item and it was horribly constructed and the sizing was way too small. The second item in my order has never arrived and trying to get a hold of anyone through their customer service line is impossible since the number says their voicemail is full. The directions on how to return product is so unclear that I will probably just throw the product away and lose the money I'm sure would be nearly I possible to get back. Needless to say I am beyond disappointed and incredibly frustrated. I will never use this site/company again

If I could give this website zero stars, I would.
I am a size 6 in 99.9% of all American clothing that I have ever tried on, or a medium to correspond (Macys, JC Penny, American Eagle, Kohls).
THIS CLOTHING IS FROM CHINA.
I ordered a medium skirt, and could not even get it past my thighs. I ordered a medium shirt, and the arm holes would not even fit my wrists, let alone the rest of my arm, bicep included.
I ordered a medium dress, and it was a CROP TOP. It was not long enough to even reach the top of my jeans, let alone cover anything a dress is supposed to.
This website is horrible, and the customer service is nonexistent.
I wish I had googled this website before I ordered from them.

There sizes are not USA standard... Orders a large and it was why smaller than a 3 in our size. But it was so small a 11 year old could not even wear it and a lady that wears a size 3 in juniors could not wear it (to small for her too) I would not even give them 1 star

I'm so disappointed in this site, I found the cutest things and even ordered something as a gift for a friend, so I got her hopes up, too. I ordered two things and after about 10 days not getting an email saying they had shipped, even though the payment was taken from me right away. I contacted them and got a very broken English response, saying both items were back ordered and would be available 3 weeks later and did I want to wait. I replied saying I thought if things were backordered the site should say so before placing an order. To which I got a response saying sorry, could you give me a 5 star rating for my help? I didn't respond to that, but waited the extra time and then two days after the date they said they would be available, I sent another message saying if I couldn't get a date on which they would be shipped I wanted a refund. They responded saying I would be refunded the money and it could take up to 30 days to get my money back! Its only been a few days so far, but I'm hoping I didn't just lose that money even though its been gone now for over a month!

I ordered around eight pieces of clothing from RoseGal and only ended up finding value in two. Their "one size" clothes are not flexible and the ones which did fit me were very low quality. When I requested to return items, they mentioned the shipping cost was on me (as described on the website); however, since they are located in China, it was over $75 to return the items I did not want. When I mentioned this price, they said they would provide me a discount coupon. That coupon was only EIGHT PERCENT off. Finally, the initial shipping took over a month. All in all, a horrible experience and wasted time/money.

Do not order from here! Shipping times are horrible. I placed two orders a few days apart. It has been over a month since I have placed those orders, one says it shipped weeks ago from New Jersey and has been supposedly sitting in Kentucky for a week now. The other one they said they shipped the in stock items and asked if I wanted a refund on the out of stock items. They attached a reference number to the in stock items as shipped but now when I try and find out any information the status of the shipment it tells me the number is invalid.

What a disgraceful excuse for a company RoseGal is. I ordered three items from them -- they arrived weeks and weeks later... worst of all, they were NOTHING LIKE the images from the website. One shirt was half the length depicted in the photo and had such a tiny neck that I could barely fit my head through. The second top was supposed to have a cross of gold sequins on it... no, just roughly cut out material with not even straight edges. The third top was not the correct size. Buying from this company is tantamount to flushing your money down the toilet.

I also wish I could rate with negative stars. I reported this company to the BBB and Paypal as a fraudulent company and they are flagged by PNC Bank. They remove money immediately from your account and never send the product. The website phone number is not active, the live chat leads to a blank page, and the email address is not valid. I was really upset after ordering from the websites, and extremely skeptical of a not so recent purchase from rosegal.com after reading all of these reviews. I placed an order on September 16th, eagerly anticipating it's arrival. It showed up today, October 22nd. Now, solely because of that I will say that I will never order from this website again. HOWEVER, the material of the clothing and well as the sizing were not nearly as bad as what other reviewers have sad. The jacket and cardigan I ordered were appropriately sized as a Medium which could have been extremely small, and the quality of the clothing seems to be okay. I have not worn either of these pieces yet, so I guess I will know how they really hold together after washing. I will never place on order from rosegal.com ever again, after waiting 5 weeks for 2 items of clothing. But I will give it 2 stars for the clothing being pretty comparable to Forever 21.

I bought 3 items from this site, the 1st two were snagged & must be Chinese sizing because I could barely get them on. They only gave me a partial refund for keeping the items & told me If I wanted to return them I was responsible for the shipping cost of returning defective items! I still haven't received my sweater but will never be shopping here again. The merchandise quality is super cheap, doesn't fit, & Will most likely be defective. I'd like to give them 2 stars, but can't bring myself to do it.
I order a pair of earrings and some clothing items, the earrings were as described. But the clothes were another deal.
1. The processing time was very long.
2. One of the items I ordered was out of stock, but they still charged me for it. When it didn't arrive with my order I emailed them about it, and they said, Oh sorry, it's out of stock (why did they still charge me, and not email me about it) I asked them for a refund... no reply
3. The items I did receive were literally the size of a child. I'm a slender woman but this dress literally didn't even cover my butt. The other dress had a large whole in it. Overall, the material was cheap, and not quality fabric (but then again, the prices reflect that)
4. I emailed them about my dissatisfaction and never heard back, so I emailed again request a refund and to send the items back. They would not take my items back, and only gave me a partial refund for the dress with a hole in it.
Overall, do NOT use them. Honestly, I want to cancel my debit card I used because I don't trust the company.

WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! Took a month to receive, with only one email having been sent (when it was originally shipped). No tracking number, no alerts, etc. I received the item, described as a "long, fleece, winter coat." What I ACTUALLY got, was a cheaply made, cheap looking hoodie. (Not even fleece). Doesn't even remotely look like the item in the picture. Would NEVER order from this sham of a company EVER AGAIN! Worst of all, I can't even file a complaint, because I have to sign up for an account with them to do so (which I refuse to do). Lesson learned.

***HORRIBLE SERVICE AND QUALITY*** I ordered a hoodie in size large back in mid September, only to see it was still processing after 3 weeks. So, I sent ani nquiry to customer service, who apologized but gave the lame reason of a Chinese Holiday for the delay. They advised my item was now out of stock they could send me a 10% discount code and refund any shipping costs, which they did. I requested a refund, to which they replied a few days later the item now back in stock and would be shipped out within 4 days. After another 10 days of waiting, I finally received the hoodie. IT WAS NOT A LARGE, THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE SEAM WHERE THE HOODIE CONNECTS TO THE JACKET, AND ONE OF THE SNAP BUTTONS WAS MISSING! Never, I do mean, never order anything from this company. I've since sent another customer service inquiry for a full refund.

TERRIBLE quality items! I ordered two dresses, and first of all, it took FOREVER to receive the two items. I finally received my items but the material ripped while putting one dress on.
