I cannot begin to express the dissapointment in this company. When I first placed my order back in September,, there was nothing letting me know that they were in the process of moving to a bigger warehouse,, so after 3 weeks of waiting for product I emailed and they informaed me of this. Product was order on 09/24 and finally recieved last week. When I opened it,,,, I ended up giving it to my Niece that is 7 years old. The sizing was rediculous. Not to mention the quality. One shirt looked like it was made out of left-over halloween material and the sewing and putting together of the shirt was a joke. Now,,, in order to get any of my $ 70.00 back,,, I have to pay for shipping and can possibly get 20% of the pricce returned to me. I will NEVER purchase anything from this website again and I will be sure to make sure my friends are aware as well. I have no idea how this company stays in business. I have never seen such homemade cheap clothing. I placed 2 orders within 1 week... if I would have known the product was this cheap... I never would have placed that second order.
I ordered 3 items from Rosegal on October 9th and my first item was shipped out on the 19th and arrived yesterday (November 3rd). I expected the shipping to take this long as the shipment email I received said 12-25 business days.
I just picked up the package from the post office and was actually afraid to open it due to all of the negative reviews. I thought it was going to be a total disappointment, but it actually turned out to be what I expected! I have attached pictures of what the sweater looked like on their website and what I received. Considering the price, I think what I received is close enough!
With respect to sizing, I am 5'2.5" and weigh 115, breast size is 36C. I ordered a small and it fits snug, but is definitely not too small.
Wish I would have checked this site first as well. I should have known it was too good to be true. The quality of the sweaters I ordered is terrible. Two of the sweaters arrived already unraveling. There are also random color threads accidentally sewn in to one of them. Seams are crooked, hems frayed. I can't even imagine what this factory is like. The third sweater is literally a child's size. Unlike most, I did receive my order pretty quickly... about 1 week. Now I have to pay for shipping back to China... probably won't be worth the expense to return them.

This site is the worst. Took forever to get the order and it came in different packages over a long period of time. The sizing is horribly off... when I called I was told that the sizes are based on Asian sizing. So if I ordered a size 12 it would be substantially smaller since they are out of China... great... so why not state that sizing runs small or I have a great idea... size correctly and service the people. Returning is a night mare too... I had to take pictures of the clothing... one item has vertical striping across the bodice and it was off so the stripes ran crooked... To ship back was expensive, so I ended up keeping all the lousy clothing... so DO NOT GET SUCKERED INTO BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY! You've been warned!
I saw the reviews but thought. Ah why not. Give it a try! I ordered my products (3 items) October 10th. It is now November 3 and I received my first item. It's coming a long way so I don't mind the wait and it's not like medication. I paid $43 with shipping and taxes for 3 items so whatever.
My only contention is that the item doesn't really match the picture. It's MOSTLY the same but not quite. The hood, in the picture, is oversized with long cuffs and pockets that are off closer to the side seams. The item I got has a small hood, short cuffs and pockets closer to the zipper. The colour is the same and the zipper is the same.
I even put the sweater to look like the picture online. Definitely kind of the same but not the same. It's still a nice sweater just not like the one I saw online. So, 2 stars. Not even worth one star! I placed an order on 10/10 for 5 items totalling around $50. Good deal, right? WRONG! I had to follow up with their customer service 3 times about shipping, which took 3 weeks arrive at my door step this past Friday. After finally being excited to receive the products, I open the package to realize it was the WRONG order! I received two items, neither of which I ordered! I once again contact customer service and they ask to send pictures of the items I received. After doing so I receive an email that they apologize for me receiving the WRONG SIZE and saying I have to pay shipping to return back to China! I think not! It had nothing to do with being the wrong size. It was the wrong order! I have responded once again this morning to attempt to clarify. This is rediculous!

I ordered things under expedited shipping and after a month I contacted the company... they didn't even have the items in stock. I canceled my order and after another two months, still haven't received my refund. Please do not use this site it is in no way reliable.

I ordered 3 tops back in August I was still waiting by early October for them. I have continually emailed back and forth and requested a month ago a refund, funnily enough NO REFUND! I will not give up badgering this company for my money back they have again said wait 30 days, I will be getting the police involved if a refund does not get back to me. This company is run by complete bull$#*!ters and basic criminals who WILL go to prison for fraud!

This company has terrible customer service. I ordered a sweatshirt. A couple weeks later (after my account was charged), I emailed asking where it was, why I hadn't received the item or even tracking info. They said it was out of stock and offered a refund. I confirmed that I did, indeed, want a refund. Three days later they emailed shipping notification. I have inquired about my refund and they ignored me. I have yet to receive my shirt or my money back. I initiated a dispute through paypal, and they replied by saying, "Friend, don't get angry, your item is on the way." Um, no. I highly doubt it is on the way and it doesn't matter anyway, you OFFERED A REFUND! I said YES! I will get my money back. Never shopping through them again and I'm going to spread the word.

I apparently had to click on at least one star to write this review, but I wish I could give them zero stars. This company is awful. Ordered a shirt and watch in late June. Received an e-mail in mid-July stating my order had shipped and my credit card wascharged. I waited patiently for my items to arrive. I knew it would take a while due to them being over seas. However, it is now almost November and I have yet to receive anything. I have tried contacting the company to no avail. I have e-mailed (gets bounced back), called (goes to a generic Magic Jack voice mail nobody ever answers or calls back from), submitted multiple trouble tickets on their website (they never show up in my list of open tickets and I have yet to receive a reply.) I just want my money back and want to make sure nobody else gets ripped off.

I am in the process of getting some lawyers together to shut this business and website down. I have ordered from this website a couple times and the last time I ordered I ordered a sweatshirt that was shown online as a hotsale item. I ordered a sweatshirt in green the beginning of October. Waited a couple of weeks before emailing them to find out where my order was even at. They emailed me saying that since it was a hotsale, it was out of stock, and that it wouldn't beable to get shipped out until THE MIDDLE OF NOVEMBER!. Which I find funny because I still bought it, yet it didnt say it was out of stock... or did they fail to mention the month and a half later shipping date. I emailed them a few days ago asking for a refund before the week is over. They said 30+days. A refund does NOT NEED TO TAKE 30 DAYS! I only paid 16 bucks but still. I also read another review on facebook that a woman bought a dress in June... and its November. And she still hasn't recieved the dress or money back. Worst service ever, and if anyone wants to help join me and sue these MOFOS, let me know. Im ready to shut this website down once and for all after reading how horrible these people are to us.

I knew it would take a while to get the clothing, but when I did receive the items they were entirely way too small and looked nothing like the photos of the clothes I thought I had ordered. I would not advise anyone to order from this site, as it falsely advertises the quality and size and actual piece of garment you will receive.

Stay Away! I order two items from this bad excuse of a company. Both items had threads hanging out everywhere., do not look like the pictures plus more. I am so so disappointed in my purchase. Not worth going to the trouble of returning the items as they came from the other side of the world. Plus the return policy and process seems crazy!
