Don't buy from this site! I wish I would have read reviews first! They are selling items currently that they know are out of stock. Therefore you will get the run around. First they wrote telling me that my item was out of stock with options such as Refund, Wait for the item to restock and provided restock date, or use money on other items. I requested that my item just be shipped when it restocks. I heard nothing for a week so I wrote back to check the status. I then received a message telling me that it is out of stock and offered refund. I said fine send the refund. It has been another week and the refund has still not been processed. Meanwhile... the entire time this is going on, they are still selling the out of stock item to other customers. Terrible customer service. They just want the money and hope you will not pursue a refund.
I bought a sweater from Rosegal without reading the reviews. The longer than usual shipping wasn't an issue for me, I didn't expect it to arrive right away. However, the quality was disgusting when it did arrive. The fabric is cheap, the stitching is hanging out all over the sweater and one arm is longer than the other. It is suppose to be one size fits all, that would be true if I bought the sweater for a 4 year old. Needless to say it is very tight.
The picture shows a cotton sweater, I received an acrylic at best. Dollar store quality.
Very disappointed. I am in the process of trying to send it back so not too sure what their return issues will be.

As many other have stated on this site, Rosegal.com is HORRIBLE! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from them. I saw an ad for them on Facebook so I assumed it was a reputable company, WRONG! Everything everyone else has complained about has happened to me as well. The extremely long wait time to have my item shipped, the lack of response from the company and the poor customer service. Just stay away, the "cute" clothes are not worth it.

RoseGal.com is a total SCAMMER... keep away from them. Their website looks professional and secure and they claim they offer a 30 day unconditional guarantee. Four weeks later, they sent me "toddler-size" clothes and they were very poor quality material and workmanship... they were nearly impossible to reach to get return information and when I finally heard from them in their bad English... they told me that "usually we don't suggest you return it back. Because if you return it back you should pay the tracking fee by yourself. It is too expensive." (EXACT RESPONSE). I will be sure to continue to post cautionary warnings... don't throw away your money!

Absolutely terrible - these people should go out of business. I ordered two items together, one which took a month to arrive and when I opened the package it was much different than I had expected, and was also coming apart at the seams. The second item still hasn't been received, and when I contacted them they advised that the item was out of stock and were waiting for it to be re-stocked. This seems to happen to a lot of people. This site is absolutely dreadful - please don't give them your business.

I read and ordered according to the size chart. I am normally a US womans size 12. (sizes M-XL depending on designer) I ordered a TRIPLE XXXL - thinking it would be ok, Maybe a little snug? The item was a "cotton" zip up long sleeved black shirt dress, so I thought with leggings and boots, if it ended up snug, thats ok. I could NOT get my arm in. THAT has never happened to me before! (my legs into too tight jeans maybe! But never my arms!) I took a photo of my 7 year old wearing the top. It goes to his knees and there is an extra couple of inches to spare. A COUPLE inches to spare on a XXXL fitted onto my 7 yr old. SCAM, CRAP quality and I wouldn't waste my money again. I was not expecting designer quality for the cheap prices, but this is total junk.

I ordered a bikini in a size xtra large. When I received the item I took it out of the package and was wondering if it was made for a child. When I contacted them I was told that their sizing chart was in Asian. No where does it say this on the site. Yes I knew the item was coming from overseas but I expected to beable to wear it. It fits my 5 year old 40 pound child. Really? I don't think most people expect it to fit a child. It shows women wearing them and they don't look like child size but obviously something is wrong. I will never order from them again because obviously nothing they sell is going to fit a size 12 woman. An extra large fits a 40 pound child so I guess if you weigh 40 pounds you will like their clothes. I didn't even try to return it because it seemed like it would be more of a hassle because it came from overseas. I count it as a lesson learned from buying from overseas and thinking the sizing chart would be somewhat close to ours

Do NOT buy anything from this site! I placed an order over a month ago and have yet to receive anything. Customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. It takes days for them to respond to emails when they claim they will reply within 24 hours. They told me it was because they were switching warehouses. Their phone number doesn't even work. It is a magic jack phone that is out of service, so you can't even speak to a live person. The chat feature on their website also doesn't work. I am disputing the charge with my bank because I have a feeling I will never receive my items. WORST online retail site ever!

I ordered over $200 worth of stuff from this site 3 weeks ago with expedited shipping. Still havent received it. When i call nobody answers and theres no vmail. I submitted a support ticket with no response. The money was taken from my acct immediately but days later i got an email requesting payment for my invoice. My order shows "processing" not even shipped yet. If this isnt a scam then at the minimum they have horrible customer service!

WORST SITE EVER! It took 2 weeks for my items to even ship, and only half shipped out! Another 3 weeks goes by and I haven't recieved my clothes. I check the tracking number. They are being delivered to SPAIN! I like in CANADA! Wtf?!?!? I have put in 3 support tickets and not one has been answered. I have demanded a refund so they need to get back to me or I am escalating this to MasterCard! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD! Never again will I use this site!

I so wish I had read the reviews before! Its a terrible website to shop from, horrible customer service, that is if you get a reply! I got excited the way the clothes looked and the price and ended up placing an order of 70$, huge huge mistake. Firstly received it a month later, and was disappointed with the colors and quality, so asked for a refund and return! No reply yet after multiple emails and their phone never works! I have read the other reviews about people being unhappy. I too was unhappy with my first order. I didn't realize it would take so long to get the merchandise (they really do mean 10 days to process and another 1-2 weeks for shipping). I was very frustrated when one of the items I ordered didn't arrive so I contacted customer service via the website and they promptly got back to me and said the item was out of stock. I was upset because they should have emailed me to let me know. A week or so later the item was back in stock and I did receive it. I had said I would never order again, but I did like the clothes and the value so I have placed a couple more orders since then and have had no problems. I now know it will take 3 weeks or so before my order arrives and if more than one item is ordered, they may arrive separately over a few days.
They SUCK! They don't even deserve to get a single STAR from me. I placed my order back on Sept. 16,2014. It was only supposed to take 7 - 10 business days because I chose a standard shipment. 7 - 10 business days has come and gone and I still have not received my order. I called numerous times and kept getting an automated recording that "No One Is Available." Really? That's some customer service! I sent an email inquiring on the status and received a reply stating that the "Items are not in stock" and will not be available until Oct. 4th., so I elected to wait. It is now October 10th and still have not received any notification that it's still out of stock on it's on its way, (it's called common courtesy). I'm annoyed by this and super disappointed. The items I ordered are supposed to be a birthday gift and now I'm going to have to look elsewhere. I will never ever order from Rose Gal again! I just may have to make this a LEGAL matter.
